Cons: - There's some road construction, the Uber we took from the airport to hotel can't find way to hotel therefore he took several rides around, trying to find a way and in the end, we need to carry our luggage for few hundred meters on cobble stone road. - The checkout time, according to the receptionist, is 11:00, not 12:00 as on Trip.com - Since Uber driver can't find the right way to hotel, we asked the receptionist to call a taxi. She called a car (not sure if it's a taxi since there's no meter) and when we reached the train station (2 km away), the driver asked 35 zl for a trip on Uber cost 15 zl.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the location and views are quite decent, the overall service fell short of expectations. Firstly, basic amenities such as drinking water were not provided. When we asked, the receptionist even suggested that we drink tap water, which was quite surprising for a hotel of this standard. Secondly, the service level was disappointing. The bellboys did not assist us with our luggage upon arrival, which is something typically expected. Overall, while the hotel has potential due to its location, the service quality clearly needs improvement.

Convenient location, close to the beach, probably because of winter, although there are few tenants, the sauna has been very busy. Winter house prices are quite favorable quality! Will visit again.

Hotel is generally very cool. Support 5/5, gentlemen help in everything, parking for free, day-long extension for free:) food super:) The room is clean, large, but .... The bed was supposed to be 1 and in the size of kingsize, unfortunately it turned out that it was 2 beds connected ... This led to another problem- socket and light switches I had around my head-under the pillow. This caused me to turn on the light several times at night. Another problem is the air conditioning panel-no display, causes the lack of knowledge of the specific temperature in the room.

Hotel was great. Location was great. You had market around corner. Transport to the airport to hotel very easy. Take bus from airport transfer major touris spot. Walking distance to take a different bus. Take the bus. When you get get off the bus make right. I believe 5 stop. Your hotel there. Transportion was easy. Can go anywhere from hotel. Staff were great. Breakfast was awesome. I didn't eat at restaurants but smell good. I do recommend this hotel. Great experience.

Average rate in Sopot is super high. So ratio of price quality is fine. Clean but poorly furnished rooms, not sharp 4 stars. Recommended mot to overpay for airbnb style. 11:00 check out is ridiculous

Comfortable hotel, great location, nice swimming pool on the roof, comfortable bed, food really very tasty - delicious toast with eggs Benedict, I recommend it for breakfast :-) The hotel itself and the rooms are clean, quiet, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city... the price list of dishes and alcohol is rather for Western tourists :-) but... but whoever decides to stay in good Polish hotels should not comment on the prices: -))) we see what we choose. I recommend!

The hotel has a lot of comments for a 4 star. The rooms are stuffy and have a strange smell, the air conditioning barely works in traction and in the evening it is turned off automatically as I found out as soon as the temperature drops. So at night it is very hot and stuffy, opening the window is a drama because at night they eat cars that race with torn mufflers. And at the reception, after the intervention, we heard that the air conditioning was turned off for our good so as not to get sick. furniture fittings are quite old and worn out, the same applies to RTV equipment. The hotel is clean but the furnishings and decor from the 90s are of poor quality. It definitely needs renovation and should have a 3 star status. Too much money for the standard of this hotel. The best is the location. Breakfast is also satisfactory. Very soft mattresses ready to be replaced.

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel just off the Old Town of Gdansk. The rooms are spacious and very clean. An excellent breakfast is served, but the other meals are less overwhelming. For example, the Ceasar Salad I ordered had actually little in common with what a ceasar ought be. The most irritating experience occurred in the swimming pool. The hotel disposes of a beautiful swinning pool which I love to use. However, wwhen I arrived the first day, the pool was was occupied by some acqua gym group and in effect not available to hotel guests. This is totally inacceptable. The hotel guests must be given priority in the use of the pool!
