"If you're looking for a a mountain scenic view, you should expect it to be a bit difficult for the location. So I wasn't really overly surprised that the road isn't as perfect but for the view its all worth it. Were lucky to be there on a weekdays so we have the whole place to ourselves. We rented their motorbike for it to be convenient to travel and get to shops coz they have a little kitchen so you can cook. Unfortunately Osmena peak was still close the time we went yet the place made it comfy for us to stay. I recommend this hotel specially for couples and young adults.."

"The staff were friendly, and once they knew I was Japanese, they remembered my face and greeted me in Japanese with ”Good morning,” ”Welcome back,” and ”Hello.”
I stayed for two nights, and it was a nice touch that they left two bottles of mineral water when cleaning the room.
If I had to mention any concerns:
There was only a bath towel, and it had a slight odor.
I was looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed due to renovations.
The elevator also had a noticeable smell."

"Very comfortable and well located apartment, spacious with hot water for the sink and shower, no noise from neighbors, quiet pool with some loungers though in the shade early in the morning as the pool is in a quad on the 5th floor, very good for wind protection though. Great views from apartment, and the first truly quiet fridge I have come across, such things are a big deal for light sleepers. Good communications from hosts and reception area ideal from grab deliveries. Malls were 500 m walk from location and super handy 7/11 right outside entrance as well as a small cafe. Would definitely recommend and return."

"I was really happy with the amenities everything from slippers to a hair cap was provided, so it’s easy to stay light and not worry about packing too much.
The room itself is the smaller, but actually makes it feel like a perfect place to rest between going out and exploring. There are plenty of spots nearby, so it’s easy to enjoy different areas around the city.
The rooftop café (co-living style space) is also a nice touch. You get a great panoramic view of the city, which makes it even more enjoyable!!
It could be a good option for a longer stay as well."

GGuest UserWonderful resort and staff, it is close to the sea (1 minute walk) and has all the amenities you could need. The resort is suitable for families as the swimming pool will keep them amused, and it is right next to the restaurant so families can eat and relax whilst the children play. Scooter hire had three options, which was enough. Caves are close, and it doesn’t take that long to drive to the furthest cave on the next island (Bukilat - make sure you check tide times and go around high tide, 1hr drive from OHR, and there is a nice boardwalk a few minutes away too). Please note some more remote waterfalls can be very hard to find as you need to trek through jungle, so plan accordingly! I would stay here again, thank you OHR.

GGuest UserLoved the property and the beach. Best snorkeling we did in Moalboal was direct from the resort and we saw turtles and lots of starfish and marine life. The lifeguard Frankie went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing snorkeling experience. Also enjoyed the pool and the location worked perfectly for us as it was away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to hit the town for dinner each night. Plus, White Beach is a 5 minute paddle away on the kayak. Would definitely come back again

The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Every single team member was polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly – you could feel their commitment to making every guest's experience memorable.
The beach itself is stunning – clean, serene, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. Whether you’re looking to take a peaceful morning walk by the shore, soak up the sun, or dive into the clear waters, Anaya’s beachfront delivers paradise on every level.
Now let’s talk about the food – WOW! Every meal we had was delicious, freshly prepared, and served with a smile. There’s a great variety on the menu, and each dish tasted like it was made with love and care. Even with a large group, every order was handled smoothly and served on time.
The rooms and facilities were also top-notch – clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
This place exceeded our expectations in every possible way. If you're looking for the perfect beach escape with great food, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere, Anaya Beach Resort is the place to be. Highly recommended for families, groups, or even solo travelers who want a beautiful, worry-free beach vacation.

You can ask the staff to clean the room promptly. There are some small stores outside where you can buy some necessities, but if you wish to buy fast food, the center is a bit far from this location.

PPlusha443Excellent hotel right on the beachfront. The food was beyond amazing, and the prices were a pleasant surprise. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip.
However, in the morning, we inquired about getting to a spot where you can swim with sharks – it was only 1.2 km away, but they quoted us 1000 pesos for a taxi!!! We declined, walked out to the road ourselves, and hailed a Jeepney, which took us there – for just 15 pesos! Seriously, folks, 15 pesos!

Secondly, the staff here are exceptional. Every single person we interacted with was extremely friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance whenever we needed it.
The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — every detail was just perfect.
I sincerely appreciate the entire team for their kindness, friendliness, and dedication. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and we look forward to returning in the future!

RRuan33Our stay at Alegria Waterfront Beach House was absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for a place that combines natural beauty with peace and quiet, this is it.
The Property
The location is unbeatable. Having a private beach right on your doorstep is a rare luxury; we loved being able to step out and enjoy the water without the usual crowds. It’s incredibly serene and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.
Exceptional Service
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the property manager, Katrina. She did a fantastic job ensuring our trip was seamless. Katrina went above and beyond by handling all of our activity bookings, including:
Canyoneering adventures
Whale shark tours
Her local knowledge and willingness to help made our logistics stress-free. Her service is highly commendable, and she is a massive asset to this property.
Verdict
Between the stunning, quiet location and Katrina’s top-tier hospitality, I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

CChristina McKayThis accommodation was difficult to find as it is located behind other buildings. It took us quite a long time to figure out what to enter as the destination for ordering a Grab.
I had to ask for details of lockbox as it was not sent automatically. There are few places within walking distance to buy food or supplies. It’s best suited for local guests as it’s difficult to find without assistance. Our Grab driver had to ask a local for the location.
The room had been refurbished well and had the basics for self catering. The ground floor bed was comfortable although you need to stoop to avoid hitting your head.
Suited an overnight stay but was quite far from the airport with traffic heavy in the evening.

GGuest UserIf you are looking for a fancy stay, this isn't it. But if you just need a place to sleep for a very cheap price, Aosmec CampHotel is definitely worth it. It’s perfect for solo travelers or backpackers who are only in Manila for a quick layover or a US Embassy appointment.
The ”rooms” are actually indoor tents, which is a unique experience. Even though you're in a tent, the air conditioning in the main area is strong, so it stays cool enough to sleep comfortably. The location is the best part—you are right in the middle of everything, close to malls and transport. Just keep in mind that since it’s a shared space, it can get a bit noisy when other people move around or unzip their tents. If you bring earplugs and don’t mind sharing a bathroom, you really can’t beat the price. For a low-budget stay, it’s a solid 4/5 stars.

The hotel itself is a decent motel with somewhat overpriced and limited bar, very basic (and the same) breakfast and a decent swimming pool. The greatest downside is that it's in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing of any interest within 10 minute walk of it, nor are there any transit options (aside from taxis or trikes). It might be a good option to stay for the dive shops, assuming you're looking for basic and clean, but it's a 15 minute walk to the beach.
