"The butler was incredibly thoughtful and friendly, and the hotel environment was excellent. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels due to my neurasthenia, but the bedding here was superb, and the buckwheat pillow was very comfortable, so I slept really well. I even got to see the sunrise in the morning, right outside my door. After watching it, I had breakfast and went back to my room for another nap – it was so relaxing. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. Everyone, from the butler to the aunties in the restaurant, was very friendly. My stay here was a perfect experience."

Meanwhile, we have supporting facilities such as a kitchen, mahjong machine, conference room, laundry room, outdoor balcony, and free parking lot.
There are electric vehicle charging piles near the homestay. It is 900 meters away from the nearest Houyan Island Beach, taking 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. At the entrance of the homestay is the famous Fisherman's Wharf. During the fishing season, fishing boats occasionally return fully loaded, and you can buy the freshest seafood catches. In addition, there is a seafood market morning market nearby, with complete surrounding restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and scenic spots. "I made the right choice to stay at this B&B in Pingtan to enjoy the sea. The experience was truly wonderful! 👍 Newly opened in the second half of last year, the overall cleanliness and sanitation are excellent. The beach is just a short walk away, and its location near the 68 Nautical Mile 68 Town makes it convenient for dining and shopping. Fisherman's Wharf is right outside, and there are always locals fishing and chatting, though I couldn't understand the local dialect at all. 😬
When I checked in, the host upgraded me to a sea view room because there were fewer guests. The large floor-to-ceiling windows afforded a truly stunning view of the sea. They also provided a full set of beach tools and slippers for free. The service was also very friendly, offering recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, as well as reliable contacts for electric bike rentals and water activities.
I was very happy with my stay and highly recommend it! 👍"

Breakfast is provided in the nine palaces, the variety is relatively rich, the taste is OK, but there may be no insulation tools, basically cold. "Before check-in, I contacted the front desk staff to help arrange a room with a larger space. When I arrived at the store, the staff arranged a large room. Very good. The front desk staff was warm. The room was clean and tidy. It was very close to the Dragon King. If you watch the sunrise, you don’t have to get up early hahahaha. Hahahahaha this is the third time I have come to Pingtan. Every time I choose his home.

"This stay at the seaside guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it! The room had a fantastic view, a private courtyard, and was spotless, stylishly and warmly decorated with attention to detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful night's sleep.
The guesthouse owner was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and responding promptly to any questions. It made me feel right at home. The common areas were clean and tidy, perfect for taking photos. The surrounding environment was quiet and pleasant, and its proximity to the beach made it easy to stroll and enjoy the sea view. They even included a complimentary dog-petting experience – the puppies were so cute!
Overall, it's excellent value for money, perfect for a relaxing vacation or a photo op. Beautiful environment, great service, and a comfortable stay – it was a truly perfect seaside guesthouse experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who loves sea views!"

"This time Pingtan's homestay is really a surprise! I originally booked it with the mentality of trying it out. After all, it is the cheapest in this piece. I feel quite bottomless. I am afraid that the conditions will be average if I spend less money.
As a result, I was completely relieved when I entered. This is definitely the latest and best one in the surrounding area. It just opened at the beginning of this year. The decoration is all new, clean and comfortable. Compared with the old houses that have lived for two or three years next to it, it is simply a victory.
More outrageous is the location, the sea view is particularly good, you can see the sea blowing while lying on the bed, and the experience is directly full. Other homes around have to sell for more than 1,000 nights, or old decoration, this price is so close to the people, the conditions are the best, the price is really amazing, and the big things are done with less money!

"Traveling to Pingtan with my dog, it was quite challenging to find a satisfactory B&B. The moment I saw this place online, I absolutely loved it, especially the courtyard. The owner also has a Border Collie sister, and I have to say, the B&B's design style really resonated with me. You can even see Mirror Sand's famous 'influencer hotel' right from your bed – it's so comfortable. The bedding was super comfy, especially the pillows. For someone like me who's used to sleeping on latex pillows, those regular soft ones just don't cut it. All the snacks were from Sam's Club, which shows great attention to detail. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Pingtan, and parking is available right outside."

It's rare to find a guesthouse using pure cotton disposable bedding, so it deserves praise! I quietly put away my own non-woven disposable bedding, haha! Every corner showed the owner's care and taste. The courtyard was unforgettable; the solemnity of the French bread oven seemed to tell of the owner's love and dedication to food. A cup of coffee in the morning, the light and shadow in the windows and stairwell—everything had a story to tell. In this space, you experienced more than just a place to stay; it felt like a small world full of stories. The owner's dedication made every corner tell its own little tale. This experience made me realize that a guesthouse is more than just a place to stay; it's a warm home. I saw another way of living beautifully and highly recommend it to all friends who pursue quality and comfort to experience the true meaning of a guesthouse!

GGuest UserThe B&B is very close to Tannan Bay Beach, just a few minutes' walk away. We booked a king-size room with a 1.8-inch bed. Our family of three, along with our daughter, slept very comfortably. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice large yard. The owner, a young man, helped with our luggage and gave us delicious 🍉. We came to Pingtan to chase blue tears, and the owner even reminded us where they appeared. We were very lucky to have caught them.

Before I checked into the hotel, I was told that because the proprietress and brother were having a wedding, we were afraid that the 6th building we were staying in would be noisy, so we moved to the 11th building. Although there were some hiccups in the middle, the overall feeling was very good and it was very convenient to travel. The next day We were also upgraded to a suite for free. The landlady was very attentive. We can provide timely support for many things, which is a very nice experience. The overall environment of the villa is still very good, and the quality of the rooms is good. It was a pleasant trip to Pingtan.

The place is very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The service was outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special highlight was the afternoon tea and evening snacks thoughtfully placed on our door handle. It was such a lovely surprise and really showed how much attention the team puts into small details. We absolutely loved this thoughtful touch 💛
Although the weather wasn’t very favorable during our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing by the window, taking in the sea view, and feeling the calm atmosphere. Even on a cloudy day, the experience was peaceful and enjoyable.
Breakfast was another big plus—delicious, satisfying, and generous, leaving us happily full and ready for the day 😄

Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

KkyyylaThe view from the window is really great. You can sit on the bed and watch the sunset. Unfortunately, it was cloudy these two days.
The B&B is located in Beiwang, between Jingsha and Changjiangao, which is just right for us. It is also close to the beach and you can go to the beach in less than ten minutes by riding an electric scooter.
The room was clean and consistent with the pictures provided. The boss is very nice and gave us a lot of travel suggestions. Pingtan beach is beautiful, the homestay is also beautiful, the boss has a cat, I will definitely come again next time:)
