Firstly it is not mentioned that swimming pool is under maintenance. Can you imagine how frustrated my child when they know they can't play at swimming pool. If it be mentioned earlier, I would not proceed to book. Also quite pricy when you can only enjoy staying in house.

Pros: The location is good. It is within walking distance to various cafes, shops, and popular local spots like the nearby D’Pulze shopping centre and the scenic Cyberjaya Lake Gardens. The unit itself comes fully equipped with all the essentials, and everything was in good condition. Additionally, the panoramic view from the window is great - waking up to that scenery was a highlight of my stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with Cons: First, the air conditioning system is extremely frustrating. it only turns on after pressing a specific touch button, but it shuts off at random time intervals. I found myself waking up in the heat every single night just to press the button again. It is unclear if this is a bug or an intended ”feature,” but it is incredibly annoying Furthermore, there was a severe cockroach infestation upon arrival. They were everywhere in the studio. I had to purchase and set up my own roach traps to make the space habitable, which helped, but this is an issue that should have been addressed by the host before check-in Also it would be very helpful if the host provided a few international power adapters. Since this property caters to foreigners, it is easy to overlook Malaysia’s specific outlet type, and arriving late at night without the ability to charge my devices was a major inconvenience Lastly, the half-wall separating the bedroom from the kitchen area is very unstable and poorly constructed. It wobbles at the slightest touch, and I constantly felt that if I were to accidentally lean against it, it might collapse and leave me liable for significant damages

The place is clean, the amenities are mostly there, the place is Abit not strategic,that's all, but we enjoyed the stay

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a short getaway. The swimming pool was well-maintained and great for both adults and kids. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the overall ambience was calm and refreshing. If you’re looking for a relaxing staycation without travelling too far, I highly recommend Cyberview Resort & Spa. My family and I stayed at Dash Box Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and we were really satisfied. The environment is clean and beautiful. The pool is also lovely and clean. The price was worth it. This will be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Cyberjaya.

Basic hotel suitable for transit and short stay if you’re not looking for a premium service. Provide checkin and checkout kiosk, able to perform checkin and checkout by ourselves. Initially planning to look for receptionist early morning around 530am before check out but nobody was there and left a phone number which unable to call in, have to drop WhatsApp and only reply around 8am. Besides I’ve already heard some customers were yelling to find any receptionist around 5am as there were no one around FYI.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious with clean sheets and towels. The buggy service was efficient, and the check-in process was flawless. I didn’t even have to go to the reception counter as everything was communicated through WhatsApp. Thank you!

Personal view of my 2 nights stay. Location is very good for on my business trip. Restaurant and grocery shop next to this hotel, good. Room condition is acceptable. Bathroom is acceptable. Only TV channels is limited. Toothbrush not provided which is expected. Overall is good for me.

Very luxurious accommodation, spacious, with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It is a condo accommodation in the Alanis project that does not have a front check-in. You have to check in by yourself. You have to try to contact the owner of the room before arriving at KLIA because you will not be able to know the check-in process. But the guard of this project is very helpful. If you can't contact the owner of the room, you can ask the security guard.
