I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, right by Lihu Lake, with Liyuan Garden just a short walk away. The lake views are absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, Typhoon Dolphin arrived during my stay, with very heavy rain, so I couldn’t enjoy Wuxi as much as I had planned and left after one night. Still, the hotel has everything you need even in bad weather, including two restaurants. I tried the Chinese restaurant and the fish was excellent! If I come back to Wuxi, I would definitely stay here again. I just wish I had better weather to enjoy it for longer!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bedding was clean, hygienic, and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was also very good, and the room was spotless. It was also very convenient for getting to tourist attractions. Overall, a great stay. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Fantastic! A truly great experience. This established five-star hotel definitely lives up to its reputation. Everything from the service to the cleanliness and ambiance was impeccable. The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped us, was not only beautiful but also incredibly kind; she even upgraded our room because we had a child. The swimming pool is also beautiful. My son already said that next time we visit, we absolutely have to stay here again!

My family and I have a wonderful stay and received excellent hospitality during our recent stay at the Grand Kingtown Hotel. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The view was absolutely great and made the entire experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. I would also like to especially thank your staff (in particular菜菜）for the superb service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. Her attentiveness and professionalism truly made a difference and made me feel very welcomed. I truly appreciate the excellent service and look forward to staying with you again in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Vientiane City Shopping Mall, making dining and shopping very easy. It's also less than 10 kilometers from popular attractions like Lihu Lake, Yuantouzhu Park, Nanchan Temple Ancient Street, and Huishan Ancient Town. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, and the service was attentive and friendly. Free parking was a big plus. The breakfast spread was excellent, and I'd especially like to thank the breakfast restaurant manager (a lady) for thoughtfully providing slippers for my child. That was a really sweet touch!

The front - desk service is amazing! The young lady received us with a smile throughout the process. The check - in was highly efficient, and she thoughtfully reminded us of the nearby delicacies and facilities. Whenever we had questions, she was always available immediately, and she solved problems quickly and professionally. It felt as warm as being with family. I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😊

First, let's talk about the positives. The hotel's location is excellent. They proactively upgraded us to a lake view room, and the view of Lihu Lake from the window was superb. It was also very pleasant to take a walk along Lihu Lake in the evening. The overall hotel service was also great; they called a day in advance to confirm our check-in time and helped us register our license plate. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge was very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff also did a very thorough job. However, the hotel's facilities are quite old. Although we were upgraded, the overall size of the room and bed was just average. Cracked and missing tiles on the walls and floors were visible throughout the room. There were also many broken tiles around the swimming pool; although anti-slip mats were placed over them, we felt there was a bit of a safety hazard, especially with children. The biggest drawback was the poor soundproofing. I'm not sure if it was related to the water pipes filling or draining, but we could always hear the sound of water around 9 PM. It's not to say it was bad, but for a hotel of this level, it seemed a bit out of place. Overall, there are both pros and cons, but aside from the facility issues, everything else was quite good.

The room was clean and tidy, and the living environment was quiet and not noisy. The hotel is very close to Vientiane Hui and the subway entrance. It is super convenient to travel and shopping. There is also an exclusive parking space for self-driving, parking is worry-free. The two young ladies at the front desk have a warm and gentle service, a very good attitude, and the overall stay experience is great!

The MIXC shopping mall next door is a big convenience. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but enough to fill you up. The room had a bathtub and strong water pressure. The staff were warm and attentive, making for a great overall experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
