"The open-air bath was amazing! The changing room, shower room, and balcony open-air bath were all connected, which was great. The air purifier and the corners of the room were a little rough, but it wasn't too bad. The staff were very helpful and polite when I checked in! There were some shops open until around 10 PM, so I could go for a walk even after relaxing at the hotel! I couldn't go this time, so I'll save it for next time. (T_T) I was shocked that the room service I ordered was cold. The room didn't have a microwave, which was a problem! The food was delicious!! There was also a snack and drink set that looked delicious! Thank you so much!"

"I stayed on a weekday. The lobby lounge offered alcohol and snacks, and after my bath, I was treated to Yukimi Daifuku and frozen fruit. It was fun to see so many ways to enjoy the hotel without leaving the room rate. There was a kids' play area (although the batteries in the electric toys, like the merry-go-round and piano, were all dead). The public bath had children's foam soap (although they couldn't lend it to rooms, so I brought my own). The public areas, like the lobby and public bath, had been renovated and were stylish, but the Japanese-style room on the fifth floor was old-fashioned, and I could hear the TV in the next room. The buffet had a wide selection and was enjoyable. However, it was so crowded that it was difficult to take my time looking around. There were fewer people there at the latest."

"The location is excellent, very close to the station, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service, which makes getting around very convenient. The room was clean, but there weren't many power outlets. The food options were simple and not very diverse. The onsen (hot spring) facilities were complete, and there were two outdoor baths to choose from."

"As expected from a hotel with such history and tradition, it's truly wonderful. The service is, of course, excellent, and the French dinner was superb. Breakfast is a buffet, and it can feel a bit rushed due to the crowds, but there's plenty to enjoy. The onsen (bath) is a bit of a walk, but it's very good. I was surprised by how many foreigners there were, and it was interesting to see them all wearing yukata and seemingly accustomed to the onsen experience. "The hotel is well maintained. The room is probably the largest I've stayed in Japan. You can see the beautiful view of Ago Bay when you enter the room. The staff are very friendly and speak good English. At the same time, the hotel has a car to pick up to the other main building at any time. The sky garden has a check-in point for the 2016 G7 Summit, and the scenery is no less beautiful than the view from the Yokoyama Observatory. The breakfast is rich, with Western buffet and Japanese set meals to choose from, and the taste is very good. There is a scheduled shuttle bus from Kashikojima Station to the hotel. If you are late, you can also call the hotel to pick you up at the station. The service is really considerate. It is difficult to find a restaurant open after 5 o'clock near Kashikojima Station. It is recommended to make a reservation for dinner at the hotel. I will stay here again if I have the chance~"

"There is a shuttle bus at Kashikojima Station. Find the driver of the hotel bus. The suite will immediately notify the Toyota car to pick you up. It takes three to five minutes by car. After arriving at the hotel, you can enjoy the 5-star service. All rooms face the sea and the sun is shining. The facilities are high-end and complete with 100 square meters. The small refrigerator is all free, and there are Mikimoto skin care products. The lounge has a terrace with an excellent view, and the food and drinks prepared are also exquisite. The service here is perfect. I checked in on my birthday. When checking in, I was asked to choose whether the check-in was on my birthday anniversary. I didn't want to bother others to choose sightseeing. As a result, the staff of the French restaurant on the 5th floor sent greeting cards and beautiful desserts. The chef came to bless me kindly, gentle and decent. Please experience the hotel's cruise ship. 3,600 yen per person is very worthwhile. It takes 45 minutes to visit Ago Bay. The memorial hall of the G7 meeting is a few minutes away from the building next door, and the car can be sent there at any time. In addition to good facilities, this hotel can host high-level meetings. More importantly, there is a perfect service team here. Everything is great. Staying for one night is unsatisfactory. 11 is the commemoration of Yamazaki Toyoko's stay in ”White Tower” that I like. I recommend the French restaurant on the 5th floor, which has a better view and the dishes taste great. I had breakfast at the Japanese restaurant on the 4th floor, but the view was a little worse and the taste was a little salty."

"We used this hotel as a family celebration trip. The facilities were beautiful and lovely, but what really impressed us was the warm and wonderful service from the staff. Due to the earthquake in Russia, trains were stopped and we had no means of transportation, but they extended our check-out time and were very accommodating. The food was delicious, and each dish was carefully prepared. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with so many options, including Japanese and Western cuisine, that we couldn't finish it all. We signed up for morning yoga, and started the morning off right in the open space surrounded by greenery on the property, listening to the birds chirping and feeling the breeze, which was a wonderful way to start the day. Next time we visit, we'd like to enjoy a cruise or something similar."
