"## Location: Absolutely a fantastic 5-star location! The hotel is directly opposite Sands, and Fisherman's Wharf is right next to Sands. March is the off-peak season in Macau, so there's no direct bus from Hengqin Port to Sands. You need to transfer at The Venetian, but it's still quite convenient. From Sands to the hotel, you have to cross a pedestrian bridge, but there's a 24-hour elevator. Once you exit the elevator, it's not a long walk in either direction, which is very helpful for travelers with luggage. ## Surroundings: To the right of the hotel, there's a small alley that leads directly to Macao Polytechnic University, less than 100 meters away, making it super convenient for students taking exams there. A 5-minute walk to the left will take you to the Lotus Square, and you can also see the Golden Lotus from the pathway behind the hotel. If you head right out of the hotel and walk straight down the main road for 15-20 minutes, you can reach the Grand Lisboa and Macau Tower. There are plenty of dining options nearby, probably due to its proximity to the university, with choices for all budgets. ## Facilities: The hotel reception is on the second floor. The interior facilities are complete, and the bedding and amenities are good. The room also has a refrigerator. The room isn't huge but doesn't feel cramped. ## Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well and felt comfortable. However, the windows are sealed, so upon first entering, there was a slight musty smell due to lack of ventilation. Thankfully, it dissipated after turning on the air conditioning and ventilation system. ## Environment: The hallway soundproofing isn't great; you can hear people walking and talking outside the room. Traffic noise from the street outside also comes through at night. However, this seems to be a common issue with hotels and can't be avoided. ## Service: The front desk staff are busy but very responsible, and they can switch between Mandarin and Cantonese freely for guests. A deposit is required for check-in, and Alipay is accepted."

"The environment is quite good, and the service is excellent. They also have a free indoor swimming pool and a gym for workouts. The only downside for us was that the room felt a bit stuffy as it was fully enclosed, but that might just be because we're older! Overall, we're quite satisfied and will definitely visit again next time we're in Macau."

"Compared to hotels in mainland China, this one is truly exquisite and luxurious, both inside and out! 💯 The location is great; it's easy to find food nearby and close to casino hotels like Galaxy. It's also conveniently located near a bus stop. The room itself was excellent in every way – not a hint of unpleasant odor! All the facilities were great, and it was quiet! My only minor complaint is that the central air conditioning was a bit noisy, even on the lowest fan speed. However, I tend to go to bed late, so I still managed to fall asleep. Overall, highly recommended! 👍"

"The hotel service is excellent, the food is delicious, and it's very convenient to get to the card and mahjong room. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, though Studio City only has one shuttle bus to Wynn Palace. For getting around, you can either take a taxi from outside the hotel or walk 10 minutes to the adjacent Grand Lisboa Palace, which has more shuttle bus options. Macau's public buses are also very convenient; for 6 MOP per person, you can go to places like the Ruins of St. Paul's or Coloane. The East Asian Games Dome LRT station is also just a 10-minute walk away. Overall, it's quite convenient."

"The hotel's location is pretty good; you can take the Sands shuttle from across the street. However, after staying for one night, I was severely bitten by mites. My body was so itchy that I had to go to the hospital for medication. I hope the hotel can disinfect more thoroughly. For those planning to stay, I recommend bringing your own disposable bedding. The luggage storage service at the lobby is excellent, but the restaurant staff's service attitude is just average."

"The taxi pulled directly into the luxurious lobby of '13 Palace' on level B1. As soon as I got out, a staff member helped with my luggage. All the staff at '13 Palace' were incredibly warm and provided attentive service. The butler's check-in introduction was clear and polite, making me feel right at home. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and functions. Of course, as a five-star hotel, what impressed me most was their thoughtful service. Given the hot weather, they even brought complimentary sugarcane juice, which was a lovely touch. The stay included two buffet breakfasts, offering a wide and varied selection. That evening, we dined at the Crystal Hall, where the dishes were excellent, delicious, and offered great value for money – highly recommended. Here are some suggestions for improvement: In the shower, it would be helpful to have clearer instructions for the hot water tap. Turning right immediately activates the overhead shower, while turning left is for the handheld shower. On the day, the handheld shower was faulty (it turned out to be an aged rubber head). After notifying the butler, a staff member fixed it within 10 minutes – very efficient! Also, the red decorative pillows on the bed in the master suite had some worn red velvet covers. I hope these can be replaced. Overall, I was still very satisfied and look forward to staying again."
