This hotel is almost next to the airport terminal, super convenient for early morning flight. It is clean and service is excellent. Manager on duty - Han, Yueliu helped arrange a room in the main buidling, which is what I preferred. Everything went well. Will stay here again next time when I come back.

I've been to Xinzhou Ancient City a few times, and I genuinely feel that Futian Yuhua Hotel is the absolute best hotel here. The rooms are spotless, they deliver fresh fruit daily, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The private hot spring bath experience was fantastic, and there was a constant supply of complimentary drinks every day. From the moment you step through the main entrance, you notice the incredible attention to detail – it's clear the owner has excellent taste. From the moment I called about parking, a butler was already waiting at the entrance. The service was warm and thoughtful. When leaving, they even reminded me to take a complimentary bottle of water and offered tissues, showing how much they genuinely care for their guests. On the day of check-in, I couldn't figure out the stopper for the hot spring pool, but after a quick call, someone came to help within less than a minute. I'll definitely be bringing my family back to stay here again in the future and will highly recommend it to my friends.

I booked this hotel in advance for our May Day holiday trip to Taiyuan. It's an established five-star hotel, and both the facilities and service are top-notch. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's super convenient to get to, right outside Exit A2 of Changfeng Street Station on Metro Line 2. Plus, it's next to Tianmei Xintiandi, a bustling commercial area, and taxis are always easy to find. We visited Zhonglou Street, Liuxiang, Jinci Temple, Tianlong Mountain, and the Shanxi Museum, and honestly, there's nothing to complain about except that some of the furniture feels a bit dated compared to newer hotels. Otherwise, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay at Kempinski again next time I'm in Taiyuan.

This was my favorite hotel during my Shanxi trip, and here's why: 1. The hotel is a converted old mansion, full of character. The rooms are spotless, fully smart-enabled, and stylishly designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, with a choice of two pillows of different firmness levels. The mini-fridge also comes stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. 2. The personalized and attentive service is a highlight of this boutique hotel. The staff were warm and proactive. Since we had an early train, they even prepared breakfast for us in advance. On our arrival day, they offered us delicious wontons for lunch to tide us over. 3. The location is excellent, not far from the North Gate, making it super convenient for exploring the ancient city. 4. The hotel provides complimentary transfers to and from the train station in a Mercedes van equipped with massage seats – they've really invested in top-notch amenities. 5. The value for money is outstanding. With such amenities and service, it's absolutely worth every penny. I'll definitely be back!

Our group of four went to the Shanxi First Hot Spring Hotel, thinking it would be conveniently located within the Wang Family Courtyard. We ended up loving it! The hotel environment was superb! 👍🏻 Getting up early to climb the city wall and see the swirling mist was like stepping into a fairyland. The air was fresh, the hot spring water smooth, and the night view even more beautiful! Dinner was delicious, and breakfast was plentiful! Everyone is planning to come back! The manager, Xiao Wang, and my husband hit it off immediately, and he even gave us souvenir coins!

Having stayed in numerous high-end hotels over the years, this one truly deserves a heartfelt five-star rating from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's an established five-star hotel. I specifically booked a city-view room. It's just over 1 kilometer from the ancient city, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. Every day, they'd send fresh fruit and a warm pear soup. They were clearly concerned about the dry climate in Datong. From the moment I entered the room, all my needs were met – truly thoughtful service. Housekeeping was incredibly efficient. We had some food that needed freezing, and honestly, we'd forgotten about it ourselves when checking out. The hotel lobby and housekeeping department had seamless communication, quickly reminding us. Their responsiveness was truly impressive! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The breakfast was unexpectedly delicious 😋. It had a Western bar feel, and both the Chinese and Western options were great. No unnecessary frills or those annoying pre-made dishes. The various stir-fried vegetables – shredded potatoes, tofu, straw mushrooms, and cabbage – were all incredibly tasty. The fried rice, especially the egg, was delicious on its own, and the stir-fried udon noodles were also good. The large Chinese crullers were freshly fried by the hotel, and there was a chef hand-shaving noodles right there, which looked and smelled amazing. I absolutely loved the preserved egg and lean pork congee and the eight-treasure congee. The steamed carrots 🥕 were surprisingly good; at first, I wondered why they were there, but then I discovered how sweet they were. You really have to try the steamed potatoes and carrots here. The bread selection was exceptionally well-made, far superior to what you find in many five-star hotels in my home city of Beijing, no exaggeration. The whole wheat bread, dinner rolls, croissants, chocolate cake, and brownies were all of a high standard. You could tell immediately that they were made by professional pastry chefs using excellent flour. The cheese 🧀 here was also very good. All the fruit salads were incredibly fresh, and there was even a honeycomb! It went perfectly with the milk and cereal. They had a wide and thoughtful variety of cereals, no skimping there. Oh, and they also offer supper service! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 BTW, there's a swimming pool on the 10th floor that the kids absolutely adored. Every single aspect of our stay demonstrated their thoughtful and impeccable service. Wishing the hotel great prosperity, and I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is located right next to the main road, making it easy to hail a taxi and providing convenient transportation. The room was upgraded free of charge and was spacious and bright. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was of good quality. The receptionist was very helpful in finding shops to buy local specialties. The hotel offers great value for money.

The room hardware can reach five stars. The facilities in the room and lobby are very new and the design is modern and simple. The sanitation is very good, and the cleaning on the day of check-in and in between is very good. The breakfast is not five-star and lacks richness, especially for children, there is not enough to eat. The buffet restaurant is not open before the 15th day of the first ***** month, and there are no good restaurants around the hotel, so the dining aspect is a bit lacking. However, the dishes served in the Chinese restaurant are up to the standards of a luxury hotel and taste very good. The room TV cannot be connected to the screen. The water temperature and pressure in the bathroom are very stable, which is great for a hotel located on a 15-story building. The toilet room is completely independent and not separated by glass. There is a sink outside the shower room and also in the toilet room, making it very convenient for families to stay in.

Hygiene: Excellent. All towels, bath towels, and bathrobes come in sealed bags, which made me feel very secure using them. Facilities: Excellent. Although it's an older hotel, the showerheads show their age but are very well-maintained and work perfectly. Environment: The location is great. The room card gives access to a small gate leading to Yingze Lake Park. It's a nice two to three-kilometer loop for a leisurely stroll. Service: Excellent. They offered complimentary welcome fruits, and you just scan a QR code to request more amenities. There's also a delivery robot that brings food right to your door, all very convenient. Suggestion: I hope they can switch from instant Nestlé coffee to pour-over coffee bags. Instant coffee feels too low-end and doesn't match the hotel's overall quality.

This was my second stay here, and it was just as quiet as before, allowing me to sleep soundly. This time, I took the subway to enjoy some Cantonese food and then went for a leisurely walk at the nearby Longcheng Park. Last time, I drove to Lao Hu's for breakfast, and their fried dough sticks were delicious, but the round trip took an hour of driving (due to morning rush hour on the way back), which was quite far. This time, I had breakfast at the hotel, and the fried dough sticks were hard and cold. Most of the breakfast options weren't very good... I hope they can improve them.
