"The hotel is a little hard to find the first time, with the elevator tucked in amid an array of food vendors, but when you get up the elevator it’s a pleasant surprise how clean and well decorated it is. I was pretty flustered, having forgotten a wrist-watch in a previous hotel on our tour. I was ready to consider it lost, but their desk-staff 罗婷婷 (LuoTingTing) left me feeling assured that it would arrive in the few days I was visiting Chengdu. She had a very cheerful and calming disposition, which left me feeling like everything would be ok. The whole team at the front made me feel really welcomed, and well looked after, even the cleaning staff were all smiles and pleasant greetings in the mornings. Our room was super comfortable, and we even got a bathtub on the patio! It was right at the metro station, so we could get anywhere in the city pretty conveniently, and all the food options right downstairs were amazing. I would definitely recommend them for your next visit to Chengdu. Oh, and I did get my watch back!"

You can easily hail a taxi downstairs, and there's a bus stop right outside. The surrounding area has all the amenities you need. Plus, there's a free private parking lot. Very convenient transportation. 🛏**Room** The room was meticulously cleaned. I stayed in a private hot spring king room, which was quite spacious and quiet, with no strange odors. The overall aesthetic was pleasing; I felt relaxed as soon as I entered. The checkered tiles in the bathroom were beautiful, and the pink diamond-patterned vanity, paired with a small orange vintage storage box on the counter, added a lively touch. The makeup mirror was also gold, creating a sophisticated and lightly luxurious feel – like staying in a 'Barbie Princess Academy' hotel. 🧴**Amenities** 🍁**Mattress**: Uses a Hilton Garden Inn standard King Koil mattress, very comfortable to sleep on. 🍁**Bathrobes**: Usually only five-star hotels provide bathrobes, so this was a pleasant surprise. 🍁**Water Dispenser**: Next to the contrasting vanity is a water dispenser. You can select your desired temperature and get water directly. No need to worry about what some guests might do in a hotel that's been open for a while, and you can still ask for bottled water. 🍁**Hair Dryer**: A Dyson hair dryer is provided. For this price point, a Dyson hair dryer is a high-end amenity, and it's a pleasure to use. 🍁**Aroma Stone**: An aroma stone with essential oil drops was placed by the bed. It smelled lovely, and not many hotels pay attention to room fragrance like this. 🍁**Smart Toilet**: A heated toilet seat – very warm and cozy when using the restroom. 🍁**Heated Towel Rack**: I've stayed in so many hotels and this is a rare find! The screen is large and creates a much better ambiance than watching TV. 🍁The room also features a mini-fridge, a safe, and a smart 'Xiao Du' assistant for voice control of curtains, air conditioning, and lights. 🐼The 24-hour private hot spring in the room is definitely worth the price. After a tiring day exploring Chengdu, soaking in the private hot spring to unwind is incredibly relaxing. 📰**Public Areas** 🐾**Self-Service Laundry Room**: Fully equipped with washing machines, dryers, and ironing facilities, allowing you to travel in style. 🐾**Self-Service Breakfast**: Upon check-in, you receive a breakfast voucher. Present it at the front desk for breakfast. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety of delicious options, including freshly prepared noodles. This standard of breakfast feels like a four-star hotel. Breakfast is served until 12 PM, and items are replenished promptly. 🐾**Coffee Machine**: Uses Luckin Coffee beans. If you want coffee, you can choose your desired drink from the automatic coffee machine and enjoy a delicious freshly ground coffee. 🐾**Sauna Room**: It wasn't open when I visited, but it will be open during the National Day holiday. It's very relaxing to go to the sauna after a private hot spring soak. 🐾**Rooftop Hot Tub**: Open from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It happened to be raining when I was there, but I had tried it on a non-rainy day. They continuously add warm water, making it very comfortable. 🐾**Rooftop Garden**: Plenty of seating areas, and the flowers are blooming beautifully. 🍎**Service** The front desk responds promptly, and you can reach the butler 24/7 for any assistance. 📌**Summary** Overall rating: 4.8 out of 5. The overall amenities are very impressive for this price range. Whether you're traveling to Chengdu for leisure or business, I highly recommend this hotel."

"We booked the room last minute due to an issue with our previous accommodation. The staff were very friendly and helpful and let us store our luggage before we were able to check in. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The first day of check in, we were able to use the hot spring for free. The location is very convenient with just a short walk to the closest metro station. The hotel bar/restaurant was interesting and lively, with live music/performances the two nights we had food/drink there. The staff communicated via WeChat to check whether we needed the room cleaned or if we needed anything else. The hotel has free self laundry facilities, with 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. Laundry detergent is provided. They also have delivery robots, which bring your orders to your room. Would thoroughly recommend staying here."

Knowing we had a child, they even added an extra bed for free, and fish food was supplied endlessly. In the evening, we were informed about a welcome ceremony, and sweet soup was offered at night. The butler also guided us to our room and provided relevant hotel information. We arrived late for breakfast, but the restaurant staff proactively offered us a selection of local specialties, which was a refreshing change from the typical breakfast buffets at large chain hotels! While the hotel's exterior looks a bit rundown, the rooms are clean and hygienic. Breakfast was decent. Directly across the street is the Armed Police Headquarters, which gives a strong sense of security. It's also a 10-minute walk to attractions like Culture Park, Qintai Road, and Qingyang Palace. Enjoyed tea and opera at Culture Park – it was truly delightful! 😂"
