Service: Absolutely fantastic! I've never seen executive lounge staff work so hard. Our butler, Xiao Guan, was especially wonderful and catered to our every request! We had a very comfortable stay; the kids didn't even want to leave. The hotel food was also delicious. The location is excellent too. Swan Lake is right downstairs, and in77 shopping mall is just a block away on foot. Walk a bit further and you're at MixC shopping mall.

Attended a company event and arrived in Huangshan two days early to hike. My colleague found this hotel on Doubao, and we decided to stay together. The hotel isn't in the bustling city center; it's right next to the Huangshan Scenic Area Public Security Bureau, which gave us a great sense of security. The guesthouse has a very cozy and tranquil design, and surprisingly, it even has a backyard and a swimming pool. The hotel offers complimentary hiking poles, shoe covers, raincoats, and maps for hikers. They also provide free pick-up and drop-off within a three-kilometer radius. We could also arrange paid pick-up from the high-speed rail station, which was cheaper than taking a taxi. The service was prompt and excellent. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Had a great stay at the hotel! The view from the window was lovely, and I really enjoyed the free indoor heated pool. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 What really stood out was the beautiful large lawn in the park downstairs, and the Kangxi River trail was perfect for jogging while enjoying the scenery on both banks. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and the service was excellent. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for being so thoughtful and attentive – they even upgraded my room! This will definitely be my first choice again next time.

This hotel was a very comfortable stay. The location is easy to find and very convenient for getting around. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service attitude was excellent. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very soundly at night. The bathroom was clean, there was plenty of hot water, and all the toiletries were provided. Breakfast was also good, with enough to eat well. Overall, it was a great experience.

I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 AM due to travel, thinking it might be a hassle to check in so early. To my surprise, the landlady at the front desk was incredibly kind! She mentioned my booked room wasn't ready yet and upgraded me to an available deluxe room. The room was genuinely spacious. The best part? Soaking in the private hot spring in the courtyard right outside my room at 4:00 PM, I turned beet red from the heat – it was absolutely blissful, hahaha! 😂 (The photo was taken from my room entrance)

Today was an incredibly lucky day! Even though the weather wasn't great, our stamina was fantastic. We managed to complete the entire trek in about eight hours. My child and I both agreed that Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) is quite challenging, but this time, we successfully conquered it! We'll definitely be back. Everything this time, from the food to the accommodation, was excellent and went very smoothly. I've made a note of it and will recommend it to friends who visit in the future. It truly is a worthwhile scenic area. You really have to see Huangshan with your own eyes to appreciate its grandeur; photos just don't do it justice. It's truly breathtaking! The people of Huangshan are also wonderful. Before I even arrived, I called this hotel to inquire about a reservation, and their service was exceptional. Their friendly tone and helpfulness are something you genuinely experience firsthand, not just hear about. It's the kind of place where a simple conversation leaves you feeling very comfortable and well-cared for.

I took my parents out to travel. I saw that it was newly opened on the Internet. After booking, I felt more than expected. The room was very clean and the decoration style was simple and comfortable. The local specialties cooked by the proprietress are very pleasant. Overall evaluation five stars 👍

Facing the community, the environment is quite good, and the Chang'an community behind it is of good quality. The Chinese restaurant inside the hotel is excellent. You can also go to the restaurant in Chang'an Community, which is about 200 meters to the right from the hotel entrance. Five-star rating. The service standard of Shangri-La is outstanding, much better than several other hotel groups.

The price was also stable during the May Day holiday, which shows it's a reliable big-brand hotel. The service was really warm and attentive, and the environment was very photogenic and clean. They even provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes. It's also super convenient to the Old Street, and they offer a shuttle service. The only thing that could be improved is that the king room's shower doesn't have a place to put clean clothes. If you want to grab clean clothes after showering, you have to open the shower door and get them from the sink area outside, but there's no door for privacy there. It could be a bit awkward if someone suddenly walked by. This was a minor inconvenience, but everything else was great.
