"The location is absolutely fantastic! We walked to Haeundae every day for the past couple of days. This place is really cozy, with great attention to detail, very clean, and a very clear and practical layout. The washing machine and dryer are free to use, and the space is quite large – big thumbs up! There are also plenty of restrooms and bathrooms, and the kitchen is huge! A giant refrigerator too. You can even cook instant noodles here~ As soon as you enter, you'll see thoughtful touches like earplugs provided (these earplugs are amazing! You can barely hear anything with them on). Plus, it's self-check-in, and the password and check-in info were sent to us early via messages, which was super convenient and thoughtful! Just follow the house rules, and you're good to go~ The staff (or maybe the owner? Not sure, haha) was also very polite and handsome. Wishing them great success!"

"I really liked this hostel! It was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas were all spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the pots, pans, cutlery, and plates are exceptionally clean - it all looks practically brand new.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. If you want to do laundry, there is a fee, and it's worth noting that paying by card incurs an additional charge, so it's best to bring cash. Check-in and check-out are both very straightforward. The only downside is that they are quite strict with the check-in time, so you won't be able to access your room early. However, if you arrive before check-in, you can leave your belongings in the luggage storage area.
In terms of location, there isn't much nearby apart from a shopping area. Most attractions, restaurants, and the best shopping spots are around 30–50 minutes away by metro or bus. However, the metro station and bus stops are only a 5–10 minute walk from the hostel, making it easy to get around using public transport."

"Excellent kitchen facilities with amazing trash compartments & detailed descriptions on where banana peels go but slight discrepancies eg reception said banana peels go in the red bin between sink & stove and reception’s mum said it went in the trash bin. Reception took out my banana peels from trash bin into red bin & his mum took out from red bin into trash bin.
The shoe removal on level 5 + 7 are fine too but a stool at the lift is better than sitting at the steps, to wear shoes
Asked for second pillow & duvet & happy with fast service"

"The hostel was lovely lots of amenities for everyone but, the highlight for the stay was the staff. They were superb!
On my first night I was staying in a private room and I wasn’t too pleased based on the ladder as it was in an odd angle and very challenging to get down. The staff members including Grace, very sympathetic and understanding and helped me move into a cosy cabin during the rest of my stay.
Great price, fantastic service and hospitality. Worth every single penny for staying in Busan."

"It was pretty good. It's near the Seomyeon subway station, close to the market, which makes getting around and eating very convenient. Plus, it's very quiet at night. Check-in was smooth; officially it's at 3 PM, but I arrived at 1 PM and the owner didn't say anything. All I needed was my passport for check-in, no deposit required. There's hot water available on the second floor, but not in the room. The single room is as pictured, with great natural light. Toothpaste is provided, but no toothbrush. There's air conditioning, a hairdryer, slippers, soap, and shampoo. The room has a TV, and the door locks automatically when closed, which feels very secure. For check-out, you just hand the key card to the front desk. I asked the owner, and they sternly replied that smoking is not allowed in the room."

"I stayed at this hostel alone during my trip to Busan. It was within a five-minute walk from Busan Station, making it very accessible. Breakfast was included, but only consisted of bread, coffee, and cornflakes. The beds had electric mattress pads, so I could sleep comfortably even in the winter. However, there were no lights on each bed, so it was inconvenient to close the curtains and it was completely dark. The shower and toilet were relatively clean, and shower slippers were provided, which was a plus. There were skin care creams, a hair dryer, and a comb available at the sink. Although I didn't use it this time, the washing machine was free to use, so I would recommend this hostel for those considering a long-term stay. Security was solid, with luggage stored in lockers and a room key required for entry. The owner spoke English, making it a convenient place for foreigners. I'll definitely use this hostel again when I visit Busan."

"The location is fantastic, right by Haeundae. Stepping outside, you're on a vibrant street, and Haeundae Beach is just a 3-minute walk. The area is full of dining options, convenience stores, and even an Olive Young. It's also very close to both subway and bus stations, which is incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was perfectly sufficient and well-maintained. The soundproofing was also good."

"Overall, I had a great experience at this hostel. Rooms are soundproof enough that any noise outside didn't disturb me. There weren't many guests when I stayed there, but I had a few friendly chats with some of them. I had to work from midday until midnight and there was no table in the room so I stayed in the common area which had the most amazing view of the sea and the beach. The staff was mostly not there but they were friendly when we interacted and they let me check in early :)
Things to improve:
- it wasn't the cleanest. I wish I could vacuum myself at least because the floor upon my arrival wasn't very clean. also as soon as I turned on the AC I was starting to cough uncontrollably, almost choking on my coughs so I guess it hasn't been cleaned for a long time
- in the evening they turn off all the lights in the common area so it's very dark and you can't see anything. I asked the staff to leave some lights for me because I had to work, but they just turned on one desktop lamp which wasn't doing much. I worked silently and didn't disturb anyone so I wish they could accommodate this easy request"

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at H Avenue Haeundae for 2 days.
Everything was perfect — the reception staff was kind, friendly, and able to speak English well. We also appreciated being allowed to check in shortly after arriving at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The facilities were convenient, and the hotel even provided drinks, coffee, and instant noodles. The laundry room was also very useful and well-maintained.
The location is excellent, within walking distance to Standard Bread (3 minutes), Haeundae Station (10–12 minutes), Haeundae Beach, and the Blue Line Sky Capsule (20-25 minutes).
I truly enjoyed the excellent service and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan, and we will definitely come back again next time!

AAndrey SemakovThe location is superb, with a direct view of Gwangalli Beach and the bridge. These are apartments, so there is no cleaning service and you have to take care of everything yourself. Please also note that the hotel requires guests to sort and dispose of their own trash.
As a suggestion, it would be great to provide large bath towels for the shower. Also, the glass balcony is currently covered with frosted film, so when sitting down, you cannot see anything. Ideally, the film should be removed; otherwise, there is not much point in having chairs on the balcony.
On the positive side, the room is good, neat, and spacious. The furniture is nice, and there is a kitchen with everything you need. Overall, we liked everything, especially the location and the view. Thank you! We recommend it.

QQijiangoxoThis hotel is really close to Busan Station, about 1.4 km by taxi, which is super convenient if you're taking the KTX. It's pretty centrally located in Busan, so getting a taxi to go north or south for sightseeing is very easy. The natural light during the day is fantastic, and the environment is clean and hygienic with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom! Plus, the breakfast here is absolutely delicious! Eating a big breakfast meant I wasn't hungry until the afternoon, which was perfect for a full day of exploring. I'll definitely book this place again on my next visit!

AAnonymous UserHearing that the hotel had recently changed ownership, our large family of 15 decided to visit Billy Hotel, and it turned out to be an even more perfect stay than we had anticipated. With such a big group, we were initially quite worried about accommodation and transportation. However, this place offered a variety of spacious and comfortable rooms, including options for 4 and 6 people, which greatly alleviated our concerns. The rooms were genuinely large, and the bedding was impeccably clean, allowing everyone from the elderly to the children to sleep soundly as if they were in their own homes.
The 'mini-bus package with driver' offered by the hotel was an absolute godsend. From airport pickup before check-in to comfortable full-day transportation tailored to our itinerary, we were able to fully enjoy Busan's attractions without the stress of parking or navigating. The free laundry and drying facilities on the 3rd and 5th floors were also incredibly useful for a large group like ours. We will definitely be coming back for our next gathering! If you're planning a group trip, this choice will not disappoint.

GGuest UserThe place was a bit dirty when we arrived, hair in the bathroom in the sink and some stains on the walls as well. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear people outside of your room and your neighbors enjoying their night. For the price I paid, I’m not going to complain.
However, the workers were extremely nice, if you don’t mind the transportation time, I would recommend.

GGuest UserThis hotel provides the basic amenities that you will need. The hotel was more like a boutique hotel located along a restaurant district. It provides good access to the subway and the grand Lotte mall. Unlike what people had commented, the hotel was easy to locate. We were greeted by a beautiful row of cherry blossom trees the week of our stay. The owner of the hotel was very responsive to our needs and gave us what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had difficulty trying to hang out clothes or bath towels in the bathroom as there are no hanging bars or hooks. There is also no shower curtain so do request for more floor towels to prevent the water from getting to other areas of the bathroom. The host had found a side table for us to use in the bathroom. A point to note is that you would need to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room. The owner was very kind to help us carry our luggage to our room. The hotel is not for the fussy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

MMarcSuper nice hostel with a great inferior design. The capsule was not too big to keep the luggage there but what to expect. The bathroom and shower was clean and hot water available. WiFi was working fast so you could work there. Location was close to the beach and a few minutes walk to the metro station. I highly recommend this hostel.

GGuest UserI stayed here just a few days before, and chose to stay here yet again after coming back from an excursion to Busan. The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.

GGuest UserI stayed here for an extended period with my wife and our 3- and 4-year-old children.
There's a convenience store, a tonkatsu restaurant, and a pizza place nearby, so it was great for the kids. My family and I walked to the laundromat to do our laundry. It's a little far, but it's a good place to stop by on your way out for dinner.
