The room is big and amenities all great! The only thing is room is under central air conditioning. At this season, hotel yet to turn on the air conditioning to cold. The room temperature is 27 Celsius degree and is way too hot for a hotel room.

Facilities: The stargazing tent facilities are excellent. I visited in winter, and it wasn't cold at all inside, very warm, and the hot water was great. Cleanliness: It was very clean. Despite being a desert hotel, there was hardly any sand in the room; it was impeccably cleaned. Service: The butler contacted me in advance and met me at the entrance. They explained how all the facilities worked and also sent WeChat messages beforehand with the daily activity schedule, which was fantastic.

This hotel is perfect . I love it The rooms are super cozy and staff are very service minded . Surroundings is very beautiful & quiet and in evening can enjoy the scenery in the cultural city Nearby is coco park ( mall ) and otherwise it’s easy get a didi from the road .

The staff are gentle and polite, and they respond promptly to requests. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, the living is very safe, the hotel is very good, the most touched is that the front desk staff is very warm and friendly, I forgot to bring the charging cable, but also enthusiastically help me borrow the charger, help me charge the phone, service meticulous, The breakfast is delicious, there is my favorite vegetable salad, very satisfied, and freshly ground American coffee, very nice for me to control my diet! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Drum Tower (though Gaode Maps was a bit off, directing me to the Drum Tower roundabout). The hotel's overall design is pleasant. Upon entering the room, it felt like a classic 4-star hotel in terms of layout. The attention to detail was excellent; things like the signs and small amenities were thoughtfully placed and very user-friendly. It gives the impression that the owner has a background in hotel management. The sole drawback was the strong foot odor emanating from the duvet I used. My friends staying in other rooms didn't encounter this, but the smell in my room was quite pervasive. I suspect the linen might have been contaminated during transport or handling. Additionally, the carpet in the guest room showed signs of age, with some dusty spots in hard-to-reach areas. The hotel offers a private parking lot, and they were very thoughtful in covering my car with a sunshade, which was a great service. The half-point deduction is primarily for the duvet's strange smell; otherwise, everything else was excellent.

I chose this hotel for a business trip for a conference. The hotel room is very comfortable and the environment is very good. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful. Takeaway can be delivered directly to the room, which is very convenient. When checking in, Miss Wang Yingying at the front desk helped to upgrade the room and introduced local snacks and places to play around. If there are any problems, they can be solved in time. The first time I came to the desert, the Helan Mountain Hotel gave a very good experience. After booking, an exclusive butler will contact you to tell you the location in detail and the guides of the surrounding attractions in Zhongwei. When you arrive at the entrance of the designated desert 🏜, there is a housekeeper waiting for the reception early, pulling you into the desert to check in. Help you carry your luggage throughout the whole process. Very enthusiastic and proactive. There is a bonfire party fireworks show 🎆 in the evening, especially the children are very happy to play, there is no need to follow the whole process, completely entertain yourself, the starry sky is very beautiful at night, very popular, the quietness of the night is very healing, I look forward to coming again next time.

I booked a room with Helan mountain and river view , but they downgraded me with other room. They offer to give me another room in next day , but I am too lazy to change anymore. I also brought 2 set of breakfast, I am planning to get one set of breakfast to takeaway because I am a fussy eater, but they don’t let me pick the food that I like, ending up I have to throw them in the bin, because I don’t like the food that they pick. I feel so bad because I waste the food. I feel like I was being scam.

The Sheraton Yinchuan really exceeded my expectations! It's super close to Lanshan Park, and with so many shared e-bikes in Yinchuan, it was a breeze to ride there with my child. The hotel itself is huge, the rooms are spacious, and the price is very reasonable – excellent value for money. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the team at the Chinese restaurant. We ate there for several days in a row, and they always greeted us with smiles and were ready to assist with anything we needed. Big thumbs up! I truly recommend the Sheraton if you're visiting Yinchuan. Its location is great, especially if you plan on going to Lanshan Park.
