"This hotel is located in Wan Chai, right by Exit D of Wan Chai MTR station. It's only one stop away from Causeway Bay, and there are many restaurants nearby, including Five Guys. The hotel starts from the 19th floor of Hopewell Centre, and the lobby is spacious and bright with a restaurant on the same floor. The front desk staff are very efficient. Sharon and Charles from the concierge team were very friendly and upgraded our room to one with a sea view, and also gave us complimentary drinks. The shower pressure in the room was excellent. It's highly recommended for business travelers, especially those attending exhibitions at the Convention and Exhibition Centre. Great value for money!"

"Whenever I visit Hong Kong, I always stay at the same place – this one! It's super convenient for transport; I can just hop off the MTR with my luggage and it's a short walk, no need to figure out new routes. Downstairs, there are all sorts of delicious eats, from dim sum for breakfast to late-night snacks, so after a long day of exploring, I can just pop down for a bite. The supermarket next door is handy for grabbing water and fruit, and I can even catch a movie at the cinema in the evenings to relax. My multiple stays here have always been consistently great, it feels as comfortable as coming back to a familiar old haunt. 🏙️"

"The beauty of Victoria Harbour, the elegance of The Ritz, and the art of M+ come together to create a vibrant holiday experience. This was my first stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, and overall, I had a fantastic time. First off, the ambiance was exactly to my taste – refined and perfect for a woman who appreciates quality. Every spot was exquisite, beautiful, and elegant, and the lighting created a wonderful atmosphere. I had booked a twin room, and when I mentioned at the front desk that I wanted to take some photos, they happily upgraded us to a room with a stunning window view. That instantly put me in a great mood! The front desk and elevator staff were all excellent. The bed at the hotel was my absolute favorite, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I don't usually sleep very well at home, but here I slept soundly until morning. It was so comfortable, and perhaps that's why I'd choose The Ritz again – I believe a comfortable bed is essential for a good hotel stay, otherwise it's just miserable. Plus, the transportation is super convenient. The MTR is right downstairs, which made it easy for us to take the kids to Disneyland and get around. The M+ museum is only about a ten-minute walk away, and other museums are also worth checking out. There are also plenty of dining options downstairs, and the food was delicious. Time flew by; we only stayed for two days, and each day was packed with taking the kids out to play, so we didn't get to fully enjoy the hotel amenities. However, the service and environment definitely make it a worthwhile stay."

"Wow, I think it's fantastic! The view, location, and value for money are all top-notch. It's beachfront, close to the MTR station and supermarket, and conveniently located between Tsim Sha Tsui and Kai Tak. Just don't expect too much from the Hong Kong service."

"Pros: The staff were all friendly and could communicate in Mandarin. The buffet dinner at 155 was great value for money. There's a shuttle service to and from the airport and Tung Chung MTR station. The room rate was also good value. Cons: Soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear noise from the hallway and planes taking off and landing. The air conditioning was a bit too cold. Overall, it's very good and the best choice near the airport. I would consider staying at Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung again next time."
