We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but several facilities, like the rooftop terrace, were closed. I think some parts of the hotel need renovation. The staff was very friendly. However, the towels were worn, and the bed was poorly made—it only had a bottom sheet, not a blanket. The mattress was a bit hard, below the standard of a 5-star hotel. I'm leaving this review so they can restore the hotel to the high standard it deserves.

This is a very overvalued hotel, in reality the amenities are quite a low standard, rooms need minor renovations, and the housekeeping and maintenance services need proper improvement! Maintenance issues: the sink had overspread issue, drainage issue, toilet had overfilling issue with a noise, shower vents didn’t close fully, unless you master the “secret”; floor in the bathroom was steep towards the bedroom area, instead of being steep towards the drainage hole, the entrance door wouldn’t close without noise because of touching the floor.. Housekeeping: they attended the room only after i asked and reminded. Even then they once didn’t clean the floor, twice didn’t provide refills of the amenities (water, tissues, etc.). Only after my kind complaint to the reception, they finally fixed the issues. The reception and restaurant staff are very nice, kind, and attentive! Thanks and well done!

The locación of the hotel is exellent, the metro station just behind the corner, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was amazing!! Veru big, clean and with a wet bar. Overall, everythinv was enormous: from the e trance to the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms. The rooms are very spatious; but everything is rather old. The firniture has seen better days and the bathroom really needs a renovation. But hey, what more can one expect for the small amount we paid! The beds were very comfy. The only downpoint was the staff. Nobody seemed to be interested in our wellbeing, almost rude, which was a shame. But overall, we enjoyed the hotel very much, spending 3 lovely days at their enormous pool.

The attention was really good. Everything is still brand new, that makes the place look better. Just a little suggestion: You really need to control the “monopoly” of the towels reservation on the pool and beach side. People didn’t even go and leave personal things just to separate places (chairs, beds, tables etc).

Location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the waterfront and you can walk to nearby malls. The only con with the hotel is the breakfast staff. They were not up to the standards of the hotel and had to be asked to refill water and milk in the communal jugs. They seemed very overwhelmed by their tasks and were not proactive enough. Aside from that, the hotel was very good.

The hotel has first-class facilities, an excellent location, a swimming pool, convenient transportation, and an excellent surrounding environment. Japanese and pasta restaurants are available within an 8-minute walk, and an authentic Chinese restaurant can be reached in about 7 minutes by taxi.

The hotel is as the pictures demonstrated. The location is central next to every accessible services. Secure parking and metro just a few minutes away. The hotel service is excellent and the rooms are very clean. There is a small pool on the roof.

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in at this price range, it was the best. They even let me check in early for a small fee. Unusually, the hotel had face towels. The pool was great and very clean without too much chlorine. Nice view. The food offered at the restaurant was pretty good for hotel food. The room was very clean. Easy walk to the pier area.

The location was ideal for us and the hotel was very pleasant. We have felt very well for 14 days in this hotel. Very good rooms in the nearby surroundings and also the metro is not far away. Although Panama is not pedestrian friendly, we have walked very much.

Our stay was great, nice location and good service! Also the food was very good. Only thing missing was some seating space in the room. And a 5 star hotel like pool and a free sauna.
