I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, right by Lihu Lake, with Liyuan Garden just a short walk away. The lake views are absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, Typhoon Dolphin arrived during my stay, with very heavy rain, so I couldn’t enjoy Wuxi as much as I had planned and left after one night. Still, the hotel has everything you need even in bad weather, including two restaurants. I tried the Chinese restaurant and the fish was excellent! If I come back to Wuxi, I would definitely stay here again. I just wish I had better weather to enjoy it for longer!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bedding was clean, hygienic, and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was also very good, and the room was spotless. It was also very convenient for getting to tourist attractions. Overall, a great stay. I would definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel truly has 'human-centered design' ingrained in its DNA. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation design, complete with a fully automatic smart toilet and Zhuhai's herbal essence toiletries. The separate luggage room is equipped with a clothing rack and a scale. What's even more thoughtful is the 'seamless hydration route,' with bottled water placed both next to the electric kettle and on the vanity. Every design detail silently caters to my ultimate pursuit as someone obsessed with the finer points. This trip to Jiangsu was originally meant to be a weight-loss journey, but after staying at the Wuxi Taihu Hotel for the last three days, I completely fell off the wagon, indulging in three consecutive meals at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, turning it into a culinary tour of Wuxi! Both the Chaoshan and Huaiyang cuisines perfectly hit the spot for me as a Cantonese. Highly recommended!

Wuxi Ruiting West Lake View Room is absolutely stunning! It's right next to Lihu Lake, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering an unobstructed view of the entire Taihu Lake scenery. The sunset over the lake in the evening creates an incredible ambiance. As a five-star hotel, the facilities are top-notch, with comfortable bedding and a separate wet/dry bathroom. The Acca Kappa toiletries are a luxurious touch. The thousands of square meters of pillar-less banquet halls are perfect for events, and the buffet breakfast includes local specialties like Wuxi xiaolongbao and Aozhao noodles. The parking lot has ample spaces, and you can walk to the lakeside scenic area. It's an excellent choice for a relaxing lake view vacation and definitely worth revisiting! We also had a dedicated butler, Fanfan, who anticipated our needs perfectly. They clearly have a strict SOP in place. It's a fantastic complex overall; for exploring Taihu and Lihu Lake, you can't go wrong here. I also want to praise the lobby service – there was a lady constantly offering various teas like ginger tea and oolong tea, as well as other beverages, providing thoughtful service. The gentlemen at the entrance also proactively helped with luggage and opened doors. For this price, this service, and this view, I have no regrets. A big thank you to all the service staff for their hard work.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Vientiane City Shopping Mall, making dining and shopping very easy. It's also less than 10 kilometers from popular attractions like Lihu Lake, Yuantouzhu Park, Nanchan Temple Ancient Street, and Huishan Ancient Town. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, and the service was attentive and friendly. Free parking was a big plus. The breakfast spread was excellent, and I'd especially like to thank the breakfast restaurant manager (a lady) for thoughtfully providing slippers for my child. That was a really sweet touch!

The front - desk service is amazing! The young lady received us with a smile throughout the process. The check - in was highly efficient, and she thoughtfully reminded us of the nearby delicacies and facilities. Whenever we had questions, she was always available immediately, and she solved problems quickly and professionally. It felt as warm as being with family. I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😊

Had a great weekend stay overall. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to an executive floor lake-view room and received complimentary welcome fruits and executive lounge access. The hotel's biggest advantage is definitely its environment. Located right by Li Lake, my room offered direct lake views from the window, and it was lovely to take a stroll along the lakeside. It's perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Service was also excellent. The staff at the front desk, executive lounge, restaurants, concierge, and room service were all very friendly and responded to guest requests promptly. Room facilities were standard Marriott offerings – neither exceptional nor disappointing. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provided fantastic lake views, and the standard bathtub was great for a relaxing soak in the evening. The bathroom also had a separate vanity area. The only minor issue I encountered was a loose power outlet near the desk, which I hope the hotel will maintain or replace promptly. Public facilities were well-maintained. The pool had lifeguards, and the changing rooms offered individual private changing spaces, which was a nice touch. The underground parking had dedicated Tesla charging stations, which is very convenient for EV owners. Dining was generally good. The breakfast buffet had noodle, egg, and specialty noodle stations. This time, the specialty was Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), and all the usual categories were available. Despite the large summer crowd, the on-site order and management were quite good. The executive lounge's Happy Hour offered a decent selection of alcoholic beverages, and while the light meal options weren't extensive, they were tasty. Room service was prompt, and the late-night opening hours and menu variety weren't reduced, which is commendable. Also, the roasted pigeon at the Chinese restaurant is highly recommended. Finally, two small suggestions: 1) Given the high number of pool users during summer, I suggest the changing rooms' cleaning frequency be increased, and used towels be cleared promptly. 2) The underground parking could use more cleaning, especially the water stains near the loading dock, which I hope can be addressed in a timely manner. Overall, it was a very good stay. The hotel's environment and service were quite satisfying. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Wuxi.

The comfort of the mattress pillow is online, and the blackout curtains are good. The staff responded promptly and the supporting facilities were complete. The price is reasonable, the travel is preferred, and the peace of mind is worry-free.

Traveling with kids during spring break, this Holiday Inn Express was perfectly located. It's not far from the attractions, and right next to MixC shopping mall and the subway station, making getting around super convenient. Before check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a family room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was huge, with two separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, offering great privacy. Excellent value for money!

I found the room assignment perfect; it was in a great, quiet location, and getting to nearby attractions was super convenient. There's a subway station not far from the entrance, and if you drive, there's ample parking – it felt like there was space for 100 cars. The staff who checked me in were also very warm and attentive. For those who like to sleep in, there's a bonus: breakfast is served until 10:30 AM. If you get hungry at night, you can even enjoy the hotel's congee, which was quite delicious – they really put thought into it. The room's cleanliness was impeccable and refreshing, visibly so. The management's service attitude was seamlessly interconnected. Getting to MixC (shopping mall) was just a few subway stops away, or an 8-minute taxi ride. Overall, a fantastic experience!
