"On the last day of the National Day holiday, I took my 91-year-old mother on a off-peak road trip and booked this hotel. Before check-in, the butler Yomi learned that my elderly mother had mobility issues and immediately arranged a room with a direct ocean-view balcony, while also informing us that wheelchairs were available. This made us feel so warmly cared for. On the day of check-in, my mother was overjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sea, and we felt completely at ease. The hotel environment is lovely, with an inner garden pleasant for a stroll. In particular, the entrance to the complimentary Dongsha Scenic Area is super close, making it extremely convenient to take an elderly person over for a visit. All in all, my mother had a wonderful time on this Zhujiajian trip. She was satisfied with the hotel service and even more so with the butler Yomi. A truly worthwhile trip!"

"I think this price during the National Day holiday was incredibly good value, much better than other chain hotels. The beds are huge; two can be pushed together, making it very comfortable for everyone. There's also a wide variety of pillows to choose from, with special pillows for children and cervical pillows for those with neck problems. Every pillow was comfortable to sleep on, not too high, which is a big plus. The breakfast was also very rich and offered many choices. We had stayed at another hotel for the first two days, but after having breakfast at Pullman, my child immediately said the previous hotel wasn't good. The only issue was that on the morning of the 5th, between 8:30 and 9:30 AM, there were so many people eating breakfast that we couldn't find a seat. However, on the morning of the 6th, the crowd significantly thinned out. Areas for improvement include the lack of children's toothbrushes and toothpaste; you have to call customer service to have them delivered, as well as things like bathtub liners and other small items. At other hotels we've stayed at before, they usually provide a small bag at the front desk with children's slippers and toothbrushes, which eliminates the need to call customer service. We visited the outdoor swimming pool, which looked great, but it was too cold during the National Day holiday, and it rained on a few days, so we didn't get to use it. The hotel also doesn't have an indoor pool, so on the 4th, when it rained, everyone felt a bit bored and didn't know what to do at the hotel. We had afternoon tea in the lobby, and the desserts were a little bitter; I'm not sure if it was the sauce, but we weren't really used to the taste. The customer service representative, whose name I don't know, had a great attitude. She sent me check-in information in advance, and there was no parking fee during our stay, nor did we need to register our license plate. Dining options nearby are very convenient. We initially drove to Putuo Tiandi for meals but later realized it was within walking distance. Plus, there's a new beach nearby called Lianhua Bay, which I think is great because it's free, and it's easy to wash your feet there. It's also very close to the hotel, and for younger children, it's much better than going to Zhangzhou Bay or other places."

The location is also excellent; you can see Putuoshan right across the street. Getting around is super convenient too, as it's only a few minutes from the ferry terminal. "So glad I chose this place. I was a bit sad to leave, and I'll definitely be back! It's a chain hotel from a big brand, and the property management is Greentown, so it has a strong foundation! The location is excellent and convenient for transportation! Even though it's an older hotel, the materials used are solid! The room was very quiet! The view from the balcony was quite expansive! A special thank you to Ms. Ye Yingmeng at the front desk, who was incredibly empathetic! Seeing that I was traveling with an elderly person, she specifically requested an upgrade from the manager! Thank you, manager! The entire hotel team provided excellent service! When I first arrived, the security guard at the entrance and the bellhop, Mr. Chen Hezhong, enthusiastically helped unload our luggage and assisted my elderly companion, which immediately made a great impression! The cleaning lady, Ms. Tang Xiaoying, was especially meticulous; the room organization and cleanliness were superb! "My stay was great! The hotel facilities are brand new and well-equipped. The room had smart features, excellent air conditioning, a smart toilet, and a Laifen hairdryer – really thoughtful details. "The room was so damp it was uninhabitable! The comforter felt wet, but whenever we called for anything, it was delivered promptly, so I have to commend their efficiency. Our room, 1106, was supposedly an upgrade, but the view was still a bit disappointing. If you prefer a sea view, it's best to stay in rooms with odd-numbered suffixes. The main positive was that my friend and I had a great time, and the kids enjoyed themselves too. While there's room for improvement in the hotel's cleanliness, you can tell the housekeeping staff work diligently. The complimentary tickets were fully utilized, and all services met family-friendly standards. Finally, the complimentary travel photography – pay attention to this! The 17th floor is incredibly photogenic, truly. However, when it comes to kids' photos, you can never predict what they'll do. Overall, I'm very satisfied 👍 I strongly suggest the hotel's photography service consider a 'dad and kids' drop-off zone so moms can enjoy their photo shoot in peace! "This is the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in. They provide breakfast, including a bowl of plain noodles and some side dishes. Upon check-in, you receive disposable toiletries. The room is almost identical to the pictures – very clean and tidy. The kettle and hairdryer aren't cheap brands, and the shower gel and conditioner smell lovely. The guesthouse owns several villas; check-in and breakfast are in a separate building. Parking within the complex isn't too tight. They offer a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to/from Putuoshan Airport/Wugongzhi Pier once on check-in day and once on check-out day. The business van has a blue wrap. The only surprise was that our driver was a lovely, gentle woman wearing a straw hat."

It's also very convenient for self-driving to Mount Putuo and Wugongzhi Pier. I particularly want to commend the front desk staff. Their demeanor during check-in was gentle and professional. They patiently and thoroughly explained routes, attractions, and hotel facilities when we inquired, offering practical suggestions and responding promptly to our requests. The entire reception process was calm, thoughtful, and incredibly detail-oriented, allowing us to shed our travel fatigue as soon as we arrived. The hotel's overall service struck a perfect balance – warm without being intrusive. This Zhoushan vacation was significantly enhanced by the attentive service from the front desk, making it a truly healing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a getaway to Putuo."

"Overall, I'm satisfied. The hygiene, facilities, and service are pretty much on par with a regular hotel, so you don't really need to bring extra toiletries. The room facilities are quite new, and the hairdryer is decent, which is a plus. There's a small outdoor pool that the kids enjoyed. Having a washer and dryer was also very convenient. There are a few minor things that could be improved: 1. The front desk service could be better. You can tell many of the young staff members are inexperienced, but they generally respond to requests. 2. Because of the lush greenery, small bugs like spiders, beetles, and mosquitoes can get in even with the doors and windows closed. They could definitely improve their pest control. 3. The TV is pretty useless. You have to pay to watch TV channels, which is very annoying. It's worse than a standard TV. We booked two king-size rooms. Because it's a villa, the rooms were on opposite sides of the second floor of the building. Since the room types were different, they couldn't be arranged next to each other. After discussing it, one room was changed to the first floor on the same side, which I think is a bit inconvenient for families or friends traveling together. Also, because it's a converted villa, there's no elevator. You have to carry your luggage from the -2 parking level up to the first and second floors. However, you can contact the butler in advance, and they will help you with your luggage."
