"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hard 5/5! As a girl travelling solo for the first time, I felt very safe staying and had a lot of fun. Even though it’s a hostel, the environment was comfortable and welcoming. One thing I really appreciated was the international power outlets, which was a huge plus for me. The hostel also offers transportation services to certain attractions and activities, making it very convenient for travellers. The location is excellent — being right next to Chunxi Road meant I could easily explore the city, try local food, and enjoy the area on foot. A special shoutout to the front desk staff, who were incredibly friendly and always happy to recommend places to visit. Their English was excellent as well, which made communication very easy. I would highly recommend this hostel to international travellers. If I visit Chengdu again, I would definitely choose to stay here again! ❤️✨"

Getting around is effortless without complicated transfers, and returning at night isn't a concern regarding isolated paths. There are convenience stores and breakfast shops downstairs, making it easy to buy snacks and drinks. The location is top-tier for its price range. Cleanliness is my top priority, and this hostel excels. Each bunk bed has an individual blackout curtain, offering great privacy. Bedding is changed and cleaned after every guest, with no odors, and the mattress is just right—not too soft, not too hard—making for a comfortable rest after a long day. Public restrooms and showers are cleaned regularly, with dry floors and no standing water. Hot water is available 24/7, and even during peak hours, you won't wait long. The common areas, including the living room, coffee tables, and shelves, are cleaned daily. Tabletops are spotless, and there's no accumulated trash in corners, breaking my preconception of budget hostels being dirty and messy. The front desk staff are gentle and patient, making check-in efficient. They proactively inform guests about access control, charging areas, and water dispensers. When asking for directions, recommendations for hidden gems, or reliable restaurants nearby, they answer thoroughly and patiently, never giving vague responses. Even when I needed to change my check-in time, they were flexible and accommodating, without rigid or harsh rules, which was very comforting. The living atmosphere was the biggest surprise. Most guests are young travelers, and the common living room often buzzes with people sharing travel stories. It's quiet and not noisy, with no late-night disturbances. Multiple charging outlets, free drinking water, and lockers are readily available, showing thoughtful details that make it safe enough for backpackers to store their luggage. The price is affordable and transparent, with no hidden fees, offering outstanding value compared to nearby hotels. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay that added a lot of warmth to my solo journey. If I visit this city again, I'll definitely choose this hostel first, and I recommend it to all solo travelers looking for high-value accommodation."

"Facilities: The beds are from Backpacker's Inn, which is pretty good. The lockers are bigger than ones I've seen in Shanghai. However, two hairdryers seemed to be broken and no one fixed them. One short-circuited while I was using it, which scared me into turning it off immediately. When I turned it back on, air was coming out of the intake vent (┐(ﾟдﾟ┐)). The other one was also broken; it would just take in air but not blow it out after a while. The sinks are rusty and look unclean. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom is just a plastic curtain, which also looks very unclean. Cleanliness: Overall, it's okay, but the bottom of the lockers is a bit dirty. Environment: It's relatively close to Chunxi Road. However, the hotel's layout is really inconvenient. Check-in and check-out require going up to the fifth or sixth floor, and waiting for the elevator takes a long time. The stairs are also very steep. Moreover, the card-access doors on the women's floor were all propped open, so you could just walk up the stairs directly to the women's floor. The washrooms also don't require a card, which feels very unsafe. Service: Everything else was fine. The cleaning staff only cleaned in the afternoon, so it wasn't noisy. However, it seemed like there weren't many activities."

"I had a private room on the rooftop. Pros: the rooms are pretty clean and the bedding is clean. The bathrooms are separate and shared use, but the set-up of the ladies bathrooms is good, the shower area is private and you have your own space to change. The hostel organises a lot of group activities, so u can meet ppl if u wish Cons: the beds are hard and mattresses are thin. You will not be able to sleep on them. I ended up taking the doona from one bed and putting it on top of the other, and still struggled to sleep. Being on the rooftop, each room has chairs outside to sit and chill, this means that people come back at 2, 3, 5am or whatever and sit and talk/drink, and the sound goes right through the thin windows/doors. "This hostel offers incredible value for money! It's easy to find and super convenient for getting around. The common areas are clean and tidy, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The owner is really warm and thoughtful, always patiently answering any questions. The beds are comfortable and odor-free, and the bathrooms are cleaned frequently with plenty of amenities provided. My fellow travelers were all easy to get along with, making it perfect for solo travelers. I had a comfortable stay and would definitely choose this place again next time!"

"This hostel is easily one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at recently. The location is unbeatable—it’s less than 200 meters from the nearest metro station, making getting around the city completely hassle-free. A few key highlights that made the stay fantastic: Facilities & Layout: The bathroom and washroom facilities are completely separated from the sleeping areas, which keeps the noise down and prevents late-night disruptions. Spotless Cleanliness: Hygiene is clearly a top priority here. Cleanliness was zero issue throughout my stay. They enforce a shoe-change policy upon entering the hostel, which keeps the floors noticeably clean and dust-free. Spacious Dining Area: The communal dining space is huge, bright, and kept absolutely immaculate. It’s a great spot to eat, work, or relax without feeling cramped. Added Convenience: There is a parcel collection station located right on the ground floor. If you're receiving deliveries or shopping online while traveling, picking up your packages couldn't be easier. One Small Heads-Up: They do keep a few cats on the premises! While they are cute, I actually saw one cat helping itself to someone's meal. Make sure you don't leave your food unattended on the tables in the dining area!"

"The emplacement is rather nice, it's in a narrow street that allows for a more peaceful environment. If you want to call taxis though, they won't get in, you will have to walk to the bigger road (very close by) To get to the reception, you will have to climb stairs. If you get a room with shared toilets, just be sure you can handle squat toilets. The walls are rather thin but earplugs are being provided. The shared shower area only has heads that can't be moved from the wall. The shared room has thin mattresses, if you can't handle it, I would recommend a private room instead. If the room is full of luggage, it's possible to put some under the bed."

"This hostel's environment is exactly as good as the reviews say, no difference at all. On the first floor, there are several tables, offering spaces for relaxing and working, plus a large table that can be used as a dining area. You can order takeout and eat it there freely. There are drying racks on the first and third floors for clothes. Rooms also have air conditioning, but no toiletries are provided. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste for the dorm beds, or you can buy them at the front desk or a nearby convenience store (there's a 24-hour supermarket right across the street). The front desk service at this hostel was also excellent. I stayed for three days, and on my last day, I checked out an hour late, and the front desk didn't say a word. I'll definitely choose this hostel again next time I come to Chengdu!"

The room was cluttered with belongings and had a noticeable, but acceptable, odor. **Important: You need to put on your own sheets and duvet covers.** The bedding smelled of sweat, and the pillowcases had a lot of pilling, indicating they'd been used for a long time. 2. **Common Area:** The atmosphere was quite comfortable, with magazines and books available. 3. **First Impression:** Upon entering, many people were playing games, and the common area was messy, giving off a 'cyber cafe' or 'disorderly' vibe. Later, I realized it's been open for a while, and things are quite old. 4. **Disposable Amenities:** You can scan a QR code to purchase disposable amenities. A toothbrush and toothpaste set costs 9 yuan. Shower gel, shampoo, etc., are mostly 1-2 yuan each. 5. **Service Attitude:** Good, friendly, and kind. Again, note: You need to put on your own sheets and duvet covers. Overall, the reality didn't live up to the online pictures or my expectations, but it was good value for the price. I'm providing some objective information for reference; subjectively, I neither recommend nor advise against it."
