The front desk staff were very welcoming and proactively offered us breakfast for all three of us. We forgot something in the room after check-out, and they even contacted us about it. The young lady at the front desk was so kind. We also stored our luggage there after checking out.

Traveling to Nanchang for the May Day holiday, I compared several hotels before finally choosing Ruiyi. Its location is excellent, right next to Tengwang Pavilion. I booked a room with a view of Tengwang Pavilion, and the front desk arranged for the best floor. The view of Tengwang Pavilion from the room was superb. The hotel service was great, and the breakfast included some local Nanchang specialties. I was very satisfied with this trip and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanchang.

The hotel's location is hard to find, mainly because it's small and the entrance is obscured by greenery. The facilities inside are quite good, and the rooms are spacious. The only drawback is that the small windows lack curtains or blinds, making the large indoor bathtub a waste. Another issue is the slow cleaning. When I arrived, it was already past 2 PM, but the room hadn't been cleaned yet. I waited at the front desk for over 20 minutes before it was finished, and some areas were still wet when I entered.

A truly five-star experience, absolutely perfect from start to finish! The room was clean and tidy, and every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The breakfast spread was also excellent. It's suitable for both business and leisure. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommend the Kaimai Hotel. It's great!

My recent stay at the GreenTree Inn Nanchang Grand Hotel was absolutely fantastic, perfect for both leisure and business travelers! The hotel's location is superb. It's a convenient 15-minute walk to Bayi Square, making it easy to visit landmarks and soak in the city's vibe. It's also super close to the metro station, just a few minutes on foot, which is incredibly efficient for getting around to attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace. The surrounding area has excellent amenities. There's a Hema Fresh supermarket nearby, great for picking up fruits, snacks, and daily necessities. Even late at night, if you fancy a bite, it's easily sorted – truly considerate for both tourists and businesspeople. The room was spotless and tidy, with a simple yet elegant design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious, with a stable hot water supply and quality toiletries, showing great attention to detail. The biggest surprise was the self-service laundry room on the 12th floor. It’s well-equipped with washer-dryer combos, which is incredibly convenient. No more worrying about dirty clothes on long trips, especially useful for extended business stays or family travel. The hotel staff provided warm and thoughtful service. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the staff were gentle, patient, and responsive to any needs. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. With its convenient transport, comprehensive amenities, thoughtful facilities, and excellent service, it's a top-notch accommodation choice in downtown Nanchang. Whether you're visiting Nanchang for sightseeing or business, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Kseniia, Kong, Fengying, and Zhangying for their great support. A very special mention to Zhiyu, who makes the best espresso at the coffee bar. The service was very friendly and uncomplicated, and all customer requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The room was very clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

The ambiance is pleasant, and the hotel's location near Nanchang Station is very convenient. It's easy to reach attractions like Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and Wanshou Palace by taxi. There are also plenty of breakfast spots in the vicinity. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. They even gave a small gift upon check-out.

The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from Waishuangxi Cable Car. There's a food street right behind it, which is super convenient for grabbing a bite. The shuttle stop for buses to and from Shangrao is also very accessible. The food options around here are great! Service was okay, but some staff members weren't very patient. The room facilities are a bit dated, and the bedside outlet was practically useless; my phone didn't charge at all overnight, which was a bit awkward. For a benchmark 5-star hotel, they might want to consider updating their amenities. Breakfast, though, was fantastic and very plentiful!

The hotel is in the middle of the mountain, the sightseeing bar can not go up, but there are 5 buses directly to the side door (0.5～ 1 hour shuttle bus), there are several long ladders nearby, 6 minutes walk to Guling Street, the return trip to the ladder takes 10 minutes, it is not difficult to walk. We booked a view room. Through the large glass windows, you can see the surrounding trees and red-top houses. Especially in the morning and when it rains, the fog and rain are ethereal. Sitting by the window to enjoy the scenery is particularly comfortable. The hotel room is medium in size, there are many public spaces indoors and outdoors, seats for guests to sit and rest, and the gym is not bad. The hotel provides a simple buffet breakfast, you can eat before you go out to play. Ruiyun Park Hyatt Hotel opened earlier this year. I feel that the rooms and facilities are very clean and tidy. It has been raining in Lushan these days. It feels very humid outside, but the walls and floors in the hotel feel dry. It is estimated that there is a moisture-proof design or building materials. The young people at the front desk are friendly and work hard. We all like this hotel and will come again next time.
