"The hotel is decent for a one night stay. Though I would describe the interiors of the room as pretty retro and dated in the 90s. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, and the room is clean. It’s acceptable for a short stay. The hotel is only a stone throw away from Huis Ten Bosch’s entrance where you need to get your tickets. And you can return to the hotel via the back gate. There’s a Lawson near Huis Ten Bosch’s entrance as well. I would say it’s probably a 3 minutes walk. Carpark is available directly in front of the hotel, with charges at 1000¥ per night. There’re carpark wardens to guide you. Would return for a fuss free stay if I were to visit Huis Ten Bosch again."

"The hotel is located diagonally across from Nagasaki JR Station. After crossing the pedestrian bridge, passing Family Mart, and turning into a small alley, you'll find it. It's very close to the Hotel New Nagasaki that we booked for the next day. Right under the pedestrian bridge are bus and tram stops, making it very convenient to get to city attractions; we visited the Atomic Bomb Hypocenter the same day. The room, however, was quite small. Opening two suitcases was a real struggle. Our window faced the alley downstairs, and on the second day, we could smell someone smoking from below (we were on the fifth floor, I think). The bathroom was one of those modular, all-in-one units with a step up from the room floor, which you had to be careful with – not very senior-friendly. Toiletries were available for self-service and were from Fancl, which was a nice touch. But for the price, you really can't complain too much, can you?"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had in Japan. I booked a Run of House (ROH) room for my family. The booking description stated that room sizes range from 28 to 38 square meters. Based on that description, I reasonably expected that room assignments would be allocated fairly within that range. Upon check-in, I initially asked whether it would be possible to have a room facing Huis Ten Bosch. I fully understood when I was told that a park-facing room would require an additional charge, as such rooms are often sold at a premium. However, after entering the room, I realized that I had been assigned what appeared to be the smallest and least desirable room available. At that point, I was no longer asking for a park view. I simply asked whether it would be possible to have a slightly larger room, especially since the ROH description clearly stated that room sizes range from 28 to 38 square meters. What made the experience particularly frustrating was that I had already read reviews from other guests who booked the same ROH category and received significantly better rooms. One guest mentioned being assigned a park-view room after making a request, while another guest appeared to have received one of the hotel’s best room categories despite booking ROH. When I politely asked why other guests with the same booking category seemed to receive much better room assignments while I was given the smallest room available, the front desk was unable to provide a clear explanation. Instead, I was repeatedly told that any room change would require an upgrade fee. At one point, I was even told to contact the booking platform and ask the platform to pay for the room change. This response made very little sense. I was not asking for a free upgrade. I was simply asking for transparency and consistency regarding how ROH rooms are allocated. After a lengthy discussion, the hotel eventually moved us to a slightly larger room. However, the replacement room was located on the lowest floor, at the far end of the corridor, with a partially obstructed theme park view. While I appreciated the effort, it reinforced the impression that alternative rooms were available, yet no clear explanation was ever provided regarding the original room assignment. My disappointment is not that I did not receive the best room. I fully understand that ROH bookings do not guarantee upgrades. My concern is that the hotel advertises a room size range of 28–38 square meters, creating the expectation that room assignments may reasonably vary within that range. If ROH guests are always assigned the smallest and least desirable room available, even when larger rooms remain vacant, then the hotel should simply advertise the room as 28 square meters. That would allow guests to make an informed decision before booking. For families travelling with children, room size matters. Had the listing clearly indicated that ROH guests would receive a 28-square-meter room, I would likely have selected a different room category from the beginning. The hotel itself is in a convenient location and the facilities are generally good. However, the handling of this situation left a very negative impression. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend booking a specific room category rather than ROH, so that expectations are clear from the outset."

"Stayed one night in this hotel, the interior is new and clean. The mini self service cafe at the reception is very welcoming, they even provide take away cup for guests to bring the coffee/tea to the room, I find this is a thoughtful gesture. This hotel has good variety of amenities, the room is compact and functional, good for solo travelers. There is a microwave in the room to heat up the food, and humidifier at the common area if you ever needed one. I personally like the public bath a lot, especially the outdoor pool. The room has the body wash and shampoo, other toiletries can be self service from the reception. Not forget about the location, just a stone throw away from 2 tram stations, basically you could travel around Nagasaki from these 2 tram stations. One thing worth mentioning is, the bus no 5 that goes to Inasa-yama park cable care and slope care station, is just few minutes from the hotel, which is a pleasant surprise and saves me a lot of time when I was trying to find my way to the park. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is standing on the hill looking down Sasebo harbor. You can see the islands in Saikai National Park depends on the room direction. They have a big bath and the private bath both. Driving up the hill may be a little challenging because the road is narrow and winding. Hotel stuffs are very polite and helpful. Breath taking view with a hotel pool where people use for the wedding reception. Just another beauty of Japan."

"Very good location. Also have self check in machine and luggage lockers so actually no need to interact with anyone. But i have to say the room itself is extremely extremely old. Bathroom smells very bad, no matter what, ventilation is weak. Just look at the pictures. Also why such a tiny pillow, its a baby pillow, the AC is also not good, cant make it swing or anything, or a timer since its a cheap centralized one. The coldest it gets is 20 C° and the vent is full of dust. The Tap in the sink is one of those old ones. Also laundry room is very old machines, that you cant even choose a temperature or program, it says detergent is automatically added, but the way the clothes smelled after i doubt that. dryer is weak and they dont have them attached to the ventilation, so they let out the hot air in the room, the entire room is like a sauna, i almost passed out there 🥲. Also the bed has wheels, and i couldnt find any way to stop them, so your bed is wobbling the entire time Its okay for 2 days like me, but i dont think a longer time would be comfortable here."

"1. Both swimming pool and hot spring are provided with good stadium view 2. Staff are nice 3. Room size over 24 sq meter which is very big and clean 4. Room is comfortable and silent for sleeping very well 5. it is difficult to find hotel entrance by driving car and signage to hotel at nearby road is recommended 6. Free drinks are provided in refrigerator 7. Stadium view room is recommended for reservation 8. Car parking 2000 yen per night is a bit experience 9. Suggest Hotel to consider in providing stadium tour for hotel guests 10. There is no coin Laundry which is not convenient. 11. Not enoguh signage to hotel entrance when driving inside stadium"

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's super convenient, right across from the station on the right side, so you don't even have to cross the road. We got a twin room for just over 400, though it might be a bit pricier on weekends. The room was spacious and clean, and for that price, it even came with a capsule coffee machine! The staff were incredibly friendly too. My friend left a toy on the sofa, and when we asked about it the next day, they had kept it safe for us. Highly, highly recommend!"

"The hotel designed by Yanwu, especially a little old, the layout is very strange. This hotel is that the room is large, but there is a large space in front of the bed, I don't know what the cloud is, and the internal facilities are a bit old. But the public area is very comfortable, and the lounge people don't drink much and it is very relaxing. I ate teppanyaki and felt that this hotel was a local to do a wedding, and it was better to eat than live."

"This hotel is only a five-minute walk from Nagasaki Station. The room design is fantastic, and the separate toilet and bathroom are my favorite 'Dormy Inn' style. The hot spring bath was also very relaxing, though I missed out on the late-night ramen. I'll definitely stay here again in the future."
