"Our trip was a bit rushed, so we only stayed one night. The front desk lady upgraded both our rooms, and the family suite was really comfortable with great amenities. The direct view of the fireworks was stunning! The only minor issue was finding an old delivery box left by a previous guest in the wardrobe of one room, which probably got missed during cleaning. Other than that, everything was excellent. The service and facilities were completely worth the price. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay and enjoy more of the park's facilities when the kids are a bit older."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, next to Dongrong Global Food Plaza, making daily dining very convenient. Free underground parking is available for those driving, with ample spaces during the Spring Festival. It's just a few minutes' walk to Qingshui Bay Beach, where you can watch the fireworks over the sea from your balcony. The room facilities are new and very clean. There was a minor incident on the day of check-in, but it wasn't a problem with the hotel, and the hotel management resolved it promptly and appropriately. Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay, and I hope to return to Qingshui Bay for vacation in the future."

"For over 2,000 a night, the 'luxury sea view room' actually had its sea view blocked by a building. You can have a blocked view, but then it shouldn't be called a sea view room! The bathtub also had no cold water. My first day's experience was, in a word: terrible! They changed my room on the second day, which was much better. I came here because it was advertised as the 'ceiling of parent-child hotels in Lingshui,' but I'd suggest they go see how parent-child hotels in Zhuhai handle details. A playground should be a bonus after a parent-child hotel meets basic standards, not the *only* good thing that covers up other shortcomings."

"Came here for a wedding, and the experience was fantastic. Welcome fruit: The fruit was very fresh. My parents didn't realize it was only for the first night, but when they called room service the next day, they still sent another platter. Complimentary mini-bar: The drinks in the fridge were also free, which was a nice touch. Facilities: Although the hotel is a bit older, all the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, it's still clean, hygienic, comfortable, and elegant. Service: From the concierge to room service, all the staff were smiling and incredibly accommodating. Even when I called the front desk late at night, they patiently resolved my issues."

"Before check-in, Summer proactively added me on WeChat to arrange the room. The hotel facilities and design feel a bit outdated. There weren't enough power outlets in the room, and the shower controls weren't clearly marked. However, the bedding and pillows were soft, and Summer promptly helped me switch to buckwheat pillows, which was great service! 👍 The hotel pool is large and has reasonable opening hours from 9 AM to 10 PM, giving plenty of time to enjoy it. Overall, it offers good value for money, and my stay was quite pleasant! 👍"

He patiently guided us through check-in, helped with our luggage, and even told us which floor the parking was on and where the 'L' level was, which was super convenient for food deliveries. "This hotel is absolutely fantastic, a true paradise for kids! The hotel is excellent, divided into a main building and an annex. The main building has 21 floors, primarily offering standard guest rooms. The annex, building 5, is dedicated to family stays, with 5 floors mainly featuring duplex themed rooms. We stayed in a duplex family room with a slide – how cool is that? The kids could play on the slide right in our room! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with entertainment spaces for both children and adults. It boasts its own Bi Xin Tu amusement park, a water park, an infinity pool, and a stargazing pool. The butler service was outstanding. Our assigned butler, Tian Tian, provided thorough and thoughtful service throughout our stay. She informed us about room arrangements in advance, and during our stay, she was not only responsive to all our questions but also incredibly quick to resolve any issues. Even on her day off, she promptly responded and handled matters – truly dedicated! We will definitely stay here again next time and will recommend it to our friends."

"This Westin is my top choice in Lingshui. For a high-end hotel in Clear Water Bay, it offers incredible value for money, perfect for a truly relaxing getaway! It's super friendly for self-drivers, with ample parking both indoors and outdoors, making arrival smooth and queue-free. It's right next to Clear Water Bay, known for its 'singing' sands and clear waters, and the area is both quiet and convenient. The front desk is efficient, the concierge is warm and welcoming, and the smart robot delivery service is very convenient. A special thanks to our butler, Kelly, who was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The room was clean, with a huge 180° ocean view balcony, and the Heavenly Bed provided an amazing night's sleep. Breakfast was extensive, featuring local delicacies like Lingshui sour noodles and 'Qingbuliang' (a sweet cooling dessert). The infinity pool directly overlooks the ocean, and the cave-themed kids' pool is also a highlight. The service, environment, and facilities are all top-notch, making it suitable for business travelers, families, and couples alike. It's definitely on my list of regular stays!"

Just a short walk from the hotel is Clear Water Bay, affectionately known as the ”Singing Beach.” The sand is fine and soft underfoot, and the sea breeze is incredibly refreshing, making it perfect for an evening stroll. However, what truly stood out was the service from the hotel's F&B department. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering everything from Chinese congee and buns to Western bread and milk – there was something for everyone. The specialty restaurant's dishes were also prepared with great care and tasted so good that we couldn't help but go back for more every time. What was even more heartwarming was the F&B staff; everyone was smiling and incredibly enthusiastic. The restaurant servers patiently explained the features of each dish and proactively asked if we were enjoying our meal and if we needed anything. They not only provided us with delicious food but also genuine care, making us feel incredibly warm, just like dining at home. Overall, from the clean rooms and comprehensive facilities to the beautiful scenery right outside the door, and especially the flawless and attentive service from the F&B department, Aloha Hotel made our vacation truly unforgettable. We genuinely recommend everyone to stay here, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!"
