It's super close to the beach, making it very convenient for dining and strolling around, as well as shopping for groceries. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. From the open-air balcony, you get a 270-degree view, with Dadonghai to the left and the city's neon-lit high-rises to the right. The overall soundproofing is good, and I'm very satisfied.
