They even offered a complimentary cocktail and coffee. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit."

"I like this young hotel very much. The staff will solve any needs and are very enthusiastic. It is different from the usual hotels. The interior design of this hotel is great. It is not a business hotel at all. Please look carefully when staying in the hotel. I don’t want such a good hotel to be misunderstood by others. "Traveling during the May Day holiday, this pet-friendly hotel left me a bit underwhelmed, perhaps due to my high expectations. Parking was limited, so I'd advise against driving if possible. One evening, the underground garage was full, and I was asked to park in a distant overflow lot. Unfortunately, the shuttle service wasn't well-coordinated, which was a minor annoyance. The driveways were also very narrow, making passing difficult and definitely not beginner-driver friendly. The 'pet-friendly' aspect also fell short. Some of the sofas in the outdoor pet dining area were badly mildewed (I took photos but decided not to post them after the hotel waived the pet cleaning fee when I mentioned it at check-out). The hotel's landscaping was poor; there wasn't even a suitable place to walk my dog. I had high hopes for the pet menu, but even during May Day, they were out of stock, with only one option available. Unfortunately, my dog had already eaten beef that day, so we couldn't try it. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the quality wasn't great, which doesn't align with a resort hotel's positioning. Soundproofing was also an issue; in the mornings, I could hear square dancing music, and in the afternoons, the noisy children's play area was clearly audible, even with the windows closed. There's also nothing to see or do around the hotel, further contradicting its resort status. The only positive was that the hot tub filled up quickly, making for a decent soak."

"The butler service was truly thoughtful and heartwarming. It happened to be raining heavily when we arrived, and we didn't have an umbrella with us. We were worrying about how inconvenient it would be to go out when the butler proactively offered us umbrellas, which was incredibly considerate. Any questions we had were answered patiently and meticulously, with very quick responses. The entire stay felt like we were being looked after, and the butler-style service experience was top-notch. The room environment was also comfortable, and you could feel the meticulous care everywhere. Choosing this place for accommodation when traveling is just perfect, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"This is the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in. They provide breakfast, including a bowl of plain noodles and some side dishes. Upon check-in, you receive disposable toiletries. The room is almost identical to the pictures – very clean and tidy. The kettle and hairdryer aren't cheap brands, and the shower gel and conditioner smell lovely. The guesthouse owns several villas; check-in and breakfast are in a separate building. Parking within the complex isn't too tight. They offer a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to/from Putuoshan Airport/Wugongzhi Pier once on check-in day and once on check-out day. The business van has a blue wrap. The only surprise was that our driver was a lovely, gentle woman wearing a straw hat."

"The cartoon room is very popular with children👧🏻My girl is very happy. When she got home, she told her family that I was staying in the clownfish room. The front desk guy was very patient on the morning of check-in! I raised the need for a fence and the guy immediately went to the back to confirm the inventory and then immediately arranged for someone to install it. I quite like the layout of the room, especially the spacious toilet. But my husband said it smelled a little bit. It may be because the hotel is relatively new. The Pelican Butler Jiaojiao is very considerate. She sent the performance time of each major park on WeChat and the parking ticket🅿️Perfectly solved several major problems. The height problem during the play was also reflected through the butler Jiaojiao. I hope that the Pelican Resort Hotel and the surrounding parks can get better and better. I will come again next time!"

"Staying at Huajianling·Guanzizai was a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel service was thoughtful and attentive, and the environment was tranquil and elegant, perfectly matching the atmosphere of Putuo Mountain. I also participated in several of the hotel's 'Little Daily Life' themed activities, and you could tell the staff put a lot of effort into planning them; the activity experience was excellent. I felt very relaxed and at ease staying here. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, suitable for both Buddhist pilgrimages and a relaxing getaway. The staff were responsive and paid attention to details. If you're looking for a quiet holiday on Putuo Mountain, this place is definitely worth choosing."

"Apologies for the delay in posting this review, I've been incredibly busy these past few days. A huge, heartfelt thank you to the Four Points by Sheraton Zhoushan for making our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Firstly, upon arrival in the evening, the front desk upgraded us to a suite free of charge. The space was significantly larger, and the two separate rooms, each with a bed, provided great privacy – perfect for a family of three. The next day, a few of us left at 6 AM to catch a ferry to Putuoshan Island. Since our elderly family member uses a wheelchair and it was inconvenient for them to go out, they stayed in the room. I mentioned to the front desk attendant that if the elder needed anything, they could call the front desk, and asked them to keep an eye out. He immediately said 'no problem' and proactively extended our check-out time to 2 PM. We experienced some delays coming back from the island and despite rushing, we didn't get back to the hotel until 2:30 PM. Worried about holding up housekeeping, we even had the takeout we ordered on the way delivered to the front desk, intending to grab it when we checked out. The wonderful staff at the front desk kept reassuring us not to rush. They told us to go back to our room, get our luggage, bring the elder back to the front desk, and then hand over the room card. Because the takeout was seafood noodles with a lot of soup, and we were worried about spilling it in the car, they even suggested we eat it in the lobby before leaving. What's more, after we finished eating, I wasn't sure where to dispose of the trash, and one of the young women from the front desk even took my daughter to the large trash can in the parking lot to dispose of it, and seeing my daughter struggling, she even helped carry it. We only stayed one night, but the facilities seemed great. From the lobby, I noticed quite a few restaurants nearby, indicating a convenient and lively location, though unfortunately, we didn't have time to explore them. The most important thing is that every request was met with a positive response, and any conveniences they could provide went above and beyond. The front desk staff were always smiling, enthusiastic, and incredibly considerate. Overall, Zhoushan is a beautiful place, and staying at the Four Points by Sheraton was truly worthwhile – a very pleasant trip. I didn't get a chance to take photos of the hotel, so I'll use pictures from Putuoshan Island to remember this trip."
