Ξενοδοχεία με 4-Star σε Cusco Region, Peru

We have come to really enjoy the Costa del Sol properties in Peru which have very well designed and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and bedding that ensures a great night's rest. The location was excellent - with 5-10mins walk fro the main squares but up a lane with the rooms in a newer building further behind the main entrance so it was very quiet. The room and toilet was also extremely clean which was very much appreciated after our 4D3N Inca trail expedition with no showers and basic toilets. The Cusco property was also a very beautiful stately mansion with very nice central foyer to enjoy the welcome drink on a nice cool Cusco morning. We also thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Paprika with a full spread of fruits, cereal, bread, cooked items and eggs to order. We will definitely be back!

Excellent! I didn't take many photos, but I'll give you the lowdown! First off, to visit Machu Picchu, you need to stay a night in Aguas Calientes. The town is really tiny, so even though this hotel looks far from the station, it's actually just a 3-minute walk. After getting off the train, it's a short uphill stroll to reach it. The hotel is 4-star, and the front desk service is great. They offer free hot water and tea bags, and there's an elevator and luggage storage service. The rooms are huge, and the beds for two people are almost queen-sized each. Room amenities are complete: there's a fan, heater, and extra blankets. Worth mentioning: the Wi-Fi works exceptionally well, perfect for smooth video calls; and the water pressure in the shower is fantastic, making for a really refreshing experience! Sleeping at night with the sound of the river was like a soothing white noise that helped me drift off. I missed breakfast because we left too early, but every single hotel staff member was incredibly warm, patient, and attentive. After returning from Machu Picchu, we just relaxed and charged our devices in the lobby until it was time to head back to the train station for Ollantaytambo. The price is also very economical and affordable. All in all, it was a fantastic experience! 😘 I highly recommend it to everyone.

If you stay at this hotel, absolutely make sure you don't get a room with an interior-facing window (one that doesn't connect to the outside). Otherwise, it will be incredibly stuffy, making it impossible to breathe properly and sleep. Don't even count on the air conditioning; it's completely broken. Before, I closed the interior window because I was afraid of noise, but I couldn't sleep at all and found myself struggling to breathe. Only after opening the interior window did a little air come in, and I was able to manage some sleep. The soundproofing of the door isn't great. During breakfast hours, they play music, and you can hear it clearly through the door. The interior-facing windows are directly above the breakfast area. See the picture. Another very unpleasant thing happened: I returned to the hotel at 10:40 PM and found the main entrance locked, all doors were locked. I frantically knocked on the main door. Luckily, there was still a guy at the front desk on duty, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to get back in. I've included a picture to prove this point. The front desk staff's English is just so-so. Also, I was mistaken for Japanese again and given a registration slip in Japanese. I asked if they had slips in other languages, and they said yes. But even after seeing my passport, they still gave me the Japanese one. I don't even know what to say. Then they were all smiley and playful, I don't know if they were joking with me or what. Anyway, I can read Japanese, and it was all Chinese characters, so I just filled it out. The breakfast was just okay. All these *** Western country breakfasts are pretty much the same; only a few dishes offer some variety or are particularly tasty. The best thing at this hotel's breakfast was the ham. About a 30-second walk from the hotel, there's an intersection with a lot of trash and many stray dogs eating from it. Since there are many tourists, these stray dogs are used to seeing them and generally won't bother you. However, for safety, I still kept my distance from them.

Besides the location (5mins walk from train and restaurant’s) and quality of the rooms, the reason this is getting a 5 star review from me and my mates was the customer service. The people working at the hotel - in particular Nathale and William - were absolutely wonderful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received (I mean this literally). They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and helped us navigate train suspensions and protests (even offered us showers and a place to rest after climbing Machu Picchu, post check out). They didn’t just respond to needs, they assessed and identified what would make us more comfortable and they delivered it proactively.

Our train back from Machu Picchu was delayed, so we didn't get to the hotel until 10 PM. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by a cozy warmth. The turndown service was already complete, and there was even a hot water bottle. It was hands down the best night's sleep we've had so far on this trip. The hotel itself is incredibly stylishly decorated. Breakfast is a buffet, but you can also order à la carte. The coffee is excellent too. Highly recommend!

The photos don't do justice to the place! The hotel is fantastic--the location is close enough to the attractions but just outside of the main tourist area since it's up on the hillside, so it's the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. The check-in process was so welcoming, we felt at home as soon as stepping into the hotel's courtyard. The views from the hotel were unbelievable; the breakfast was great; the rooms were very clean and has all the comforts you'd need. And don't miss the llamas in the backyard! The restaurant staff didn't seem very experienced but it was sufficient.

The hotel is very well located, and the restaurant is unbeatable. I didn't give it a 5/5 because I went for my birthday and wasn't given any gifts, even though I specified them at check-in.

The location is very good, there is free lunch or dinner, very good, the room facilities are general, but it is estimated that it is already a very good presence in the local area, overall, it is still very good.

The hotel is not in the center of the old city, but it is very convenient. The room is not big, the bed is comfortable and not soft, there is a kettle, there is a small problem when you check in, you have to coordinate to go to other hotels for one night. After saying that you refused, you still overcome the difficulties and gave me convenience. Miss Sister at the front desk is very caring, thank her, Breakfast is really simple, but early enough, you can still eat enough to go out

This was our favourite hotel in Peru! The staff were amazing, always checking on us and making sure we were comfortable. They helped us with oxygen when one of us was sick from altitude. They have a laundry room, which was super convenient as a family. Laura at the front desk was incredible, she deserves a promotion! Such a lovely, and helpful front desk attendant!
