"The room amenities were pretty standard. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but nothing too bad. The 12 PM checkout time is a nice bonus and not that common, giving you a little extra time to rest if you're tired from the day before."

"This hotel is perfectly located, just about a 5-minute walk from Haneda T3 terminal! If you're arriving by flight, you'll find it on the Arrivals (到着) level. If you're coming from the city via the Keikyu line, head to the Arrivals level first. Look for HANEDA AIRPORT GARDEN/羽田空港花园 (as shown in pictures 2-3), go inside, and just keep walking straight. There are many shops along the way, perfect for picking up souvenirs. Eventually, you'll see a Lawson convenience store, and the hotel lobby is right behind it. The distinctive decorative pillar (as shown in picture 5) is quite beautiful~ The room wasn't huge, but we only had one 30-inch suitcase for two people, and we were able to open it and place it comfortably. We chose this hotel because we had an early flight the next morning and didn't want to get up early in the city. Plus, you can enjoy the hot springs (public bath)! As someone from the south, this was my second time trying a naked hot spring experience after Yangzhou, and I even got to drink the milk that's often seen in anime after a hot spring bath – truly a dimension-breaking experience. In summary, this hotel is indeed excellent in all aspects and highly recommended for business travelers! What I especially want to share and praise is the hotel's service – it's incredibly humane and considerate! When checking in, you can use the self-service machine – it supports Chinese, just scan your passport and fill in your information. The room provides wet/dry slippers, toiletries, and even loungewear/pajamas if you plan to visit the hot springs. We had a last-minute request to add a person to our room (a friend who was with us at the hot springs couldn't get back to their accommodation in the city due to a Yamanote Line service disruption that day). The hotel doesn't seem to have triple rooms, and there was no space for an extra bed in our current room, but the front desk, even late at night, responded very promptly and responsibly to our request. Ultimately, they moved us to a slightly larger room and added a bed! While we waited, they proactively contacted us to update us on the progress and estimated waiting time – honestly, if my colleagues at work were this reliable, I'd have no worries! All in all, my stay at Villa Fontaine this time far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely lean towards choosing this place again when I visit Japan in the future! P.S. Before booking, I saw on Xiaohongshu that this hotel has a seal-themed room, but I couldn't find it anywhere on Ctrip, or even on their official website 😢"

"A short walk from the station, cosy rooms. Rooms facing the front of the hotel have bathroom and room windows with views of the Skytree and was nice. Two paths to the hotel from Akihabara station, one way is shorter but has a few stairs to go up and down in order to cross the small river. Gentle slope, and good news, it has also a slope in the middle of the stairs for rolling suitcases up and down."

"The room is really small, even if I requested to look for a different dimension, my 2 luggages couldn’t barely fit. But, still it was manageable. The hotel is clean, very friendly receptionist (monolingual- but really attempts to help through Ai & Google Translate). However, when I booked here at Trip.com, it required me a pre-authorization for almost the same amount as the cost of my actual booking. And it has been days, my refund is not yet back."

"Location wise, Shinagawa prince hotel located near the Shinagawa station, so you are basically can travel anywhere without any hassle, reallyy JR lines (Yamanote Line) even Natrita Express and Shinkansen all passing by this station. The hotel it self is pretty big, they have so many tower (i stayed in Annex Tower) there are so many things to do inside this hotel, there is a bar, a cinema, shopping centre, a 7-11, a bowling area, aquarium, you name it 😄. The room i booked also pretty spacious, it can fit 3 people and our big luggage. With a great view toward the city (the are a huge window). The aminities is pretty ok (hotel standard) they also offer a drip coffee (which taste really good) that they refill every day (you can ask more if you want). And the price for a night at this hotel is quite a steall it is not the cheapest hotel in tokyo nor the most expensive one. Overall i enjoyed my stay there and didn’t regret spending my money to stay there. Would definitely come back again to this place."

"The room smelled a little smoky but it wasn’t a strong scent. There were many free amenities like toothbrushes, mouthwash, soap etc + coffee/tea and they provided clean towels daily. The location is like an hour away from areas like Shibuya, but in an easy location if you want to access Tokyo Disney Parks. Overall, it is a good and affordable option. It also was quite clean and has convenient baggage storage. It’s also like 4 min away from the subway."

"The hotel's location is excellent. You can see Tokyo Tower from the lobby building. It's also very close to Ginza, which is great for shopping. Plus, the convenience store and coffee shop downstairs are really good. It's super convenient to get anywhere from here."

"The room was quite clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. They even stored my luggage for free. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was delicious. It's only a 5-minute walk from Ariake subway station, and there's a duty-free shop nearby."

For a solo traveler, it never felt cramped or restrictive. The cleanliness throughout the entire room was astonishing. From the bedding and tabletops to every corner of the bathroom, everything was spotless. The towels, toiletries, and other amenities were neatly arranged, and this meticulous attention to detail really put me at ease. The location couldn't be better. It's just a short walk to the tram station, making daily commutes, sightseeing, and dining out super convenient. Plus, there are three convenience stores and a drug store nearby, so you can easily grab late-night snacks, restock travel essentials, or pick up daily necessities in one go, without any detours. It's truly ideal for solo travelers. The front desk staff were also very attentive, communicating smoothly and friendly. Both check-in and check-out processes were incredibly quick. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. For a solo trip to Japan, choosing this place is a no-brainer – highly recommended!"

"The hygiene and facilities are excellent, and the bath water temperature is just right – soaking in it after a day of walking is incredibly relaxing. There are steps at the entrance, but they're not too high. The location is really convenient, not far from several subway stations, and you can even walk to Tokyo Dome and Korakuen. The nearby restaurants, noodle shops, and cafes are all fantastic. The room isn't small, though the bathroom is one of those integrated units typical of economy hotels, which was a bit tight for my larger build to turn around in, but it was very clean. I feel like I'd stay here again. The free ice cream was delicious! I couldn't figure out the machine myself, but a nice young man helped me. I tried to go after 8 PM as much as possible, because earlier than that, there would be a queue of students."
