The room was very spacious with new facilities, and the bathroom was divided into three areas, which was very convenient. "Located on the hilltop next to the windmill restaurant, dining is super convenient. Down the hill, there's the popular Fairy Tale Town for some great photo ops. The butler created a group chat in advance and even reported the 'Blue Tears' (bioluminescent plankton) locations daily; their service was incredibly enthusiastic. We also received complimentary drinks and desserts in the afternoon. It would be even better if the breakfast selection had more variety. The large pool is fantastic for photos! When the hot water stopped working on the first day, it was promptly fixed. Overall, the service is very detailed and thoughtful, and the room cleanliness is up to par. "This stay truly exceeded my expectations. I originally booked a guesthouse nearby, but the experience there was terrible. It just goes to show that when you're traveling, it's always better to stay in a proper hotel. First off, the hotel upgraded my room directly, and I had a fantastic ocean view – it was absolutely breathtaking! That really made my day. Plus, the timing of my stay was perfect (it had been windy and cold for the two days before and after, but the temperature warmed up on the day I checked in). I even got to see the 'Blue Tears' phenomenon that night, which was incredible!"

"I came to Pingtan with my elderly parents and chose the Tianji Hotel. Its location is super convenient for getting around. The lovely lady at the front desk saw my parents and proactively upgraded our room. The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors, plus there were free snacks! The parking lot is on the ground level and has multiple charging stations, which was very convenient for charging our car. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit."

"I booked 2 rooms, of which the parent-child suite was very good, the giant living room was large and had 2 toilets. The room was clean and cleaned well. The bathroom was a bit strange in design and there was no place to change clothes. So when I showered, I had to close the room and others were in the living room. The only deduction is the breakfast buffet, milk and soy milk add a lot of water, and there are fewer food choices. On the last day, I decided to go out for breakfast."
