"⭐️ Stayed in a mixed dorm room & was a bit worried at first - but pleasantly surprised at the end 💚PROS + staff is very kind and helpful and there is someone at the front desk almost all the time (night excluded) + they organize summer festivals and get-togethers with their Odori Park Partner Hostel + real big and comfortable beds & a lockable drawer + towel & 2 clotheshangers + clean showers & bathrooms + great showergels + washer & dryer + washroom area on 10th floor that’s usable 24/7 + nice and comfortable common rooms, with fridge, cooking- & washing area & free tea/coffee + great subway & bus connections + great attractions in walkable distance + rooms get cleaned daily & your bedding gets changed every 4 days ❤️🩹 CONS - would’ve loved more storage space next to my bed! 🌱 Really loved this hostel & spend my 8 nights there very comfortably! Most of my roommates were nice and abided by the rules set by the hostel - if i were to travel to Sapporo again, i would choose to stay there again 💗"

"This hostel is on the pricier side, and the shower water temperature is inconsistent. It's really inconvenient having to walk through the kitchen and common area, past everyone, just to get to the bathroom. Many residents seem to live here permanently, with their belongings scattered all over the floor. It's not a very welcoming place for travelers just staying a short while."

"This hostel has a great location. Hokkaido University, with its excellent museum, is just a short walk north – I'd highly recommend checking it out. However, the room I stayed in had 20 beds on one floor, so if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, you might want to look elsewhere. It's really more suited as a cheap, temporary place to crash."

"The front desk is also a cafe, which gives the hotel a really nice vibe. The staff were very kind, even helping me with my heavy suitcase all the way to my room. Despite being a wooden building, it was incredibly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere, which was surprising. I'd love to stay here again."

"1. **Location** From Sapporo Station, it's about a 20-minute walk through the underground passage. You'll exit near Mega Don Quijote and find the hotel just one block away. Being right in the middle of the shopping district makes it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. 2. **Facilities** The capsule itself is quite spacious – I could even fit my carry-on suitcase inside. There's a locker-like compartment within the capsule, which is great for storing valuables. On the 3rd floor where I stayed, there were two shower rooms, and the restrooms were separated for men, women, and also a unisex option. The shower rooms were a bit small, but they provided basic amenities like body wash and shampoo. The hallway temperature was comfortable due to constant air conditioning, but the capsule itself got quite chilly in the early morning. I tend to get hot easily, so if I felt cold, others might find it quite uncomfortable. It was nice to have a small snack area on the second floor. 3. **Service** Check-in was on the second floor, and the staff spoke decent English, which was a plus. I paid a 300 yen accommodation tax upon check-in. 4. **Other** With quite a few capsules on one floor, I was worried the shower rooms would be crowded. However, surprisingly, it wasn't busy at all, perhaps because people naturally used them at different times. Overall, it's a perfectly decent capsule hotel for solo travelers on a budget."

"The hostel is located within a few minutes’ walk to the Tanukikoji Shopping Street where there are a wide choice of eateries.  Susukino subway station is also quite near and you can reach tourist attractions in the city by public transport easily.  There is a communal kitchen for use by hotel guests to cook their meals.  There is also a free coffee corner in the kitchen where you can prepare your own tea and coffee with ingredients provided with compliment of the hostel.  The hostel is located in a quiet street and you get a good sleep at night.  I would book the same hostel the next time I come to Sapporo."

"Excellent! It has a very hostel-like vibe with comfortable common areas where I could chat with other travelers in the evenings. The staff were also very friendly, engaging in conversations and recommending great attractions and restaurants. This hostel is a must-stay for travelers who enjoy interacting with others."

"I saw the photos and thought the environment was bad. In fact, it was not like this at all. It was very clean and tidy. It was just like Doraemon's home. Because we stayed in a Japanese-style room, the experience was really good. The Japanese room had a futon mattress, which was not hard at all. There was also heating, which was really comfortable! ! ! There was a small step as soon as you entered the door. Each person had a pair of clean cloth slippers, and then you had to take off your shoes. I really want to emphasize that the owner grandpa was really kind and friendly. He was really nice! ! ! ! I don't know why some people in the comment area have such high requirements. In fact, it was really quiet at night. Grandpa will help you take the suitcase to dry it first, and then provide ointment, toothbrush, bath towel and face towel for free. There are two bathrooms and one bathroom is super big. The bathroom has two showers and a bathtub. In fact, you can lock it when you take a shower alone. And you have to change slippers when you enter the bathroom. It is really very clean. You can also wash clothes, but it seems to be paid. There is a medium-sized restaurant on the first floor. I don't know how it is because I didn't book breakfast. In short, you must choose a Japanese-style room! ! ! ! This is the third hotel I have stayed in Japan (one hotel and two B&Bs). The experience of this one is super great! ! ! !"

"Incredible value for money stay in the heart of Sapporo. I have never stayed in a capsule hotel before which made me hesitant to book this hotel, however I am so glad that I chose it. The location is unbeatable, in the very heart of Sapporo, in Susukino district. There is an endless amount of izakaya and restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel. The onsen and sauna was the best I have visited in Japan so far. I have heard the sauna is famous across Japan, and I can see why. It is kept impeccably clean and the entire facility is well maintained. The amenities such as unlimited towels, toothbrushes, razors and hair products are a great touch too. The capsule hotel itself was great, like the rest of the property, spotless clean and well kept. Despite being a capsule hotel, I heard no snoring for disturbance during the night. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value. Upon checkout, I requested to book again due to my great experience."
