I would especially like to praise Miss Gulimire at the front desk, and the handsome Uyghur guy with a London accent who helped me with my room issue at around midnight (it was too late and I forgot to ask his name)! From the moment I checked in, I could feel her enthusiasm and professionalism! Our problems are always solved promptly and quickly! The meticulous care really made us feel at home! Perfect details! The handsome guy on duty at night also put himself in our family's shoes and changed our room immediately when there was a problem, for fear of disturbing the children's sleep. It was really heartwarming and professional! Of course, there are other staff members who are equally worthy of praise: every time I pass by the lobby, I will receive a smiling greeting. This high level of service awareness among all staff is really rare in domestic hotels! I have hardly ever written a review of a hotel, but this time I feel I must tell you about it. It is truly a benchmark in the Turpan hotel industry! I hope to do better and better!"

The breakfast was too simple; although the grapes weren't ripe yet, apricots, watermelons, and cantaloupes were already in season. As a fruit-producing region and a hotel under the Xinjiang Culture and Tourism Bureau, it should offer more distinctive and appealing breakfasts to attract tourists. The parking lot is large, and there were many tourists, especially in the hot weather; it would be advisable to provide more drinking water in the rooms."
