"Traveling during the May Day holiday, this pet-friendly hotel left me a bit underwhelmed, perhaps due to my high expectations. Parking was limited, so I'd advise against driving if possible. One evening, the underground garage was full, and I was asked to park in a distant overflow lot. Unfortunately, the shuttle service wasn't well-coordinated, which was a minor annoyance. The driveways were also very narrow, making passing difficult and definitely not beginner-driver friendly. The 'pet-friendly' aspect also fell short. Some of the sofas in the outdoor pet dining area were badly mildewed (I took photos but decided not to post them after the hotel waived the pet cleaning fee when I mentioned it at check-out). The hotel's landscaping was poor; there wasn't even a suitable place to walk my dog. I had high hopes for the pet menu, but even during May Day, they were out of stock, with only one option available. Unfortunately, my dog had already eaten beef that day, so we couldn't try it. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the quality wasn't great, which doesn't align with a resort hotel's positioning. Soundproofing was also an issue; in the mornings, I could hear square dancing music, and in the afternoons, the noisy children's play area was clearly audible, even with the windows closed. There's also nothing to see or do around the hotel, further contradicting its resort status. The only positive was that the hot tub filled up quickly, making for a decent soak."

"Completely exceeded my expectations! The room was incredibly clean and very close to the pier. Honestly, I was surprised the moment I walked in; it was so clean and spacious. There's a courtyard downstairs where you can sit, chat, eat, and have tea. On the first floor, there's a coffee shop and a small bar. It truly went above and beyond what I expected. I bought birthday decorations online in advance and asked the housekeeper to help decorate. When I came back from the Ocean World, the room had turned into a super romantic birthday party scene! This feeling of being treated with care is so warm~ The surrounding area of ​​the hotel is a paradise for baby walking! The three theme venues of Ocean World, Water World and Rainforest World are so fun that the kids don't want to leave~ The Mermaid Shanhai Banquet for dinner, two mermaid performances every day are amazing! The 3-day and 2-night itinerary is full. Zhoushan Pelican Hotel is definitely the ceiling for parent-child travel in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. I will come again next time! 💖"

"The hotel is in the Putuo Mountain Scenic Area, the environment is quiet, next to the Grand View Temple. The Zen Temple has fast food, 5 yuan, very simple, you can experience it if you need it, the time is in the last picture. The hotel is newly opened, the hardware environment has nothing to say, it should be one of the best hardware in Putuo Mountain. It can be seen that the staff is very new and young, the experience is a bit insufficient, but very enthusiastic, even if you encounter problems that you don't understand, you will always seek solutions to help you. Walk to Qianbusha for about 10 minutes, you can walk, children play in the sand, can not swim in the sea. The hotel also has many activities to participate in during the day, even if you don't go out, you can experience Zen. The traffic in Putuo Mountain cannot be by car. For the elderly, you can borrow a wheelchair for free. It takes a lot of walking to travel on the mountain. Therefore, please prepare a pair of comfortable shoes for everyone who comes to play."

"Apologies for the delay in posting this review, I've been incredibly busy these past few days. A huge, heartfelt thank you to the Four Points by Sheraton Zhoushan for making our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Firstly, upon arrival in the evening, the front desk upgraded us to a suite free of charge. The space was significantly larger, and the two separate rooms, each with a bed, provided great privacy – perfect for a family of three. The next day, a few of us left at 6 AM to catch a ferry to Putuoshan Island. Since our elderly family member uses a wheelchair and it was inconvenient for them to go out, they stayed in the room. I mentioned to the front desk attendant that if the elder needed anything, they could call the front desk, and asked them to keep an eye out. He immediately said 'no problem' and proactively extended our check-out time to 2 PM. We experienced some delays coming back from the island and despite rushing, we didn't get back to the hotel until 2:30 PM. Worried about holding up housekeeping, we even had the takeout we ordered on the way delivered to the front desk, intending to grab it when we checked out. The wonderful staff at the front desk kept reassuring us not to rush. They told us to go back to our room, get our luggage, bring the elder back to the front desk, and then hand over the room card. Because the takeout was seafood noodles with a lot of soup, and we were worried about spilling it in the car, they even suggested we eat it in the lobby before leaving. What's more, after we finished eating, I wasn't sure where to dispose of the trash, and one of the young women from the front desk even took my daughter to the large trash can in the parking lot to dispose of it, and seeing my daughter struggling, she even helped carry it. We only stayed one night, but the facilities seemed great. From the lobby, I noticed quite a few restaurants nearby, indicating a convenient and lively location, though unfortunately, we didn't have time to explore them. The most important thing is that every request was met with a positive response, and any conveniences they could provide went above and beyond. The front desk staff were always smiling, enthusiastic, and incredibly considerate. Overall, Zhoushan is a beautiful place, and staying at the Four Points by Sheraton was truly worthwhile – a very pleasant trip. I didn't get a chance to take photos of the hotel, so I'll use pictures from Putuoshan Island to remember this trip."
