"All in all a good hotel to recommend further. However I am struggling a bit with the organizational structure. Why is beachcomber not customer oriented in a way to arrange pick up directly from the airport? They leave customers allone just mentioning the office at the harbor. So you have to deal on your own with all those sharks that are trying to take out all your money from your pocket to get to Denarau. Then there are those so called „scheduled“ and „non-scheduled“ departures whereas the second part cost you the almost the double price. There is no real explanation why it is that way you just have to accept or you stay on the main island. So in the morning we were suddenly told the 5pm departure is not taking place and we have to wait for the 7pm departure. We just arrived from the airport and there was no other option then to wait. Being a family with 3 and 5 year old children, coming from a long-term flight, you cannot imagine how terrible and impatient they can be except you are parents. So we staid on our costs, lost the afternoon we wanted to stay on island, without any real excuse or potential compensation. Then the stuff over there is obviously trying their utmost to make your stay feeling as comfortable as possible. But we don‘t understand how fast they csn get overhelmed if you start asking questions. For example, when you say please share one cup of hot chocalate by 2. you always get 2 full cups of hot chocolate. When you ask for äa extra plate at dinner you can spin a coon wether or not you will receive an extra plate. Once they completely mixed up our meal with aünother table and we haüd to wait longer to get our meals served. At least there we got a free of charge drink to compensate for this mess. There should be 3 times a düay complementary snorkeling tours. Out of 3 days ir happend only one day. In the second they morning tour they mentioned something about engine problem. On the third day there was even no official comment about it. We booked the full pension offer, but drinks like coffee are not included. To get your free of charge water you have to make yourself your way through the restaurant to the bar and then the way back so that every single guest can see that you don‘t want to afford a drink at the restaurant. There are some tiny things here and there they could do better from a customer point of view. For example excavator work at the beach front side during the day, exactly throughout our stay. Construction work on the island, including drilling noises also during evening times. For all those things there is no communication or excuses at all. Quality of food is very good and the location us such is beautiful. Shows are cool, we very liked the kava sessions with dance or to see how lovo is preparred."

"The hotel is in a great location, but it's too old, so if you want to enjoy the hotel, you'll be disappointed. The kitchen is just a decoration, you can't cook, but it's strange that it has kitchen utensils. If you don't have any requirements for the room, this hotel is first-class. First of all, it includes meals, although it's not delicious, it's enough to fill you up. Breakfast and dinner are buffets, and lunch is a set meal. The hotel provides a lot of free entertainment, and it's quite fun. Whether it's going to the sea bar or snorkeling, it won't disappoint you."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Serinity sands glamping. The glamping tents are brand new and really fancy!  The infinity pool was stunning with sea views. The sunbeds were the comfiest. The decor around the pool/ restaurant is stunning.  Great to have access to a gym whilst on the island.  We loved the turtle feeding & the activities they provided each day! We really enjoyed having a tea and cookie in the afternoon also, was a nice treat! The staff were very friendly everywhere we went and always helpful!  Thanks  Matt"

"My recent stay at Plantation Island Resort was absolutely delightful! The location was stunning, with pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The resort itself was immaculate, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of activities for all ages. I especially enjoyed the delicious food and the lively entertainment. Overall, I highly recommend Plantation Island Resort for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation."

"Stayed for 2 nights and felt that the house was clean. There was no hot water for showering on the first day, but there was hot water on the second day. The living environment is good, you can see the sea from the window, and the hotel has good greenery. The food was generally good. I had four main meals, one was simple, and the other three were rich and self-service, with meat and vegetables, moderately salty. Breakfast is a little simple, with juice, milk, bread slices, etc. You don't have to pay extra for the fried eggs you want. Drinking water is provided for each meal and is provided by yourself. The service attitude is also OK."

"I saw some reviews saying this Sheraton is better than the one on the main island, and I agree, especially regarding the rooms. The beachfront rooms we stayed in had amazing views and felt very private. However, this hotel is much smaller than the main island's Sheraton. The buffet food was just okay, but the à la carte options were decent. For those on a full-board package, lunch and dinner can be ordered à la carte, with three courses per person. The Sheraton's service, environment, and hygiene were all excellent."

"We stayed on Serenity Island for four nights and took the last boat (5 pm) back on our final day. We had booked the boat pickup from the marina through the hotel, assuming it would be ready upon our arrival. However, we later found out that it didn’t actually depart until 6 pm. The restaurant food was fine, but the menu never changed, apart from the chef’s special offered at lunch and dinner. If you’re staying for more than a couple of nights, as we did, you’ll likely find yourself repeating the same dishes. During one lunch, we waited an hour for our meals — mine arrived first, and I had finished eating by the time my partner’s dish finally came. We were only made aware of a few tours during our stay and were disappointed to discover, on the day of our departure, a newly displayed schedule of weekly activities such as cooking classes and Fijian language lessons. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any of these offered while we were there and felt we missed out on some great experiences we would have loved to join."

"This hotel has a very good value for money, and the service is also very good. When entering and leaving the island, there will be people playing guitar to welcome and see you off. Treasure Island is also a treasure island, very quiet, and the scenery is beautiful."

"The location and hospitality are perfect. The facilities are inferior to those of hotels in urban areas, but that's to be expected on a remote island. In fact, I would recommend it to those who enjoy that. Have breakfast, snorkel to see the coral and tropical fish, then return and relax in the pool. Afterwards, have a cocktail and relax, then watch a beautiful sunset. Enjoy dinner as the sun sets and go to bed early. That alone is enough to satisfy me. For those who aren't satisfied with this, there are a variety of activities available, so this is a hotel that many people can enjoy."

"Living in a room with a pool, the view is beautiful. There is a shower in the room and an outdoor shower in the outdoor, hahaha. The islanders are very enthusiastic. When they come, they sing and welcome. When they go, they sing and send. After living for three days, many people can remember our name and be moved! The hotel spa is very general I think... not recommended. You can go out for a free boat ride, great, have a small wooden floating platform, have a good time. The room rate includes the most common breakfast buffet, which is bread bacon juice and can be extra money. The hotel has 200 Fijian coins for three meals, or 130 Fiji coins for two meals. We have no choice but to order. Although it is not cheap, you can go to the menu to decide. Experience is good, will recommend friends to go here!"
