Ξενοδοχεία με 5-Star σε Mie Prefecture, Japan

"This luxury onsen ryokan, reminiscent of the Showa era, beautifully preserves its vintage charm while maintaining excellent interior conditions. I highly recommend the top-floor suite with a private hot spring; it's spacious and opulent, featuring an exclusive open-air bath with unparalleled views. The food is also superb, offering a satisfying feast of Ise lobster, wagyu beef, and giant abalone. The ryokan also boasts public hot springs, a bowling alley, karaoke, and an arcade. Next time, I'll definitely stay for at least two extra nights!"

"The hotel has a great environment, and the rooms are very spacious and clean. I recommend the buffet breakfast; the selection is quite refined. The hot springs offer three different types of water, which I highly recommend trying. It's the best value for money in the area. I suggest staying here if you're driving; there is free parking."

"The place is very good, the facilities in the hotel are also good, the hotel staff is also very good, there is a delicious cafe next to it, but the room is a bit musty, the air conditioner feels that it has not been washed for a long time, I hope to make the air fresher."

"This hotel is a renovated Japanese traditional house. The entire house has three guest rooms and a restaurant. It offered a very unique stay experience. The staff spoke fluent English, and there was a hospital nearby with parking available (cash is given by the staff). The only drawback was that the blackout curtains on the second floor of my room weren't very effective. Overall, it was a very good experience."

"Our family of three stayed for one night and were extremely satisfied. First, the room was spacious and clean, allowing us to relax comfortably. The view was particularly beautiful, and the feeling of being away from everyday life was wonderful. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style, with a wide variety of dishes. Many dishes used local ingredients, and everything was delicious; our whole family enjoyed it. We were especially pleased that there were many dishes that our child enjoyed. It's easy to see why many reviews praise the wide variety of delicious food. Furthermore, the lounge and hot springs were excellent, making it possible to enjoy ourselves even without leaving the hotel. Overall, the balance of service and facilities was great, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing time. This is a hotel I would highly recommend for family trips, and it's a wonderful place we would definitely like to stay again."

"The hotel is located on a mountain with beautiful scenery. However, the facilities are spread out across different areas of the mountain. In particular, the restaurants are mostly located downhill, and guests need to walk long distances using stairs or escalators. This layout is not very suitable for elderly guests or families with young children. The male staff member who handled our check-in was clearly unprofessional. He was unable to answer basic questions or properly introduce the hotel facilities. Our booking included both breakfast and dinner, but when we asked which restaurant we should go to for meals, he simply told us to make a reservation online. When we explained that we were unable to do so and asked for his assistance, it turned out that he did not know how to use the system himself. He also did not seek help from his colleagues, resulting in a long delay. Eventually, he told us that only one restaurant accepted walk-in guests. After making our way down to that restaurant, the staff there informed us that dinner was not included at that location. Fortunately, the restaurant staff helped us by making a phone call and discovered that the hotel had already arranged our dinner reservation at a specific restaurant in advance. This made us question whether the check-in staff had provided incorrect or careless information. The breakfast arrangements were also very disappointing. The breakfast menu listed around ten options, but almost all of the Japanese-style breakfast slots were already fully booked. We had checked in at around 5:00 p.m., which made this situation even more unreasonable. Afterward, we noticed similar complaints in other reviews regarding the hotel’s poor dining arrangements. The bathing area was visually appealing, but the amenities were very limited. There was no water dispenser, facial cleansing products, or skincare items provided—only a hair dryer. In summary, the hotel’s hardware and design are quite good and tasteful, but the service quality and overall management are extremely poor."

"The front desk, accommodation, and restaurant buildings are a little far apart, but there is a small bus that travels around the premises, so it is convenient. We stayed on the second floor of Seiryuan, which was spacious enough for three people. However, if you stay with four people, there is only one sink, so it may be a little inconvenient to wash in the morning?! We chose the half buffet for both breakfast and dinner, but if you stay multiple nights, the main dish (steak) is the same, so I thought it would be better to change the meal plan. One of the events offered by this inn was the Matsumoto Pass hike, so we participated. It was a two-hour half-day tour in the morning, and the walking time was two hours, but since you could listen to the guide's talk, it was a course that anyone could take part in, as you could walk at a leisurely pace. The staff were always smiling and very helpful. My friend who went with me seemed to like the fact that it was an all-inclusive inn and had all-you-can-drink alcohol. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"First-class service, making you feel at home everywhere. From 19:00 to 22:00, in the comfortable environment on the second floor, you can enjoy snacks, drinks and cocktails. The breakfast is quite exquisite, and the tableware and furnishings are very exquisite. There are Western and Japanese options. People can't help but be in France, looking out the window elegantly and enjoying delicious meals"

"There is a shuttle bus at Kashikojima Station. Find the driver of the hotel bus. The suite will immediately notify the Toyota car to pick you up. It takes three to five minutes by car. After arriving at the hotel, you can enjoy the 5-star service. All rooms face the sea and the sun is shining. The facilities are high-end and complete with 100 square meters. The small refrigerator is all free, and there are Mikimoto skin care products. The lounge has a terrace with an excellent view, and the food and drinks prepared are also exquisite. The service here is perfect. I checked in on my birthday. When checking in, I was asked to choose whether the check-in was on my birthday anniversary. I didn't want to bother others to choose sightseeing. As a result, the staff of the French restaurant on the 5th floor sent greeting cards and beautiful desserts. The chef came to bless me kindly, gentle and decent. Please experience the hotel's cruise ship. 3,600 yen per person is very worthwhile. It takes 45 minutes to visit Ago Bay. The memorial hall of the G7 meeting is a few minutes away from the building next door, and the car can be sent there at any time. In addition to good facilities, this hotel can host high-level meetings. More importantly, there is a perfect service team here. Everything is great. Staying for one night is unsatisfactory. 11 is the commemoration of Yamazaki Toyoko's stay in ”White Tower” that I like. I recommend the French restaurant on the 5th floor, which has a better view and the dishes taste great. I had breakfast at the Japanese restaurant on the 4th floor, but the view was a little worse and the taste was a little salty."

"This hotel has a luxurious, Western-resort feel. It's a 'stay-and-dine' package, but not a buffet, with a focus on Western-style cuisine. The rooms are newly renovated and spotless. There's nothing around the hotel, but they offer free shuttle service to and from the train station. However, if you're not driving, it's difficult to get to nearby attractions."
