"Our family had a fantastic stay at the Tianxiang Family Hot Spring Villa at Guanglv Bama Cifu Lake Junlan Hotel. The private hot spring in the courtyard was a major highlight – it was clean, secluded, and we could enjoy a soak anytime, which our family absolutely loved. The room and courtyard were spotless, making our stay very comfortable and reassuring. This hotel is perfectly located as a stopover between Hechi and Chongzuo, ideal for a break. After exploring the underground corridor, a relaxing hot spring bath was just what we needed. The environment is serene and quiet, surrounded by nature, creating a wonderful holiday atmosphere. I highly recommend it, especially for families traveling together."

"I found the Bama Wind and Rain Bridge Inn online, and I was immediately amazed by the inn's environment and surrounding scenery after checking in! The inn's design is trendy, fresh and elegant yet sophisticated, exactly the style I love. They even have photo spots, showing they put a lot of thought into it, making for a fantastic experience. The room's wooden furnishings are exquisite, the warm lighting creates a wonderful ambiance, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable—I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, not only helping with laundry but also helping me plan my sightseeing—so thoughtful! The spacious balcony is perfect for sunbathing, reading, or enjoying tea, and the night view from the window is breathtaking. Overall, a perfect experience! I'll definitely choose this inn again next time I'm in Bama, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Bama!"

"The room was very satisfied. I lived in his house every time I traveled. The air was very good when I opened the window. The shower was a small molecular group of weak alkaline water. Don't be too luxurious. It also prepared three meals a day. There is a parking lot. Parking does not cost money. Very satisfied stay. Will come again."

"I stayed one night, and the next morning the toilet wouldn't flush. I told the cleaning staff about it before going out. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the front desk hadn't said anything, so I assumed it was fixed and used the toilet, but it wasn't fixed at all. Apparently, the cleaning staff couldn't fix it themselves and just left it there without telling the front desk. I was furious, protested to the front desk, and got a room change. When things like this happen, I can't help but think that Chinese people are irresponsible. It was nice that orange juice and tea were available in the lobby for guests to drink anytime. There was also orange juice at breakfast, which was great since I don't drink milk. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including dessert."

"Staying at the Bama Century Wellness Park Hotel: A Journey of Mind and Body Rejuvenation As a health manager, I specifically came to Bama Village, a world-renowned longevity haven, to investigate the health benefits of alkaline water. After checking into the Bama Century Wellness Park Hotel (Longevity Village Branch), I deeply felt that this place is not just a sanctuary for rest, but also a practical ground for health concepts. The hotel is nestled in the core scenic area of Longevity Village, surrounded by mountains, with an exceptionally high concentration of negative oxygen ions in the air. Opening the window every morning reveals a misty mountain landscape, and with every breath, I could feel the purifying power of nature. Double Delight: Environment and Service The room facilities far exceeded expectations: an independent kitchen equipped with an induction cooker and range hood, perfect for preparing healthy meals; a washing machine and refrigerator were also provided, ideal for long-term wellness stays. What was even more exceptional was the owner's warmth and hospitality—as a local tour guide, she proactively planned my research route, recommended excellent water sources like Baimo Cave and Panyang River, and even shared the drinking habits of local centenarians. The hotel's free gym, tea room, and Yao medicine herbal bath service allowed me to completely relax after my inspections. Especially at night, enjoying tea on the balcony and listening to the mountain breeze and insects, my sleep quality significantly improved. Alkaline Water and Health Management: A Deep Resonance The primary focus of this trip was to study Bama's alkaline water (pH value approximately 7.4-8.5), which is rich in minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium. It can neutralize acidic metabolites in the body, promoting metabolism and blood circulation. As a health manager, I paid particular attention to its auxiliary intervention value for individuals with ”five highs” (high blood pressure, high blood sugar, etc.): alkaline water can help regulate uric acid and alleviate the fatigue caused by an acidic physique, which aligns perfectly with my health management philosophy. The complimentary Bama mineral water provided daily by the hotel allowed me to personally verify its sweet taste and strong permeability, further solidifying my confidence in promoting healthy drinking water. Professional Extension: From Nature's Bounty to Technological Empowerment While natural alkaline water is excellent, its sustainability and safety require technological assurance. My business, focused on health-restoring water machines, precisely simulates the alkaline characteristics of Bama water through electrolysis technology, while accurately controlling pH value and mineral concentration, ensuring every cup of water is pure and safe. For example, the reduced water (negative ORP potential) generated by our equipment can eliminate free radicals, making it suitable for daily consumption by individuals with ”five highs”; while weak acidic water can be used for skincare, achieving multiple functions with one machine. If you are interested in water quality for health, feel free to contact me (Phone: ***********), and I can customize a home health drinking water solution for you. The Bama Century Wellness Park Hotel, with its attentive service, complete facilities, and natural environment, brought my inspection to a perfect conclusion. I look forward to returning here with my students next time to jointly explore the source of health!"

"When staying in Bama, there are not many choices here. I am optimistic about this hotel because it is very close to Bainiaoyan Scenic Area. The decoration of the hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene is not bad. The room is a bit damp but equipped with a dehumidifier. There is a small river outside the window and the environment is beautiful. The service staff are very enthusiastic and the restaurant has a large portion of food. I ordered two dishes and couldn't finish them all👍."

"The hotel is a bit old, the facilities and equipment are old, there are many rooms on the first floor, 2 elevators, it is estimated that you have to wait for the elevator during the peak period, but it is very quiet, there are some, the washing machine is relatively small, although in the village, but the car can drive to the hotel entrance, overall very good"

"Travel to Bama and dig to the treasure homestay [Yunqi Accord]! The homestay is located at the foot of Henji Mountain and next to the park. It is a characteristic octagonal pavilion with elegant environment and fresh air. It has a 360° wide view. Mountain view rooms and city view rooms are available. The decoration texture of the room is online, clean and refreshing, no smell, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is exquisite. Pushing the window to see the green mountains, river views and county scenery. The homestay is equipped with elevators, free private parking, and plenty of parking spaces; Fully equipped with kitchen, public laundry, leisure tea area, mahjong machine and children's play area. The boss and the front desk service are warm and intimate, and will share local play guides. The surrounding business districts are mature, restaurants and supermarkets are close at hand, and you can taste authentic fire and hemp soup. You can climb the mountain to wait for the sunrise and sunset, and be in a natural oxygen bar; stroll along the Changshou River in the evening to feel the slow life of Bama. The homestay is quiet and comfortable, and the experience of staying in is relaxed and healing. I highly recommend friends who come to Bama!"

"The contrast between visiting Puzhehei and Bama was stark. From the B&B owner in Puzhehei to the convenience store, I had no sense of service. I stayed in two rooms for two days, and they didn't even smile. They even stared at me while I used the air conditioner. It was the first time in all my years that my travel experience was so bad. But arriving at this B&B instantly cheered me up. The hostess and her family were so welcoming, the cleanliness was excellent, and the design was tasteful. They even cooked us sweet potatoes and taro for the trip this morning. Highly recommended, great value for money! Just a small suggestion: it would have been better if they had some low pillows. The pillows are a bit too high."

"We arrived at the store at 7 o'clock, and it was dark here. The location is very convenient, there are mountains, water, fields and land in front of the door, it is really a good place, especially parking, it is really convenient, you can park in front of the door, the wicker chair on the balcony is very good, the water pressure is very sufficient, the bath is very comfortable, the room has no smell, very good, if there is an elevator, That's better. The landlord invited us to drink together, but we had dinner and we didn't eat it. I will definitely come again next time I have a chance."
