"I originally booked another hotel for 560 yuan per night, but since I was arriving at 11 PM and checking out at 10 AM the next day, I felt it was a bit expensive and canceled. I then chose Yuanhang for 350 yuan. When I arrived in the evening, the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room for free. Their warm and thoughtful service instantly made all my tiredness disappear. They also informed us that there was a complimentary late-night snack! Upon entering the room, I found it to be perfect. The facilities and amenities were clean, tidy, and complete, with free coffee, fruits, beverages, and mineral water. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. Plus, there's a free airport shuttle service. Simply perfect!"

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"This hotel is my top choice for layovers. They offer complimentary airport transfers 24/7, with pickup at Gate 3 on the 4th floor of Daxing Airport. Their shuttle bus is much nicer and newer than other hotels'. The front desk service was excellent; someone immediately came to help with my luggage as soon as I arrived, which was very welcoming. The soundproofing in the rooms is fantastic; I could barely hear any airplane noise, allowing for a really good rest. The room was meticulously clean, and all toiletries were well-stocked. It's incredibly convenient for travelers with early flights. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm at Daxing Airport."

"The room was great. Only the bidet did not work, but I suspect this would have been rectified, had we complained. Now the downsides: The pool is only open from 11 am on. They require you to wear a swimming cap, and nicely enough they supply some you can use. Not so nicely one of the ones they offer is (or was) white. This one nicely displays the amount of black mold that these swim caps are covered in. Utterly disgusting. They don't seem to dry or clean these caps, ever. There is a lifeguard on duty (his shirt says coach?). Sadly during our swim he decided to eat buns filled with meat in the swimming pool area, the smell was intense and not pleasant for swimming. The changing rooms were quite dirty, both the trash can and the towel hamper were overflowing and there was a smell of damp towels. The breakfast is okay. Sadly we observed a staff member using a rag to first wipe a spill on the floor, then the seat of a baby chair and then finally the table... After this we had questions about the hygiene of the hotel... The hotel is fine, just don't expect this to fulfill the European five star hotel experience."

"Super location near airport T2 for a brief overnight stay but no shop or amenity within walking distance; Good complementary airport shuttle (operationally 24hrs) as hotel is located not accessible by walking from airport terminal despite it is near T2; Airport pickup at either T2 or T3 is upon request by call (Internet call or VoIP via Trip.com) after collecting baggage with instruction of location to wait (our case .. level 4 gate 12); however airport dropoff is on hourly schedule (at xx:00); Room for 3pax as booked come with a double bed in a separate room & 2x single beds in living area."

"I've stayed here many times. It's clean, hygienic, and very quiet, so I always get a good night's sleep. The front desk staff, both the young ladies and gentlemen, are very enthusiastic. The welcome snacks are also a nice touch. The shuttle bus is very convenient, always on time, and the drivers are courteous and polite. Breakfast is just okay, but you can definitely fill up."

"I arrived at Qiuduo Hotel late at night, exhausted from a day of transit and dragging heavy luggage. I just wanted a simple place to crash, but I was touched by the thoughtful service from start to finish. Even now, thinking back on that stay still warms my heart. As soon as I entered, the front desk staff immediately came forward to take my heavy suitcase. While quickly checking me in, they gently reminded me about my travel route for tomorrow, speaking in a soft, genuine tone. The moment I walked into my room, I was amazed by how clean it was. There wasn't a hint of odor in the entire room, and the floors and surfaces were wiped spotless. The bedding was smooth and soft, with no hair or stains on the corners. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent; the mirror was streak-free, the drain had no grime, and toiletries were neatly arranged. Even the shower mat was dry and clean. It was clear that the cleaning was meticulous and thorough, easily matching the cleanliness standards of my own home. In the middle of the night, I suddenly felt cold and dizzy. On a whim, I called the front desk. Within minutes, a staff member brought me brown sugar ginger tea and extra heat patches, gently telling me to rest well, without the slightest hint of impatience. The next day, I accidentally stained the bedsheet while out, and felt quite guilty. When the housekeeping auntie came to clean, she kindly reassured me not to worry about it. After changing the bedding, she also tidied up my scattered clothes, and proactively refilled the drinking water and toiletries. The service throughout was full of thoughtful details, responding to requests 24 hours a day, always available for any issue. There was no excessive, over-enthusiastic politeness, just perfectly appropriate attentiveness. The clean and tidy environment, coupled with the thoughtful and attentive service, melted away all the fatigue from traveling. It's rare to encounter such a dedicatedly run hotel when traveling. Qiuduo is not just a place to stay; it feels more like a temporary warm home. I highly recommend it for both short trips and long stays. The hygiene is solid, and the service is heartwarming. "This hotel's location is excellent, very close to the exam venue, which was incredibly helpful for high school students taking exams. They even gave us a small gift and extended our check-out time. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive. The surrounding environment and the view from the window were fantastic, and the soundproofing was good too! The front desk staff and every other staff member we encountered were incredibly polite. The swimming pool, though not large, was very clean, and the gym was well-equipped. Downstairs, there's a dining plaza with a buffet for breakfast and lunch, which was very convenient! Many foreigners stay here, and the staff's overall quality is very high, truly befitting a long-standing five-star hotel. We were very satisfied these past few days! Before leaving, I suddenly noticed the hotel's archway had a wonderful meaning, and I hope my child can succeed in their endeavors, like a fish leaping over the dragon's gate, and achieve great success in their exams."

"Stayed here for a week, very caring and polite staff. Although they claim to speak English - they don't, had to use an app. Breakfast was well served. Only once forgot to give us new towels. You can easily get to a sub station nearby as well as a few landmarks on foot. Got a few decent restaurants next door. You can also order delivery to the hotel (not only food, taobao for example). Definitely would consider staying here again. Thank you!"
