"Booked a basic room type, but got upgraded to a fireworks-view room, which had an amazing view. The twin beds were quite spacious, enough for two adults and two children to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. The room cleanliness was just so-so, with dust in some areas. What I was most dissatisfied with was the breakfast; it was crowded, chaotic, and the food wasn't very good. The hotel's beach offers a nice view, great for photos, and you can even catch hermit crabs. It's also quite convenient for visiting the theme park."

Whenever we wanted to book hotel activities or find out about hidden photo spots by the beach, she shared practical tips without hesitation and thought of everything even more thoroughly than I did. When we had a small request for our room mid-stay, we contacted her and she immediately helped coordinate a solution. She was friendly and approachable, with no hint of being overly formal. "We stayed at Aloha Clearwater Bay Lingshui with our two kids for a self-driving trip, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, and the balcony was huge with a comfortable view. The independent bathroom was clean and tidy. For families driving, I have to commend the parking lot. There are plenty of spaces, and they even have charging stations, which is super convenient for electric vehicles. The family-friendly amenities were a real surprise. With indoor and outdoor kids' clubs, a water park, and a pet park, there were so many activities. It was highly engaging; we stayed for two days straight, and the kids found something new to do every day and never got bored. From the hotel, it's just a short walk downstairs to Clearwater Bay's ”singing beach,” perfect for digging in the sand and tide-pooling. Both Xincun Night Market and Wanfu Night Market are nearby, making it easy to find food, and ordering takeout was also convenient! This place is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. We'll definitely choose it again next time we're in Clearwater Bay. Highly recommended!"

"Highly recommend the pool access room on the first floor of Wyndham Hainan Clearwater Bay Resort. We paid to upgrade at the front desk, and it was great value for money for a family trip. The balcony leads directly to the pool, so you can just step out and jump in. Most guests are families with kids, so the atmosphere is very relaxed. It also included a 2-hour paddleboard experience. The room was spacious and came with a baby bathrobe, kids' toiletries, and the service was very responsive. The hotel has several pools, but my favorite was the 11th-floor rooftop infinity pool with amazing sea views. You can feel the sea breeze and listen to music while admiring the entire blue ocean. In the evening, a dip in the pool is refreshing and therapeutic. The restaurant food was good too, and the pineapple ice is definitely worth trying. For families on a budget who want an easy and fun trip with kids, this is a no-brainer."

"Whether you're here for work or leisure, this place perfectly caters to your needs. From the moment I stepped out of the car in the lobby, the concierge diligently helped me with my luggage all the way to my room. Then, at check-in, 'Xiao Lan' at the front desk provided such thorough explanations that it made me feel completely at ease. I'll definitely bring my family next time!"

"The hotel is quite large, located on the easternmost side of Clear Water Bay, close to Monkey Island. My first impression was the unbeatable sea view – whether in the lobby or the rooms, looking out at the turquoise ocean was incredibly uplifting. The service was also excellent; they were very accommodating to all requests, from amenities for children to additional needs. The pool is quite rectangular, and the grotto pool with paddleboards is very photogenic. Compared to hotels primarily aimed at younger children, this one is more suitable for slightly older kids, perhaps those in primary school. They can spend a long time on the paddleboards, swimming, and water slides. My kids played there many times. In short, it's perfect for a relaxing getaway."

"Finally made it to the legendary Aloha Hotel, touted as Lingshui's ultimate family-friendly accommodation, and it certainly lives up to its reputation. The oceanfront room offered breathtaking, pristine sea views with the sun glistening on the water – photos truly don't do it justice. The room itself was well-equipped, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept so well I felt completely refreshed. My little one didn't want to leave the bathtub, so I joined in for a bit too, enjoying the sea breeze – it was truly relaxing. We initially planned to stay just one night before moving on, but we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for two more days. We'll definitely be back to this hotel on our next visit to Lingshui."

"I stayed here last year on June 22nd. It was a brand new hotel then, and while the hardware and facilities were indeed excellent, the service was noticeably lacking, leaving me with a mediocre impression. My son, however, couldn't stop thinking about Sanyue zheng, so at his strong insistence, I 'reluctantly' booked two nights again this year, just for him. The day before check-in (I missed the call) and on the day of arrival, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time, number of guests, room type, and to arrange a butler service beforehand. This time, our assigned butler, Tiantian, was incredibly attentive. She messaged us at noon (afternoon) and in the evening to inquire about our plans, needs, and to offer warm reminders. She was always responsive to our requests, incredibly quick, and had a wonderful attitude. My son absolutely adored Auntie Tiantian! Upon check-in, we received heart-shaped rabbit cookies, and upon check-out, we even got a heart-shaped rabbit plushie as a souvenir. This stay truly showed me that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to providing a great experience. The door from the G floor to the fountain, which was manual last year, is now a sensor door. The path to the go-karts, which was there last year, has been replaced with a newly built wooden boardwalk. New additions this year include a reptile park, a fun animal farm, equestrian activities, and a sports park – all things that weren't there last year. This gave us a different experience and kept things from feeling stale or boring. The sky glass pool is beautiful, and the scenery is fantastic. Two large screens on either side were showing the World Cup football matches, bringing joy to a dad who was 'reluctantly' accompanying his son for a swim. Before, I was hesitant to stay at Sanyue zheng again, but now I'm already looking forward to booking a full sea-view room and a family room for our next stay. On this Sanya trip, I chose three hotels: a 270-degree sea-view room, a villa with a pool, and the Sanyue zheng landscape two-bedroom suite. My son's favorite was still Sanyue zheng! A wonderful trip also requires an attentive butler. I even received a warm greeting from 'Tiantian' after landing in Shanghai. You were the most beautiful 'surprise' of my trip!"

"I came to Lingshui to learn surfing and diving, and chose the Narada Resort & Spa Perfume Bay. The entire hotel consists of independent courtyard villas, with white walls and courtyards hidden amidst lush tropical gardens, creating a wonderful ambiance. The villa I stayed in was spacious, with its own private swimming pool and hot tub. Relaxing in the hot tub in the courtyard really enhanced the holiday experience. The hotel's service was also excellent, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. I'll definitely choose Narada again next time I'm in Lingshui."

"Located in Xiangshui Bay, it's relatively quieter compared to Qingshui Bay. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, though it's definitely not as bustling as Sanya. The rooms are quite new, and the pool offers free swimming rings, though not a huge supply. Visiting during off-peak times offers better value for money. They have family activities, not an extensive selection, but enough to keep everyone entertained. There's also a beach where you can catch crabs and such."
