The restaurant serves delicious and clean food. A small incident occurred when my husband developed a fever at night, and the kind receptionist immediately found a thermometer and arranged for a driver to take us to the clinic. Beautiful scenery, but even more beautiful people!"

"The room largely matched the pictures online. Since I genuinely hope your guesthouse thrives and becomes a real hidden gem, I'd like to offer two suggestions: 1. There's a small section of concrete pavement to the right just outside the restaurant entrance that needs a protective railing to prevent children or adults from falling. 2. The restaurant's restroom needs more diligent daily cleaning; one morning around 9 am, I found it quite unsanitary. The service from the hotel attendant was excellent, though it would be perfect if she were more familiar with the must-see spots and attractions in the Zangzhai village."

The entire experience was impeccable, and I absolutely have to write a rave review and highly recommend it! What I want to praise most is the service team. Everyone was warm, attentive, and meticulous in every detail. As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the staff proactively helped with our luggage, providing thoughtful and meticulous service throughout, so we didn't have to do anything ourselves. During check-in, they patiently explained the hotel facilities and nearby tourist attractions, responding instantly to any questions. During our stay, they were always there for us when we needed anything extra, with a gentle and patient attitude that made us feel incredibly warm. They even thoughtfully provided a complimentary ******* clothing experience and helped us choose accessories, making for amazing photos. The hotel environment is also exceptional, a perfect blend of ******* style and modern luxury. The white-walled, colorful buildings are arranged in a charming, staggered pattern, and the windows offer panoramic views of Jiaju ******* Village and the snow-capped mountains – a truly breathtaking sight. The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the entire room had underfloor heating and a humidifier, making it incredibly comfortable even at high altitudes. The private hot spring bath was clean and private; soaking in the warm water while gazing at the snow-capped mountains instantly soothed travel fatigue. Cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet and a smart toilet, exuding a high-quality feel. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, warm and comforting, including authentic yak hot pot and other local specialties. The facilities were comprehensive, with free parking, a laundry room, and a fitness area, making it extremely convenient for getting around. This stay was perfect. The service was impeccable, and the environment was breathtaking. It's a must-stay hotel in Danba! I've already highly recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Danba. I'll definitely stay here again! 💯"

"The butler upgraded us to a loft room with a bathtub. It's a Tibetan-style building, and the interior decor also has a ******* flair. You can step directly from the second floor onto a huge outdoor terrace to enjoy the views. The room was very comfortable, the service was excellent, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. The scenery of the ******* village is beautiful, and the food was delicious. This was the best place to stay during our entire trip through Western Sichuan with no altitude sickness. Highly recommended!"

"This weekend getaway with my multi-generational family was filled with immense joy, and everyone absolutely raved about it! It's only a 20-minute drive from the county town to the hotel, but the scenery is a world of difference. The moment we stepped out of the car, a gentle breeze carrying the fresh scent of plants and trees wafted towards us. The sweet, crisp air filled our lungs, instantly washing away the fatigue from our journey. We couldn't help but take deep breaths, and even the kids excitedly cried out, 'This feels wonderful!' The hotel owner and butlers were incredibly thoughtful and touching. Noticing we had seniors and luggage with us, they proactively offered to help with our heavy bags the moment we parked. They also made an effort to entertain the children, showing them the flowers and plants in the courtyard and telling them interesting local stories, which completely freed up our hands. What's more, the butler thoughtfully arranged a short hiking route of moderate difficulty, tailored to our family's needs. The children followed, chasing butterflies and identifying plants in the forest, running and playing until they were flushed and sweaty, their faces beaming with bright and content smiles. And isn't this exactly the kind of warm, memorable family time we hoped to experience on this trip! Our room didn't disappoint either. It was tastefully decorated and still felt incredibly warm and inviting, with every detail reflecting thoughtful consideration. It was also spotlessly clean, which gave us peace of mind. The kids could safely splash around in the private hot spring pool, their joyful splashes echoing with laughter. As for us adults, we preferred to sit by the window, gazing at the lush green mountains outside. The layered greenery extended as far as the eye could see, making us feel incredibly serene. Our seniors particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning, brewing a pot of hot tea and slowly savoring it, accompanied by the birdsong from the mountains. They kept saying, 'This is even more relaxing than being at home.' To be completely honest, there was a minor unforeseen issue during our trip. When I booked the room, I was so captivated by the hotel's ambiance that I completely failed to notice it was located within a scenic area. It wasn't until I received a call from the butler after booking that I realized we needed to purchase scenic area tickets to enter. This did slightly detract from the initial experience. Luckily, and very thoughtfully, our reserved room included two scenic area tickets, which eased our worries. Overall, this was still a perfect and heartwarming family trip. In the future, if we want to take our family for a short break to unwind, this will definitely be our top choice."

"This was my first time visiting Danba Beauty Valley, and I chose the Songtsam Danba hotel. The hotel's architecture and interior design are truly a work of art, meticulously crafted. Looking out from my room, the scenery outside was equally picturesque, with the holy Mount Moduo shrouded in mist. It felt like I was walking among the clouds. The general manager and staff were all warm and patient. A kind staff member even took us to the front garden to pick flowers and arrange them together, which was an unparalleled experience. It felt like finding a peaceful home in the highlands. Definitely worth revisiting!"

"The hotel is located within the Jiaju ******* Village scenic area, requiring a winding, narrow road. We arrived at night, so getting up was a bit of a struggle and we even took the wrong road. The hotel's ambiance is fantastic. Opening the curtains in the morning, the misty air shrouded the room, making it feel like a fairyland. There are many unique ******* village homestays nearby. The breakfast was also quite special, with a portion of multi-grain rice porridge and eggs per person. The only downside was that we spotted flies and woodlice in the room, perhaps due to the natural surroundings."

The room faced the town and had a nice view, but the square dancing downstairs didn't end until around 9 PM. There were many convenient restaurants downstairs, and the hotel breakfast was decent."

A front desk lady immediately rushed out to help me with my luggage as I stepped out of the car. At the front desk, she had me sit and rest while she handled my check-in, even thoughtfully pouring me a cup of tea while I waited – it was a truly heartwarming moment. Most importantly, the hotel isn't at a high altitude, so I could shower and wash my hair. This was easily the best night's sleep I've had on this trip. Highly recommend! 🌹"
