The location is great. The parking lot is just opposite the hotel. The room is a 2-minute walk from the beach. The beach is wide and there are few tourists. I saw the most beautiful sunrise. The large balcony is surrounded by green plants and is very suitable for sunbathing. It is quieter than other hotels at night. The double shower can take a shower at the same time. The hotel thoughtfully prepared three large bottles of drinking purified water and a woven bag for going out... I like Tulum starting from the hotel.

The place is convenient if you're going to Playa del Carmen for a short time, the location is perfect, close to everything and at the same time far from the noise, the Walmart next to the hotel it was a plus, it is close to the ADO but you need to check first, if you go to ADO turista it will be far away, like 15 minutes walking and if you go to the other ADO terminal if will be just a few minutes.

The most cost-effective hotel in the Tulum Beach area, with a beautiful cliff sea view, welcome drink, and you can book a sea view for dinner, the view is beautiful… The hotel can't go directly to the sea, so the price is relatively beautiful, and it's not far away if you want to go to the sea. There is a white sand beach next door after a five-minute walk. The room is big, and hot tea is delivered every day. The service is very good, especially the price is half of that of many hotels in the beach area next door. It's perfect!

We have been staying at this hotel for many years as a family and we absolutely love it. Super clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and great location. The hotel is located within a little bay next to Punta Nizuc that shields the shore from strong ocean currents, so the ocean is calmer. The hotel has access to the lagoon AND the ocean, so you have view to the water on either side of the hotel. The beach was clean and there is a little reef where you can see tropical fish. Super chill and friendly vibe ＜3

The service was excellent; the hotel was very accommodating and the reception was warm and welcoming, meeting all my expectations. The hotel's pool and beach were quite good, and not too crowded. It's a good value-for-money option among the high-end hotels in Cancun.

Room type selection: (There is a giant pit here, it is recommended to avoid the pit) We booked a ”sea breeze room” and told us that we had upgraded our room type when we checked in. We waited for us to check in and found that we had transferred to the ”pool room” The difference between the two is that the sea breeze room is located in the second row of the hotel's seaside, you can have your own terrace but not against the sea, you can feel the sea breeze The pool room is actually a jungle room with a pool, and you can't feel the sea breeze at all. After coordination, we finally gave us the sea breeze we wanted. It turned out that the ”sea breeze room” was oversold that day, and it was upgraded to the ”seaside room” for free. But it's really noisy! It's noisy to sleep at all Because it is made of tent materials, the sea breeze is blowing at night, and it is not soundproof at all, and the sound of the waves beating the reef is no longer the level of white noise. It is the kind that requires earplugs to sleep. Don't listen to the free upgrade of the hotel. ”Sea Wind Room” is the only recommended choice. It is an excellent hotel with great swimming pool area, clean and big rooms with lots of amenities. The greatest thing about this hotel is its location. We were going to stay in hotel zone but later changed our mind to downtown. And we couldn’t have decided better. All the tours operators do pick up from a couple of locations in downtown area and one of the location is the right outside this hotel. The las Palapas park is walking distance, so is all the local restaurants, super markets etc. it’s near several banks and hotel has a couple of cash points inside the hotel. The only slight nuance is that it is right outside a main road and noise from the road (especially if your room is facing the street) can be a little annoying in the morning during rush hours. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are very nice and accommodating. 4.9 star out of 5.

This hotel is perfectly okay it's in a good location in the swimming pool is cold because it's surrounded by six floors of the hotel. The rest of places I've been the swimming pools have been hot. Don't lose the hotel key cuz they'll charge you 100 pesos. They can't recommend good restaurants but the staff is okay. The room has a good air conditioner in it has a refrigerator. I would stay here again. It's not perfect but it's okay and then a good location. One bad thing is you're not supposed to flush the toilet paper in the toilet I don't like that that's gross. Whenever I did the number two I did flush the toilet paper cuz that's just gnarly gross. One more problem internet was terrible. On the TV and on my phone it was okay in my computer for some reason. TV was a bit hard work. Bring your computer because internet on my phone didn't not work very well at all and was incredibly slow.
