"The Hilton brand itself guarantees quality. I stayed in a deluxe sea-view room, and the bedding was comfortable, while the bathroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful, answering every question I had. The hotel's swimming pool had crystal clear water, and there were also two small hot spring pools nearby perfect for relaxation. My only minor feedback is that some small fixtures in the room were loose, so I'd suggest the hotel's engineering department regularly inspect and maintain the rooms. Overall, my expectations were met, and I even managed to capture a stunning sunrise over Mount Putuo in the East China Sea from my balcony in the early morning."

"Overall, I'm satisfied. The hygiene, facilities, and service are pretty much on par with a regular hotel, so you don't really need to bring extra toiletries. The room facilities are quite new, and the hairdryer is decent, which is a plus. There's a small outdoor pool that the kids enjoyed. Having a washer and dryer was also very convenient. There are a few minor things that could be improved: 1. The front desk service could be better. You can tell many of the young staff members are inexperienced, but they generally respond to requests. 2. Because of the lush greenery, small bugs like spiders, beetles, and mosquitoes can get in even with the doors and windows closed. They could definitely improve their pest control. 3. The TV is pretty useless. You have to pay to watch TV channels, which is very annoying. It's worse than a standard TV. We booked two king-size rooms. Because it's a villa, the rooms were on opposite sides of the second floor of the building. Since the room types were different, they couldn't be arranged next to each other. After discussing it, one room was changed to the first floor on the same side, which I think is a bit inconvenient for families or friends traveling together. Also, because it's a converted villa, there's no elevator. You have to carry your luggage from the -2 parking level up to the first and second floors. However, you can contact the butler in advance, and they will help you with your luggage."

It's also very convenient for self-driving to Mount Putuo and Wugongzhi Pier. I particularly want to commend the front desk staff. Their demeanor during check-in was gentle and professional. They patiently and thoroughly explained routes, attractions, and hotel facilities when we inquired, offering practical suggestions and responding promptly to our requests. The entire reception process was calm, thoughtful, and incredibly detail-oriented, allowing us to shed our travel fatigue as soon as we arrived. The hotel's overall service struck a perfect balance – warm without being intrusive. This Zhoushan vacation was significantly enhanced by the attentive service from the front desk, making it a truly healing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a getaway to Putuo."

"Had a fantastic two-day stay at Zhoushan Changqiao Pelican Resort! It's truly a paradise for young children, with delightful pelican interactions and a colorful kids' pool – surprises everywhere. The rooms are charming and cozy, with excellent family-friendly facilities, including thoughtfully designed small steps and sinks for children. The dining options are abundant, and the baby meals are nutritious and delicious. The staff are warm and attentive, always smiling and greeting the children. My little one didn't want to leave, and we've already promised to come back! Highly recommend to all families with young children. Our butler, Mingming, contacted us in advance to prepare the room and even arranged a small gift for the child. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our requests. On our last day, when we were delayed checking out because the kids were swimming, she promptly helped coordinate everything. We were extremely satisfied with the service."

"This is the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in. They provide breakfast, including a bowl of plain noodles and some side dishes. Upon check-in, you receive disposable toiletries. The room is almost identical to the pictures – very clean and tidy. The kettle and hairdryer aren't cheap brands, and the shower gel and conditioner smell lovely. The guesthouse owns several villas; check-in and breakfast are in a separate building. Parking within the complex isn't too tight. They offer a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to/from Putuoshan Airport/Wugongzhi Pier once on check-in day and once on check-out day. The business van has a blue wrap. The only surprise was that our driver was a lovely, gentle woman wearing a straw hat."

"This is a great B&B, highly recommended! It's only about a ten-minute drive to the ferry terminal. The owner even drove us to Nansha scenic area to play, and then dropped us off at Putuoshan ferry terminal the next morning. The service was excellent. Although the immediate surroundings aren't bustling, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, free parking and EV charging are available downstairs, which is a big bonus!"

"Every year, I come to Putuo Mountain to burn incense and I must stay at this hotel. The transportation is convenient to the pier. The hotel also has a special car terminal to pick up and drop off guests. This time I upgraded the room for free, the bed was large and the living was very comfortable. The seafood noodles for breakfast are still the same delicious, and the boss is still the same warm and thoughtful.
