Stepping into the room, I was immediately delighted. Not only was it spacious and bright, but they even provided a Dyson hairdryer on the vanity – a thoughtful detail that really stands out for travelers who prefer to pack light. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming; the front desk lady had a particularly friendly smile during check-in. The location is also excellent, making it easy to catch a taxi or subway to shopping districts and attractions. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and it's a hotel I'd definitely return to!

The room had a washing machine, and it was even a washer-dryer combo, which was super convenient for us travelers. The TV in the room also supported screen casting. The fridge had excellent cooling, and there was even an ice tray to make ice cubes. Other hotel services were good too; the front desk even recommended some local specialty food, and they were very enthusiastic. The pool water was clean, not too crowded, and well-maintained. The hotel seems to be located within a complex, with no subway stations nearby. However, guest parking is free, which is a plus for those traveling by car. I asked the front desk, and they said only the fresh air mode was available, and it felt quite warm in the room. The most annoying part was a park behind the hotel. In the evening, there were elderly people playing loud music and singing, and the sound was huge and the singing was far from pleasant. Even with the windows closed, we could still hear it. They kept singing for several hours, finally stopping around 9 or 10 PM. It was really unbearable, and I hope they can do something about it.

On a business trip to Wuxi, I chose the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel has a simple yet elegant overall environment, and its excellent location makes getting around by taxi very convenient. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. I particularly love Hilton's bedding – it's so comfortable and provides a great night's sleep after a busy day. The internet is fast, perfect for getting work done. The front desk staff were responsive and even helped with laundry, which is a lifesaver for business travelers. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options. Hilton Garden Inn will definitely be my top choice for future business trips!

The room was clean and hygienic, though a bit small. It's conveniently located with great public transport access. The service was warm and responsive. The restaurant offered good options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The lobby is grand and impressive. There's a swimming pool, but the changing rooms are on the 2nd floor while the pool itself is on the 4th, which isn't ideal for families with young children in winter.

The lobby is spacious and bright, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the staff are very responsive. The facilities are comprehensive, and the subway entrance is right outside, making transportation super convenient. I highly recommend staying here. Plus, ordering takeout is really easy!

Overall, the room environment is average. Before coming, I called the front desk to ask if the hotel is noisy because it is facing the street. Although I thought it would be noisy, the front desk said it would not be noisy at night. I didn't expect that there would be large cars passing by all night. It was really noisy. The hotel facilities are also relatively old.

Didn't expect a hotel at this price to be so good; it could really compete with Atour! Definitely a five-star review. Although I was in a hurry and didn't get any photos, I truly recommend it.

The hotel's breakfast is delicious and the front desk service is thoughtful. I also served you tea. I will order it again next time I come to Wuxi. The pillows are a little more comfortable than other similar hotels. It is very friendly to horse racers. Parking is free and you can go in and out all the time. There are Yaohan nearby to visit, which is very convenient.
