"The room smelled a little smoky but it wasn’t a strong scent. There were many free amenities like toothbrushes, mouthwash, soap etc + coffee/tea and they provided clean towels daily. The location is like an hour away from areas like Shibuya, but in an easy location if you want to access Tokyo Disney Parks. Overall, it is a good and affordable option. It also was quite clean and has convenient baggage storage. It’s also like 4 min away from the subway."

"My second stay at this hotel and actually I wouldn’t look for alternatives. First of all, I’d like to thank all the reception for their hospitality and willingness to help with all my needs. They really showed the interest in solving my problem. I had the same type of room and it makes me feel so comfortable, like you came to your second home. I really love this feeling. Everything is around the corner. MITSUKOSHI and G6 just across the street. And girls, there’s a ReFa shower head in a shower! Also, I would mention the flower design at the entrance, which amazed me every time when I go out or come back! I love real flowers and the installation is always so beautiful, thank you, girls, who creates that beauty every time! Definitely gonna stay again. I stumbled upon this treasure on a business trip, and it immediately landed on my 'Priority Business Trip Hotels' list 📝 I absolutely have to rave about it! As soon as I got out of the car, a bellhop proactively helped with my luggage. The moment I pushed open the lobby doors, I was instantly charmed – the aroma was a subtle citrus, not overwhelming or pungent, and the background music was gentle jazz. Even the few minutes spent waiting to check in felt leisurely, a stark contrast to the crowded, chaotic feeling of other hotels 😌 My room was an even bigger surprise! The floor-to-ceiling window overlooked the city's central park, and in the evening, I watched the sunset paint the clouds a honeyed hue. After turning on the lights at night, the lighting was a soft, warm tone, not at all harsh. The bedding was just the right firmness; lying on it felt like sinking into a cloud. I'm usually someone who struggles to sleep in new places, but last night, I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow, and a huge chunk of my travel fatigue just melted away 🌙 The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries had a subtle woody scent. The shower pressure was great, and the hot water came out super fast, leaving me completely relaxed after my shower. Breakfast exceeded expectations too. The freshly made wontons were plump and generously filled, the freshly ground coffee was incredibly aromatic, and even the fruit was neatly cut and arranged, truly fresh, not like those wilted fruits that have been sitting out all day 🍉 The detail that touched me the most was that the front desk knew it was my birthday (I mentioned it when filling out my check-in info). That evening, they sent up a small box of handmade cake and a handwritten card. The handwriting was a bit wobbly, but it was incredibly warm and heartfelt. This kind of thoughtful, understated care is a hundred times more pleasant than flashy marketing. The value for money is truly excellent. It's perfect for both business trips and a quick weekend city getaway. I've already recommended it to colleagues who travel frequently in my department. Next time I'm in this city, I'm definitely staying here again! 👍"

"Booked this hotel as I was visiting a show in Pacifico Yokohama and this was within reasonable walking distance through Landmark Plaza. General location is excellent, within short walking distance from Sakuragicho Station on the JR line, thru the Colette Mall which is connected to the hotel. Also walkable to the Ferris Wheel and Cup Noodles Museum. The Colette Mall has a wide variety of shops and restaurants including a cinema and supermarket in the basement so that adds to the convenience for this hotel. The hotel lobby is on L3, where they also have a restaurant and an amenities rack where you can pick up what you need (hair brush, shower cap, shaver kit etc). The room is rather small for 2 persons with not much space to walk around if you have 2 luggages opened at the same time. Bathroom area is also quite tight but thankfully clean. I guess the size is typical of hotels in Japan. Bed and pillow is ok though I would prefer it firmer. There's a water dispenser on every level near the lifts. I also wished they had brighter lights, the dim orange lights make working on the laptop a little challenging. It's also interesting that they change the bedsheets daily when I request for making up room but actually all I need is a change of towels and clearing out the rubbish. Maybe they can offer an option for just that in future, to be more sustainable."

"Right across from Shinagawa Station, this hotel is super convenient for getting anywhere as Shinagawa is one of Tokyo's major transportation hubs. There's a 7-Eleven on the 2nd floor of the hotel annex, though it gets so busy during peak hours that the staff look completely worn out. It's generally very convenient if you avoid the 7-9 PM rush. I was a bit disappointed that the ice machine on my floor was out of order during my stay. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with both Western and Japanese options, including cold udon, curry rice, gyudon, and freshly made onigiri."

"The location and cospa were good and it was a short stay. Check-in takes a lot of time, and I think this is an issue. If you are a member, you can check in by machine, but if you think about guest response from overseas, you need to improve"

"From the moment I checked in, I didn't have to lift a finger; my luggage was taken directly to my room by a dedicated staff member. 1. Only some room types include a complimentary first round from the minibar; other rooms only get free bottled water. 2. The toiletries are all by Mikimoto. 3. The 17th-floor buffet restaurant requires a queue number to be seated. If you're on a tight schedule, I recommend getting there early to get a number. 4. The main facilities are in the main building. To get to the tower, you need to take an elevator to the M floor and then transfer via a hallway."

"It seems I experienced discrimination... or was treated differently? I really hope not. When I checked in, the front desk told me I needed to inform them if I wanted room cleaning. During my stay, one morning I told a front desk staff member, who seemed Japanese, that I needed cleaning. He noted it down and asked if I wanted the bedsheets changed. My English isn't great, so I used a translator to convey 'change bedsheets,' and I said yes. However, when I returned that evening, my room hadn't been cleaned, and the bedsheets weren't changed. There was no sign of anyone having entered. Then, on my check-out day, I mentioned this to a Chinese front desk staff, who happened to be on duty. I told her I had requested cleaning, but no one came. She checked the records and surprisingly found a line drawn through my request, indicating it had been cleaned! But it clearly hadn't been. She said it might have been a staff error. But even now, thinking back, I really find it hard to believe it was just a staff error... (The front desk staff from HK was very good though). Other than that, I think the hotel environment and overall cleanliness are quite good. It's just this cleaning incident that I found very strange. If you ask me if I recommend it, I do recommend this hotel. No major issues. I booked for three nights, costing 9 RMB, which I thought was very affordable. The surroundings are quiet, and you can see the Skytree. Getting to Tokyo Tower and the city center by subway is also decent, just a few stops away."
