"Five stars, highly recommended! This hotel, right next to Kashgar Old City, made our trip to Kashgar incredibly comfortable. It offers excellent value for money – truly affordable and no regrets! The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's just a two or three-minute walk to the East Gate of Kashgar Old City, making it super convenient to watch the opening ceremony, stroll through Rainbow Alley, and explore the bazaar for roasted buns without having to trek back and forth. Right next door to the hotel is Kunlun Tower; in the evening, you can admire its illuminated facade from your window, taking stunning photos with a distinctly Western Regions vibe. There are also plenty of small, local eateries nearby, making sightseeing, entertainment, and dining incredibly easy. The hotel's hygiene is impeccable. The rooms have wet and dry separation, the bedding is soft and clean, toiletries are fully stocked, and there's ample hot water. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful rest after exploring the Old City. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, proactively explaining Old City routes and providing a hand-drawn map. Their luggage storage and parking services are thoughtful and efficient, and they respond quickly to any requests. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety, including local specialty pastries, milk tea, and fruits, all with authentic flavors. Overall, the facilities are new and spotlessly clean, the service is meticulous and heartwarming, the location is superior, and the price is truly reasonable. This is our top choice for anyone visiting Kashgar, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Old City. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends traveling to Kashgar!"

"I stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson on a business trip some time ago. The experience was amazing and I have to share it! As soon as I entered the room, I found the layout was reasonable and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I had a very good sleep. The bathroom facilities are high-end, with hot water available as soon as it is turned on, stable water pressure, dry and wet separation, and the toiletries are from well-known brands with elegant fragrances. The smart devices are amazing. Lights, curtains, and air conditioning can all be controlled with one button, and there are also thoughtful Bluetooth speakers. There are many TV programs with clear picture quality. The service is also impeccable. The front desk is enthusiastic when checking in and the room service responds quickly. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed at this guesthouse for the entire 10-day trip to Kashgar, and the experience was absolutely fantastic – it was exactly what I dreamed of! Located right in Kashgar Old City, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city, and the price is great. It's perfect for couples, groups of friends, or solo travelers. The room style was absolutely amazing, especially the Fig Tree Canopy Tea Villa room, which exudes a rich French romantic atmosphere. Every photo you take here is a masterpiece, and I felt completely soothed every day. The biggest surprise was the owners – they were incredibly nice, sincere, and welcoming. The owner's cooking was also super delicious, making me feel so warm and cared for. Throughout my stay, the service, environment, and comfort were impeccable. The rooms were comfortable, with attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere was chill and relaxing – truly a hidden gem for any Kashgar traveler. "I chose to stay at the Air Garden in the old city the night before leaving Kashgar to see the apricot blossoms in Southern Xinjiang. As soon as I completed my booking, the guesthouse manager contacted me to ask if I needed airport transfer and informed me about the local weather conditions. I felt a sense of warmth even before checking in. Since vehicles aren't allowed in the old city, the manager informed me of the drop-off point and picked me up the night before check-in. This service was fantastic and saved me the awkwardness of dragging my luggage around looking for the place. The hotel used to be the residence of a local 'Master Bayi' who was in the jade business. His eldest son later inherited the business and expanded it internationally. The original residence was very luxurious. Later, a boss from Hunan bought it and preserved the original four floors. The current third and fourth floors are replicas of the original residence, featuring exquisite wood carvings, making it a wood carving museum. Guests can visit for free. The fifth to seventh floors are the guesthouse, and the first floor sells jade. On the day of check-in, I received a complimentary jade 'peace buckle' from the guesthouse, which was a thoughtful touch 👍 The room decor had a distinct local flavor. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room, and the mini-bar was free to enjoy. The super-large terrace offered a fantastic spot for enjoying the night view. On the day of check-in, I got to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and sipping tea while admiring the beautiful scenery of the old city made all my worries disappear. This hotel boasts the highest vantage point in the entire old city, perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. I didn't get to experience it this time, but I'll definitely try it next time. A big thank you to my manager, a handsome local guy, who was with me from the moment I booked until I left. He showed me around and explained the stories behind the wood carving museum, promptly resolved any requests I had during my stay, and patiently inquired about my airport transfer. Thumbs up! The guesthouse manager arranges breakfast for guests on the fifth floor according to their requested time. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors. The breakfast spread was rich and well-balanced; I couldn't even finish it all by myself 😂 This guesthouse has only 10 rooms, offering a high degree of privacy. The elevator and entrances all use facial recognition. After checking in, I had a travel photoshoot with makeup on, and afterwards, the facial recognition surprisingly didn't work 😂 This only further convinced me of the guesthouse's excellent security! 👍 Although it's a guesthouse, it's very well-managed. Here, I truly experienced what 'customer-first' means. The guesthouse manager, Ms. Jin, an elegant lady, genuinely cares for guests, making everyone feel at home. I heard that after May 1st, the guesthouse will offer a service where managers take guests on tours of the old city. This is a brilliant idea, saving guests who are unfamiliar with the old city the hassle of getting lost. I look forward to the guesthouse getting better and better. The guesthouse's amenity kit is beautiful, and the manager said I could take it home, which is great! 😄 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar. I highly recommend everyone to experience the charm of this guesthouse up close and hear its stories firsthand."

"The room was a standard size, and the bedding was clean. There was no humidifier. The breakfast selection was very basic, just a few simple items. They didn't even have nail clippers to borrow from the front desk. The security guard at the entrance was very dedicated, promptly directing parking and helping with luggage. This Lavande Hotel isn't as good as the one in Burqin."

"The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic; the mattress was very comfortable; the hot water was plentiful; and the shower had a consistent water pressure. I originally planned to stay only one night and then move to a hotel closer to my destination the next day, but considering the environment and price, it was incredibly good value. I ended up staying here for both days of my Kashgar trip during the Qingming Festival holiday. A pleasant surprise was the observation deck on the fourth floor of Building B, offering panoramic views of the entire Kashgar Old City at night, as well as the Kunlun Pagoda – absolutely stunning!
