Ξενοδοχεία με Pools σε Warwickshire, United Kingdom

"Spacious relaxing hotel set by the riverside, lovely walks through the nature reserve from the hotel and a fantastic location for sightseeing in the town centre. The pool and spa were also an added bonus and it was very relaxing sitting out under the fairy lights with the river views."

"The hotel was lovely and the staff were professional, although they could have been slightly more friendly. The room did not have AC which was a big disappointment as we were very hot, but overall the facilities and spa was great."

"The location and ambiance of this hotel are truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend it. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the on-site spa with its indoor swimming pool added a wonderful touch of relaxation to the stay. The only small drawback was that they were unable to provide a toothbrush upon request. Aside from that, everything else exceeded expectations."

"Our second return to the forest of Arden (1st after change of ownership). It remains a very good hotel with suitably premium rooms, a lovely setting and high quality food and drink options. I would say that the rooms on the upper floor in the late May heatwave were unpleasantly warm at night even with open windows and the provided fan on and we fed this back to hotel staff at the end of the stay. The pool and cold showers can mitigate this somewhat. We still enjoyed our stay very much and it is a good base for events at the NEC even if one does not golf."

"I have stayed here 4 times for conferences. Staff, especially in the restaurant are so friendly. Rooms clean and comfy beds. Air con in the communal areas but not in the rooms - which were pretty hot overnight."

"What a wonderful place, everything you could want for a British country house getaway. The staff are wonderful across the board, food was excellent and the suite was cosy and well-appointed. I would just add that for a hotel of this calibre I would expect to have a well-appointed gym, but it didn’t take away from the great trip,"

"Great location, and beautiful grounds ~ parking was hard to find.  The room was clean and tidy, with a nice firm bed, the Weather was very warm, and even though there was a fan in the room the heat was stifling and so hot! The so called “air con” was useless!  The indoor swimming pool was a good size, but it was so incredibly hot in the building, it was hard to breathe!! (Open the doors to let some oxygen in!) The evening meal was good, as was the breakfast the following morning.  Quite expensive for a mediocre stay.  Lovely staff throughout."

"Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!"

"The location of the hotel is very good at a golf course in the suburbs, very close to the highway but you have to drive. The only complaint is that the breakfast is really bad and everything else is pretty good "

"Hotel is a mixture of old and new parts. We were in the original part of the hotel which was very nice, very large bathroom, nice bedroom with air con. The down side was that there was not a lift available and the steps on the stairs to the top floor bedrooms were quite narrow, but overall a lovely hotel with two car parks and the food was very nice. Would definitely stop there again."
