Hygiene: I usually bring my own travel bedding and kettle, but you can definitely feel at ease with the cleanliness here. Environment: The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. It's also very close to Taikoo Li. Service: The service is incredibly thoughtful. On the first day, they provided two bottles of mineral water. After noticing we'd bought a large bottle ourselves, they directly added two more bottles the next day. It wasn't just about the two extra bottles; it was the staff's observant and caring attitude that truly touched me. Originally, I planned to stay for two days, but I decisively extended my stay for another day. Friends visiting Chengdu, this place is a guaranteed good choice. It offers great value for money."

"The biggest highlight: plenty of tissues provided. The bathroom doesn't have non-slip tiles, so be careful if you're not wearing slippers. The biggest issue is the poor ventilation. The exhaust fan is supposed to be automatic, but it feels like it's not working at all. If you shower early, you can manage with the air conditioning, but showering late really affects your sleep."

There’s shopping streets downstairs and it’s very to Chunxilu and the metro station with just a 1 minute walk which is super convenient. Just that the lift is abit slow as it’s a shared lift with multiple hotels inside the building."

Maybe there was no one upstairs or downstairs, or perhaps everyone was considerate. 3. **Convenient Transportation:** Right downstairs is Hongxing Bridge Station. It's a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which is a huge advantage in Chengdu, especially during holidays when traffic is a nightmare – those who know, know. Taxis are cheap in Chengdu, but that doesn't help when you're stuck in traffic. 4. **Decent Service:** This depends on your perspective. First, you need to understand that the front desk staff can be busy. Second, it depends on whether they can promptly address your requests. Communicating through Trip.com was difficult, but talking directly to the front desk was very smooth. The front desk lady even recommended some great food, and she didn't disappoint. "I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is quite new and the room was spacious. When I first checked in, I noticed there was no AC, which I wasn't used to, so I wanted to change rooms and even canceled my remaining 3 nights. However, after staying one night, I realized it was actually quite cool and I was very happy with it, so I re-booked the remaining 3 nights. This back and forth made the room rate more expensive; the original price I booked was cheaper, but re-booking on the day was pricier. The room was very clean and spacious. The TV and washing machine were both new, especially the rubber seal around the washing machine was spotless, which made me feel comfortable enough to do my laundry. I'm particular about wearing other people's slippers, and these were sealed, disposable ones. I'd suggest guests bring their own shower slippers as the room slippers aren't suitable for showering. The bed was very comfortable, which is a big plus! 👍👍👍👍 I have trouble sleeping, so I'm very particular about beds."
