"The sea view was absolutely stunning, and my kids loved it! Head up to the 7th floor rooftop for an even more amazing sunrise and sunset experience. The front desk service was excellent too; they were very prompt with printing and opening doors for us. It's a testament to their popularity that there's a constant stream of guests at the front desk, even at this time of year. The surrounding area, a Tanka fishing village, has a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe that we really enjoyed. In the evening, we could stroll along the boardwalk on the opposite beach and even saw some 'catch-the-sea' aunties (women foraging for seafood). The only minor drawback was that the cleanliness could have been a little better."

"Our trip was a bit rushed, so we only stayed one night. The front desk lady upgraded both our rooms, and the family suite was really comfortable with great amenities. The direct view of the fireworks was stunning! The only minor issue was finding an old delivery box left by a previous guest in the wardrobe of one room, which probably got missed during cleaning. Other than that, everything was excellent. The service and facilities were completely worth the price. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay and enjoy more of the park's facilities when the kids are a bit older."

"For over 2,000 a night, the 'luxury sea view room' actually had its sea view blocked by a building. You can have a blocked view, but then it shouldn't be called a sea view room! The bathtub also had no cold water. My first day's experience was, in a word: terrible! They changed my room on the second day, which was much better. I came here because it was advertised as the 'ceiling of parent-child hotels in Lingshui,' but I'd suggest they go see how parent-child hotels in Zhuhai handle details. A playground should be a bonus after a parent-child hotel meets basic standards, not the *only* good thing that covers up other shortcomings."

"The hotel more looks like a bed and breakfast than a 4 star hotel. The room we booked was really small, around 12 square meters. With a balcony outside to sit. However, the view does not worth sitting and many other neighbors are just checking you. The room itself was clean, but inside the community isn't very clean at all. Probably, the highest disappointment comes from the public swimming pool which is a really tiny swimming pool. Their swimming pool is around 2.5 meters to 2.5 meters. So if you're coming to have a nice swimming experience, don't even think about it in this hotel. We booked a room with breakfast included which was around 50 yuan more expensive than if we didn't want any breakfast. Let me be honest with you, their breakfast doesn't worth at all. There's no salad, no seasonal fruit, no bread, no coffee (broken coffee machine) and no desert. Forget all the things you can find in breakfast of normal 4 start hotel, It's just some dumplings, egg and simple corn which you can buy from any shop outside for less than 10 yuan all of them. Overall, the price doesn't fit the service you receive, specifically about the swimming pool and breakfast."

"The room was surprisingly good, and my whole family loved it. The front desk staff was warm and attentive. The young man who helped us was also excellent—quiet but very handsome! He patiently guided us through check-in, helped with our luggage, and even told us which floor the parking was on and where the 'L' level was, which was super convenient for food deliveries. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and the complex itself was lovely with great privacy. They even covered our parking fees. I'd feel bad not giving them a five-star rating! There weren't enough power outlets in the room, and the shower controls weren't clearly marked. However, the bedding and pillows were soft, and Summer promptly helped me switch to buckwheat pillows, which was great service! 👍 The hotel pool is large and has reasonable opening hours from 9 AM to 10 PM, giving plenty of time to enjoy it. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering everything from Chinese congee and buns to Western bread and milk – there was something for everyone. The specialty restaurant's dishes were also prepared with great care and tasted so good that we couldn't help but go back for more every time. What was even more heartwarming was the F&B staff; everyone was smiling and incredibly enthusiastic. The restaurant servers patiently explained the features of each dish and proactively asked if we were enjoying our meal and if we needed anything. They not only provided us with delicious food but also genuine care, making us feel incredibly warm, just like dining at home. Overall, from the clean rooms and comprehensive facilities to the beautiful scenery right outside the door, and especially the flawless and attentive service from the F&B department, Aloha Hotel made our vacation truly unforgettable. We genuinely recommend everyone to stay here, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!"

Just a few steps downstairs and you're right on the beach, maximizing the seaside experience. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bedding was super comfortable for a good night's sleep. The 24-hour hot water supply was stable, with quick flow and ideal temperature, making it super convenient to wash up after playing in the sand. The room thoughtfully came equipped with a washing machine and even laundry detergent, so laundry during the trip was worry-free. Free parking is available for those driving. The hotel provided complimentary ice cream, afternoon tea, and children's craft activities, which was a really nice touch. It's also super close to Dongrong Food City, making it very convenient to walk there for meals. The facilities are comprehensive, and the hotel staff provided attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic, a true paradise for kids! The hotel is excellent, divided into a main building and an annex. The main building has 21 floors, primarily offering standard guest rooms. The annex, building 5, is dedicated to family stays, with 5 floors mainly featuring duplex themed rooms. We stayed in a duplex family room with a slide – how cool is that? The kids could play on the slide right in our room! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with entertainment spaces for both children and adults. It boasts its own Bi Xin Tu amusement park, a water park, an infinity pool, and a stargazing pool. The butler service was outstanding. Our assigned butler, Tian Tian, provided thorough and thoughtful service throughout our stay. She informed us about room arrangements in advance, and during our stay, she was not only responsive to all our questions but also incredibly quick to resolve any issues. Even on her day off, she promptly responded and handled matters – truly dedicated! We will definitely stay here again next time and will recommend it to our friends."
