"Our trip was a bit rushed, so we only stayed one night. The front desk lady upgraded both our rooms, and the family suite was really comfortable with great amenities. The direct view of the fireworks was stunning! The only minor issue was finding an old delivery box left by a previous guest in the wardrobe of one room, which probably got missed during cleaning. Other than that, everything was excellent. The service and facilities were completely worth the price. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay and enjoy more of the park's facilities when the kids are a bit older."

"Came here for a wedding, and the experience was fantastic. Welcome fruit: The fruit was very fresh. My parents didn't realize it was only for the first night, but when they called room service the next day, they still sent another platter. Complimentary mini-bar: The drinks in the fridge were also free, which was a nice touch. Facilities: Although the hotel is a bit older, all the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, it's still clean, hygienic, comfortable, and elegant. Service: From the concierge to room service, all the staff were smiling and incredibly accommodating. Even when I called the front desk late at night, they patiently resolved my issues."

"Before check-in, Summer proactively added me on WeChat to arrange the room. The hotel facilities and design feel a bit outdated. There weren't enough power outlets in the room, and the shower controls weren't clearly marked. However, the bedding and pillows were soft, and Summer promptly helped me switch to buckwheat pillows, which was great service! 👍 The hotel pool is large and has reasonable opening hours from 9 AM to 10 PM, giving plenty of time to enjoy it. Overall, it offers good value for money, and my stay was quite pleasant! 👍"

"For over 2,000 a night, the 'luxury sea view room' actually had its sea view blocked by a building. You can have a blocked view, but then it shouldn't be called a sea view room! The bathtub also had no cold water. My first day's experience was, in a word: terrible! They changed my room on the second day, which was much better. I came here because it was advertised as the 'ceiling of parent-child hotels in Lingshui,' but I'd suggest they go see how parent-child hotels in Zhuhai handle details. A playground should be a bonus after a parent-child hotel meets basic standards, not the *only* good thing that covers up other shortcomings."

"Service: The service was excellent, all the staff were smiling and incredibly friendly, from the bellhops who helped us out of the car, to the front desk for check-in, the restaurant staff, and even the housekeeping aunties – everyone was wonderful. Environment: The hotel is brand new, nestled by the mountains and the sea, which is absolutely beautiful. You can take your kids to dig in the sand by the beach, and the experience was truly great. Hygiene: The hotel lobby smelled lovely as soon as we walked in, and the room hygiene was spotless too! Facilities: The hotel has a lot of things for kids to play with, including a kids' water park and an indoor kids' play area. My children had so much fun; it's definitely a top choice for families with kids! Plus, the room even has a smart voice assistant, Xiaodu, which is really cool. It's truly fantastic, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance!"

"This Westin is my top choice in Lingshui. For a high-end hotel in Clear Water Bay, it offers incredible value for money, perfect for a truly relaxing getaway! It's super friendly for self-drivers, with ample parking both indoors and outdoors, making arrival smooth and queue-free. It's right next to Clear Water Bay, known for its 'singing' sands and clear waters, and the area is both quiet and convenient. The front desk is efficient, the concierge is warm and welcoming, and the smart robot delivery service is very convenient. A special thanks to our butler, Kelly, who was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The room was clean, with a huge 180° ocean view balcony, and the Heavenly Bed provided an amazing night's sleep. Breakfast was extensive, featuring local delicacies like Lingshui sour noodles and 'Qingbuliang' (a sweet cooling dessert). The infinity pool directly overlooks the ocean, and the cave-themed kids' pool is also a highlight. The service, environment, and facilities are all top-notch, making it suitable for business travelers, families, and couples alike. It's definitely on my list of regular stays!"

The hotel's gardens are also charming, with well-arranged tropical plants and the subtle scent of frangipani, making walks incredibly pleasant. The breakfast selection is extensive, ranging from Chinese congee and dim sum to Western pastries, alongside freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit – every morning you can eat your fill and eat well. Our butler, Chloe, provided very thoughtful service; she was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very well looked after. This was a fantastic holiday experience, highly recommended."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic, a true paradise for kids! The hotel is excellent, divided into a main building and an annex. The main building has 21 floors, primarily offering standard guest rooms. The annex, building 5, is dedicated to family stays, with 5 floors mainly featuring duplex themed rooms. We stayed in a duplex family room with a slide – how cool is that? The kids could play on the slide right in our room! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with entertainment spaces for both children and adults. It boasts its own Bi Xin Tu amusement park, a water park, an infinity pool, and a stargazing pool. The butler service was outstanding. Our assigned butler, Tian Tian, provided thorough and thoughtful service throughout our stay. She informed us about room arrangements in advance, and during our stay, she was not only responsive to all our questions but also incredibly quick to resolve any issues. Even on her day off, she promptly responded and handled matters – truly dedicated! We will definitely stay here again next time and will recommend it to our friends."

You can catch both sunrise and sunset, and it only takes about two hours to walk around the entire island without getting tired. It's quiet at night, and the scenery is genuinely beautiful. Cons: The room facilities definitely have issues. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the shower leaked, and the sheets and bedding felt a bit damp. P.S. I wouldn't recommend any of the recommended activities on the island."

GGuest UserI saw many posts online about Kimpton Lingshui, and since it's a new hotel, I made a point to stay there after arriving in Sanya. Overall, it was quite good. Facilities: As a new hotel, the facilities are impeccable. The bathroom amenities are excellent, with Marvis toothpaste and a cute massage cushion comb. The room decor and public area design are exquisite. Hygiene: Personally, I think the hygiene needs improvement. The shelf in the bathroom might have been overlooked, as there was some dust. Also, on the first morning after checking in, my daughter woke up with one eye swollen. Based on an online consultation and subsequent developments, it was an allergic reaction due to contact with or a bite from an insect. Since she was fine before going to bed, it was highly likely she encountered the insect in the room. I reported it to our butler Winnie the next day, and she immediately arranged for pest control, which was great! Environment: The hotel's scenery is beautiful. The ocean view from the room is very healing, and every step you take around the hotel offers a new picturesque view. Service: All the staff I encountered were very friendly. Even if they weren't sure about something, they would actively help inquire and resolve it. I'm most grateful to our butler Winnie; I could report anything to her, and she would quickly help resolve it. She was very proactive and had an excellent attitude throughout, asking daily if there was anything she could assist with. This deserves high praise! Food: Perhaps my expectations for breakfast were too high due to all the positive online comments. The quality was excellent, and it's available until 12 PM, but I felt the variety was a bit limited. We tried all the hotel's restaurants; both the Japanese restaurant, Pelican, and the Cantonese restaurant offered very good cuisine, better than some top hotels in Sanya. I'd also like to offer some suggestions. Besides needing to supervise hygiene more closely, the hotel needs to pay more attention to maintenance, including in-room facilities and outdoor landscaping. For a hotel that opened recently, the maintenance is not quite up to par, for example, with the drainage, TV, and remote control in the rooms. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to these areas and continue to improve.

GGuest UserJust a few minutes' walk from Indigo Clearwater Bay to the beach, the sand is fine and soft underfoot. We booked a full sea-view room, and the balcony directly faces the sea, offering fantastic views. The room was clean, and the round bathtub was very relaxing. The complimentary first-round mini-bar was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a wide variety, including Hainan rice noodles and Zao Po Cu (a local sour and spicy noodle soup). Kiki was very responsive; anything we needed was delivered quickly after messaging. The pool area was quiet and uncrowded. Five-star rating!

There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. **Excellent Child-Friendly Details, Stress-Free Parenting** Truly designed for young children! * All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps. * There are different themed parent-child activities every day: crafts, story time, beach games, and mini-classes – the kids were fully engaged throughout. * A kids' pool, children's play area, and all essential parent-child amenities are available. The hotel's location is exquisite, tucked away in a tranquil spot yet easily accessible. The private beach and gardens shield it from the hustle and bustle, ensuring zero disturbances throughout our stay. We entered through an exclusive通道, and while the public areas are stunning, they never felt crowded. Even the pool and restaurants maintain a perfect sense of distance, allowing couples on vacation or business travelers to comfortably enjoy their private space – truly achieving a feeling of being 'away from it all, without being isolated.' Rooms start at a spacious 88㎡, far exceeding comparable hotels, and feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with private balconies that open to breathtaking views. The breakfast offers a rich variety, with freshly made Hainanese rice noodles, Baoluo noodles, and Western pastries all being excellent. The bar's 6 PM 'Nightfall Ritual' is incredibly atmospheric, and the complimentary custom cocktails are both visually appealing and delicious. It has a large terrace, and sitting out there at night with the sea breeze and beautiful view was lovely. I heard this is the beach where 'Sisters Who Make Waves' was filmed. The beach is private, so there are very few people, and the water temperature isn't cold, making it perfect for swimming. The hotel's breakfast was also good, and the butler service was very attentive. The room cleaning was well done. There's a night market nearby, which is convenient for dining. It's definitely a recommended hidden gem.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the warm yet professional atmosphere immediately made us feel at home. The room was incredibly spacious, filled with sunlight, and impeccably clean. Every corner was sparkling, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless – it was clear the hotel put a lot of effort into cleaning. The thoughtful addition of a washing machine in the room was a lifesaver for us, traveling with kids; we no longer had to worry about where to wash their clothes. The hotel's recreational facilities were also a delightful surprise. The outdoor pool had crystal-clear water, sparkling under the sun, and the kids had a blast splashing around. There's also a dedicated children's water park and an indoor kids' play area, so the little ones always had somewhere to play, rain or shine. Their absolute favorite was the petting zoo, where they could interact with lambs and bunnies up close. Plus, there were different parent-child activities every day, keeping the kids so entertained they didn't want to leave. Just a short walk from the hotel is Clear Water Bay, affectionately known as the ”Singing Beach.” The sand is fine and soft underfoot, and the sea breeze is incredibly refreshing, making it perfect for an evening stroll. However, what truly stood out was the service from the hotel's F&B department. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering everything from Chinese congee and buns to Western bread and milk – there was something for everyone. The specialty restaurant's dishes were also prepared with great care and tasted so good that we couldn't help but go back for more every time. What was even more heartwarming was the F&B staff; everyone was smiling and incredibly enthusiastic. The restaurant servers patiently explained the features of each dish and proactively asked if we were enjoying our meal and if we needed anything. They not only provided us with delicious food but also genuine care, making us feel incredibly warm, just like dining at home. Overall, from the clean rooms and comprehensive facilities to the beautiful scenery right outside the door, and especially the flawless and attentive service from the F&B department, Aloha Hotel made our vacation truly unforgettable. We genuinely recommend everyone to stay here, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

Nancy provided excellent service, the room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable – you could tell a lot of thought went into the details. The food in the dining department was delicious, beautifully presented, and the staff even offered thoughtful recommendations for signature dishes. The newly opened 'Haomeng Lebao' in the recreation area was well-equipped and spacious, making it perfect for either a workout or just relaxing.
