Good service, cleaning and well-installations, very good breakfast with a variety of things.

I want to give my praise for the care and attention I received during my stay, the hotel is wonderful, with a comfortable and well-structured environment, but what really made the difference was the care. Everyone I found was extremely kind, they made my experience even better. I was very happy with my stay and I will certainly come back!

The breakfast is suffering, too small for the hotel size, and they could have already resolved this, given the hotel age. In addition, only two staff members did not realize the full service of table cleaning, replacement of tools and the items offered in the buffet. We understand that the hotel price is economic, but it is not for that reason an advance authorisation for this type of disorganization.Suggestion: reduce buffet options, but ensure that no shortage of minimum, such as hot coffee and salt bread.

Everything went very well. Cleaning is good. Only observation, they offer a coffee machine in the apar**ent, the machine is from the TRES brand and the capsules offered were Nespresso... You can't use it.

A prestação das informações sobre a cidade foram um diferencial para mim que nada conhecia e precisava de orientação. Recomendo.

Superior or Privilege Room, 16th floor. I recommend it. Clean hotel, beautiful room, quiet, no bad smell, very comfortable bedding. Friendly and responsive to resolve a water leak in the bathroom. Immaculate fitness center, pool, sauna. Netflix TV.... Varied and restocked breakfast buffet. For tea, there's a small kettle with a carafe to fill it. The Nespresso machine makes the hot water taste like coffee. And it makes a terrible noise when the neighbor uses it in the middle of the night. Check-in is slow, maybe it's due to their IT. If they haven't received the money due to banking transactions with the booking platforms, they ask you—even with presentation of the voucher—for a credit card deposit, which is canceled as soon as the amount is received. This doesn't happen at other hotels booked with shorter notice.

The location is very close to the airport. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. Just talk to the front desk of the hotel in advance. A little distance from the city center. The restaurant in the hotel is good. The price is not high. The taste is good.

Great location, very good rooms, but unfortunately, terrible service. There were huge lines for both check-in and check-out, and the staff seemed completely clueless. A 2 PM check-in time is already quite inconvenient, and we still had the experience of joining the massive reception queue, only to be told, when it was finally our turn at 1:58 PM, that we couldn't check in yet because the official time was 2 PM, and we'd have to wait at the back of the line. In the end, we only managed to get into our room closer to 3 PM, which was extremely inconvenient for us as we were staying for a wedding at 4 PM. For check-out, the treatment was quite different, apart from the line still being enormous. We weren't given even a minute's grace period to check out. A truly disappointing experience for a luxury hotel; we will definitely be looking for a different hotel on our next visit to the city.

The service left a little to be desired, due to a rearrangement of the staff, but nothing to be disappointed about. The room was small and very simple. The only thing I found was the bed was noisier than it should have been.

It's a nice hotel because the team is amazing and very well trained . Problem is transportation if you have no car or driver , Ubers don't come easy and the shopping mall don't have Taxis . So, be aware about the transportation.
