I originally booked another hotel but it was fully booked, so I booked this one and was very satisfied. It seems that I made the right decision. There is a small museum inside, and the hotel itself is a landscape. The housekeeper was very enthusiastic and introduced it in detail! This B&B was my favorite during my trip to western Sichuan. Every detail was meticulously appointed, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner were fantastic! The owner and his family were not only warm and welcoming, but also seasoned travelers, offering us first-time visitors to western Sichuan plenty of excellent advice. The owner and his wife especially enjoyed drinking tea and reading, which perfectly matched the B&B's name!

Words are not enough to describe my experience here. Hosts are amazing. They welcomed me in their wonderful local house, and I felt like at home from the beginning. I shared the meals with them, and food was more than delicious and original! There's a garden and all the fruits and vegetables come from there. Eggs, milk, meats and butter are locally sourced. The room was spacious, very comfortable, well decorated with original ******* design. The toilet was clean and hot water was always available. There's a rooftop from where you can admire the stunning landscapes. I miss this place and my friends so much: I'll definitely go back because this place is unique and unforgettable. Two years ago, I passed by Jiaju ******* Village and regretted not staying overnight. 🤭 This time, my trip to Western Sichuan led me to choose the Light and Forest Cliff Hotel, and it was absolutely rewarding! A special thanks to the lovely ladies at the front desk for their thoughtful service. The room was clean and bright. Since we arrived a bit late that day, the front desk had already turned on the air conditioning for us, which was such a warm gesture for our tired group after a long journey. 👍 The hotel is perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the great environment; the pictures speak for themselves! Early in the morning, the misty clouds make for fantastic photo opportunities. The restaurant's dishes were also quite good. I rarely write reviews, but I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

My husband and I had a wonderful one-night stay in this hostel. Upon check-in, the hostel automatically upgraded our room to the next bigger size, without any additional charge. The room is super clean with perfect white sheets and towels. The hostess then introduced us to hike up from her hostel. The hike was easy with a few mooing cows walked past us, and the historic trees were just amazingly beautiful, not to mention the thousand-year's old towers to admire for. After the hike, we then sat down comfortably in the dining room to enjoy a simple but tasteful home-cooked meal. That night, I slept the best and longest during my entire 6-day's trip. Next morning, after a bowl of hot noodles with eggs and veggies, the hostess invited us to walk up to her own tower and even offered to take photos for us from the best spot. I highly recommended this hostel.

Years later, I will still recall talking with Mr. Yongzhong on the pleasant 360-degree panoramic balcony about their beliefs and their current lives. It was a homestay experience I had never had before.

I saw a friend stay at this hotel on WeChat Moments several years ago, and seeing the price of Queen's Castle skyrocket, we decided to stay here this time since we were passing by. Service: The landlady was very busy, but she upgraded our room upon arrival. The staff's attitude and service were generally so-so; they didn't proactively help with luggage and were always rushing around, but it wasn't too bad. Location: At the very top, the view is fantastic, but not ideal for drivers. New drivers or those with small 1.4T cars should proceed with caution. However, our drone was quite efficient, providing a panoramic view. Facilities: The rooms and decor were very unique, but there was no air conditioning or heating. However, there were electric blankets, so it wasn't cold. The only downside was the extremely smelly toilet. This definitely needs to be addressed, otherwise, it wastes such a beautiful view. Food: Dinner was nothing special. The portions were huge, so order accordingly. Overall, the view is excellent.

The butler upgraded us to a loft room with a bathtub. It's a Tibetan-style building, and the interior decor also has a ******* flair. You can step directly from the second floor onto a huge outdoor terrace to enjoy the views. The room was very comfortable, the service was excellent, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. The scenery of the ******* village is beautiful, and the food was delicious. This was the best place to stay during our entire trip through Western Sichuan with no altitude sickness. Highly recommended!

Everyone was warm, attentive, and meticulous in every detail. As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the staff proactively helped with our luggage, providing thoughtful and meticulous service throughout, so we didn't have to do anything ourselves. During check-in, they patiently explained the hotel facilities and nearby tourist attractions, responding instantly to any questions. During our stay, they were always there for us when we needed anything extra, with a gentle and patient attitude that made us feel incredibly warm. They even thoughtfully provided a complimentary ******* clothing experience and helped us choose accessories, making for amazing photos. The hotel environment is also exceptional, a perfect blend of ******* style and modern luxury. The white-walled, colorful buildings are arranged in a charming, staggered pattern, and the windows offer panoramic views of Jiaju ******* Village and the snow-capped mountains – a truly breathtaking sight. The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the entire room had underfloor heating and a humidifier, making it incredibly comfortable even at high altitudes. The private hot spring bath was clean and private; soaking in the warm water while gazing at the snow-capped mountains instantly soothed travel fatigue. Cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet and a smart toilet, exuding a high-quality feel. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, warm and comforting, including authentic yak hot pot and other local specialties. The facilities were comprehensive, with free parking, a laundry room, and a fitness area, making it extremely convenient for getting around. This stay was perfect. The service was impeccable, and the environment was breathtaking. It's a must-stay hotel in Danba! I've already highly recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Danba. I'll definitely stay here again! 💯
