Extremely satisfied! The stay was really comfortable. The rooftop pool offers great views, but since it was too hot, it was really only good for taking photos as it's outdoors. The air conditioning in the room cooled down very quickly after being turned on! I'm super happy with the 19th-floor facilities, which are excellent – a gym, Pilates studio, laundry and drying room, etc. The laundry room even provides an iron and a sink, which is a great attention to detail. There are also plenty of washing machines, so you don't have to worry about availability. My only minor complaint is that the wash wasn't always very thorough; I'd recommend handwashing items first before putting them in. The breakfast was also very diverse, and they even offer a late-night snack (until past 11 PM, which I unfortunately missed). Overall, I'm very satisfied! I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!

Highly recommend staying multiple nights and enjoying the 'Happy Stay' benefits, including a complimentary room upgrade to a Deluxe Room, subject to availability. This was an incredibly satisfying stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the North and South Fruit Market and the High-Speed Rail East Station, making both transportation and shopping super easy. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were comfortable and well-maintained. The service was excellent and very responsive. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Definitely recommend checking in!

My partner and I stayed here for a night during our trip. We originally booked a room on floors 3-8, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a higher floor free of charge. Both the king and twin rooms offer partial sea views, and you can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the window. There are ongoing construction projects nearby, including an underwater tunnel and a grand theater, but we weren't bothered during the day while we were out exploring. The construction noise was minimal and didn't disturb our rest. We had such a pleasant stay that we decided to extend it for another night. The room was tidy and clean, with complete amenities. The staff were warm and attentive, and the concierge, especially the lady who assisted us, was very efficient. The location is super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for couples on a short trip. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Sanya.

Not great value for money, and the overall experience was pretty mediocre. The fact that the island was reclaimed from the sea, and the various buildings on it, are quite astonishing, but it's a real shame how many areas are neglected and falling into disuse. With over 5,000 rooms, the hotel had a high occupancy rate during the holiday, making the lobby feel like a chaotic market, packed with people and incredibly noisy. There were significant delays for check-in, and breakfast was practically a free-for-all, with extremely poor food quality. Room cleanliness was terrible; there were scratches all over the walls, and the bed runner was damaged and still had dried food crumbs from the previous guest on it – makes you wonder how long it hadn't been washed. The room itself was tiny, and when I asked for an extra pillow, I was told they didn't have any. We were a family of one adult and two children, both around six years old, but were told we had to purchase an additional child's breakfast, as two small children couldn't count as one adult. For nearly 600 RMB a night, with nothing included, it really wasn't worth it.

Fantastic experience! This hotel is completely different from other budget hotels in Sanya Bay; it can definitely compete with those in Yalong Bay. The resort environment is beautiful, with lovely gardens and a stunning pool that even has a small sandy beach. There's a private path directly to the main beach, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and elegant, offering superb ocean views. The kids' facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is abundant, making for a truly relaxing vacation feel. Highly recommend! My child had an amazing time, and a special shout-out to our butler, Vivi. We'll definitely stay here again!

The room was great and very spacious, and the view from the balcony was excellent. The location is super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their recommended restaurants were delicious. Plus, parking and EV charging downstairs were both very convenient.

After choosing to stay at your hotel, we found the room facilities and environment to be quite good. The weather was hot, and there were enough drinks and bottled water for us, making it very suitable for our family. However, we were not entirely satisfied with the fact that the toilet and shower shared a single door. The wardrobe space was also a bit small. Your staff didn't even notice that a light fixture near the room entrance was broken, and the electrical outlet next to the sink was also broken. We only discovered this while drying our hair.

Ferrari is still Ferrari, even when old. (This is a metaphor implying that even an older, established hotel can still be excellent.) The hotel is backed by mountains and faces the sea, very close to the city center. It's just a few minutes' taxi ride to the First Market, where you can find all sorts of seafood and fruits. It offers a quiet seaside escape, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. As soon as we arrived, a friendly bellboy opened the car door and helped with our luggage. The front desk lady upgraded us to a family room, which was fantastic! The view was superb, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. During the day, the kids loved the various activities at the children's playground – it was truly immersive fun for them. In the evening, they had a blast beachcombing downstairs. From the convenience of its city location, the quiet ambiance, excellent hotel facilities, proximity to the beach, spacious pool, and delicious breakfast, to the warm and thoughtful staff service, my overall satisfaction was incredibly high.
