"Our family trip with kids was amazing in the park view twin room! The room offered an excellent view, allowing us to enjoy the spectacular fireworks and drone show right from the fireworks viewing platform. Our butler, Xiao Zou, provided thoughtful and attentive service, responding promptly to all our requests and arranging everything perfectly. He contacted us in advance about our arrival time and kept track of room availability, so we had a room ready immediately after check-in. He also went above and beyond to handle special requests. We spent three days and two nights exploring Ocean Kingdom, and even got to experience the Miyazaki-themed train. The facilities were complete and clean, the environment was beautiful, and the overall experience was fantastic. It's truly ideal for family trips with children, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! Everything was perfectly arranged!"

"Highly recommend the pool access room on the first floor of Wyndham Hainan Clearwater Bay Resort. We paid to upgrade at the front desk, and it was great value for money for a family trip. The balcony leads directly to the pool, so you can just step out and jump in. Most guests are families with kids, so the atmosphere is very relaxed. It also included a 2-hour paddleboard experience. The room was spacious and came with a baby bathrobe, kids' toiletries, and the service was very responsive. The hotel has several pools, but my favorite was the 11th-floor rooftop infinity pool with amazing sea views. You can feel the sea breeze and listen to music while admiring the entire blue ocean. In the evening, a dip in the pool is refreshing and therapeutic. The restaurant food was good too, and the pineapple ice is definitely worth trying. For families on a budget who want an easy and fun trip with kids, this is a no-brainer."

"I chose Raffles Hotel based on everyone's reviews, and while I knew it was good, I didn't expect it to be this amazing! I won't even go into how beautiful the Lingshui Clear Water Bay beach is, where the hotel is located. Let's just talk about the hotel itself. The environment is truly superb, with tasteful landscaping and decorative details. The service is even more incredible. From check-in to turndown service, and even the little details provided on the beach and by the pool, Raffles' service standards are miles above other hotels. "We stayed at Aloha Clearwater Bay Lingshui with our two kids for a self-driving trip, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, and the balcony was huge with a comfortable view. The independent bathroom was clean and tidy. For families driving, I have to commend the parking lot. There are plenty of spaces, and they even have charging stations, which is super convenient for electric vehicles. The family-friendly amenities were a real surprise. With indoor and outdoor kids' clubs, a water park, and a pet park, there were so many activities. It was highly engaging; we stayed for two days straight, and the kids found something new to do every day and never got bored. From the hotel, it's just a short walk downstairs to Clearwater Bay's ”singing beach,” perfect for digging in the sand and tide-pooling. Both Xincun Night Market and Wanfu Night Market are nearby, making it easy to find food, and ordering takeout was also convenient! This place is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. We'll definitely choose it again next time we're in Clearwater Bay. Highly recommended!"

"Finally made it to the legendary Aloha Hotel, touted as Lingshui's ultimate family-friendly accommodation, and it certainly lives up to its reputation. The oceanfront room offered breathtaking, pristine sea views with the sun glistening on the water – photos truly don't do it justice. The room itself was well-equipped, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept so well I felt completely refreshed. My little one didn't want to leave the bathtub, so I joined in for a bit too, enjoying the sea breeze – it was truly relaxing. We initially planned to stay just one night before moving on, but we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for two more days. We'll definitely be back to this hotel on our next visit to Lingshui."

"Facilities: The facilities are a bit dated, but overall I'm quite satisfied. The room is spacious, and each room comes with its own private pool. You can ask the hotel to turn on the circulation system. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally good. There are mosquito coils and repellent in the room, as there tend to be more mosquitoes. Environment: The overall environment is very private and has a resort-like feel. There are many trees, and it's quite tranquil. The overall decor is very exquisite. Service: The overall service level is decent. The first day's service was the best, but in the subsequent two days, the wait time for the buggy was quite long."

"After much deliberation between Shenzhou Peninsula and Riyue Bay, we finally decided on Shenzhou Peninsula, and this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. It's really good and very affordable. Upon arrival, you first check in at Banshan Banhai, and then a shuttle bus takes you to the front desk for check-in and to your room. The service was surprisingly excellent, and the room was spotlessly clean."

"The hotel is right on the beach, perfect for surfing. We booked a full sea view suite, which was fantastic. We watched the sunrise directly from our room in the morning. There was also a wonderful staff member who proactively asked if we needed a baby chair, baby cutlery, and so on. They frequently came to help us clear and change plates. I ate so much fish, especially the one cooked with vinegar and fermented lees – it was incredibly delicious! We stayed for 2 days this time, and the experience was excellent. I will definitely come back."

"I stayed here last year on June 22nd. It was a brand new hotel then, and while the hardware and facilities were indeed excellent, the service was noticeably lacking, leaving me with a mediocre impression. My son, however, couldn't stop thinking about Sanyue zheng, so at his strong insistence, I 'reluctantly' booked two nights again this year, just for him. The day before check-in (I missed the call) and on the day of arrival, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time, number of guests, room type, and to arrange a butler service beforehand. This time, our assigned butler, Tiantian, was incredibly attentive. She messaged us at noon (afternoon) and in the evening to inquire about our plans, needs, and to offer warm reminders. She was always responsive to our requests, incredibly quick, and had a wonderful attitude. My son absolutely adored Auntie Tiantian! Upon check-in, we received heart-shaped rabbit cookies, and upon check-out, we even got a heart-shaped rabbit plushie as a souvenir. This stay truly showed me that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to providing a great experience. The door from the G floor to the fountain, which was manual last year, is now a sensor door. The path to the go-karts, which was there last year, has been replaced with a newly built wooden boardwalk. New additions this year include a reptile park, a fun animal farm, equestrian activities, and a sports park – all things that weren't there last year. This gave us a different experience and kept things from feeling stale or boring. The sky glass pool is beautiful, and the scenery is fantastic. Two large screens on either side were showing the World Cup football matches, bringing joy to a dad who was 'reluctantly' accompanying his son for a swim. Before, I was hesitant to stay at Sanyue zheng again, but now I'm already looking forward to booking a full sea-view room and a family room for our next stay. On this Sanya trip, I chose three hotels: a 270-degree sea-view room, a villa with a pool, and the Sanyue zheng landscape two-bedroom suite. My son's favorite was still Sanyue zheng! A wonderful trip also requires an attentive butler. I even received a warm greeting from 'Tiantian' after landing in Shanghai. You were the most beautiful 'surprise' of my trip!"

"My child and I were very satisfied. I took a memorable photo here and immediately changed my phone wallpaper to this spot. My child found it fascinating; the houseboat was very unique, and we could go beachcombing right outside. He loved digging and digging on the beach. There were also several coconut trees laden with coconuts. It was the first time I'd seen coconuts so close up—it was so interesting!"
