"I checked in early in the afternoon, and the moment I opened the door, I just wanted to take pictures. Wow. The sunlight streaming through the curtains was so warm and inviting. Combined with how clean and tidy the room was, my first thought was, 'I definitely made the right choice.' The facilities and equipment were quite new, but most importantly, everything was spotless. On the table was a copy of 'Ordinary World,' which I'd love to own. The front desk even offered to mail me a new set. After soaking up some sun and resting for a bit, I went down to the front desk to ask for travel tips. Following their advice, I visited one spot after another without having to backtrack. Both the sightseeing and the food were great. It was a really enjoyable trip."

"The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. I'm sensitive to the cold, and they thoughtfully moved me to a room on a higher floor, which I really appreciated! The room itself was unique, with a cave-style *kang* (heated bed) that was a full three meters long. Our balcony overlooked Red Street, and at night, we could watch the illuminated Ferris wheel 🎡. "It is near the Yanan Railway Station. Many small eateries nearby and there is a mini store just next door which sells a good variety of goods. The front desk staff is very helpful and pleasant. The tour agent Ms Xiao Ma provides good tour recommendations and is professional. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Very convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown. We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request. The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token."

There are two parking lots available. There's also a night market nearby, but it's mostly food stalls and not very exciting. Plus, driving here can be quite congested."

"Driving all the way from Jiangnan to Northern Shaanxi, I was truly struck by the extreme geographical differences. The cave hotel was definitely the highlight of our trip to Yan'an. It was uniquely charming and spotless, with excellent facilities and wonderfully attentive service. They even upgraded our room based on our specific needs, which was a fantastic bonus. Definitely a five-star experience!"
