Whoever especially in weekday visiting niagara doesnt need to park at their parking lot. Most of them is 50 cad dollar. After leaving the stuff you can park to fallside casino parking lot which is more cheaper and spacy.

They offer a shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off at the hotel, which is super convenient! It's about a 15-minute ride from the airport. Just a heads-up, the pick-up points for Terminals 1 and 3 are on the business card, so make sure to check that out. And you absolutely *have* to call the number to arrange the pick-up! This hotel offers great value for money, and the staff are really friendly, though it does have a bit of an older feel to it.

This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) One little bar of soap and very small for shower and washing hands one wash of shampoo . Asked for help with pur bags the guy lifted suitcase then went onhis pbo e Ihad toask him again to help us. There was a big Crack in the door opening I asked for tape he never returned could care at all my con wen for bugs, fly, bees.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with views of the river and the Detroit skyline. The room was spacious and clean. I definitely recommend it.

Overnight stay on way to Caribbean destination. Shuttle pick up at airport was easy to navigate. Check in at hotel quick and staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Amazing shower! Had dinner at Dixon’s, hotel restaurant.  I would recommend chicken wings, salad and pizza as they were very good. French onion soup not so much. Caught the 6:05 am shuttle back to airport. All in all: A Great Stay. Thanks Hilton!

Hotel wasn’t bad, but there’s no amenities in the room at all.. not even water… every time I wanted to have some water, I’d need to go to the lobby and ask for some bottles, same for toothpaste (there’s basically no amenities in the room), the coffee machine was nasty as well.

Everyone from the parking lot attendant to the front desk staff were just AWESOME. The room was FANTASTIC as well. The bed was the BEST I have ever slept in. My finance said the same. We wish we could buy that mattress. Thanks for the AWESOME TIME we will be back!!!!!

We had a short but pleasant stay at Bloom. Even though we were only there for one night, everything felt comfortable and well set-up. The room was cozy, clean, and perfect for a quick stay.

The staff are friendly. We felt comfortable with during the stay. The price is fair.
