Останавливался здесь на сутки и остался очень доволен. Хостел чистый, комнаты аккуратные, постельное бельё свежее. Особенно понравилась атмосфера — персонал дружелюбный, всегда помогал с вопросами и советами по городу. На кухне есть всё необходимое, интернет работал стабильно. Удобное расположение: рядом магазины, кафе и остановки транспорта. За свою цену — отличный вариант. Если ещё буду в Алматы, скорее всего остановлюсь здесь снова.

Понравилось все! Отель новый, поэтому вдвойне приятно всем пользоваться. Вкусный завтрак, подается по порциям, расположение отеля удобное - ближе к горам и речке, весь персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. Однозначно рекомендую!

The place was kept clean even though there were many people during my stay. They also have a washing machine and dryer if you need to wash and dry your clothes. The guy at the reception was very helpful. There is an ATM and a small mini mart close to the accommodation and a fruit shop just at the entrance. Across it is Sayran reservoir where you can walk or just relax.

Everything was fine except for the payment process. It's really inconvenient when Trip.com charges your card, and then upon arrival, you have to pay the hotel again, with Trip.com eventually refunding the initial payment. Hotels with this payment method should just not be offered at all.

The staff is alright. The hostel itself is so-so. There's no air conditioning, or we didn't turn it on, so opening the windows makes noise. There's only one women's restroom, combined with a shower. If you want to use the restroom, you have to endure it. Trip.com charges your Russian card, but when you arrive, they demand cash. And you're not prepared for that, not at all. In the end, the money I spent on accommodation didn't last me the rest of the trip. The money should have been returned to my card, but it still hasn't arrived.

I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the reliable hot water, which is always important after a long day of sightseeing. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast enough for both work and entertainment, which made it convenient for staying connected. One of the highlights of the hotel was the breakfast. The selection was simple but satisfying, with a mix of local and international options. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore Almaty. The dining area was also clean and relaxed, adding to the overall comfort. In terms of value for money, Saya Almaty Hotel offers a good balance between affordability and quality. While it may not be a luxury hotel, it provides everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It is especially suitable for solo travelers, couples, or business visitors who are looking for a reliable and budget-friendly option. Overall, my stay at Saya Almaty Hotel was enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future. If you are visiting Almaty and looking for a clean, convenient, and reasonably priced hotel, this is definitely a solid choice.

First night here served some needed rest. Was intimidated to make payment to stay another night because of incrimination from govt related staff of being arrested or detained. This hotel seemed very similar to apartments and hotels where people stay “for few hours”. It is probable harmful with additional stay where hotel was the only decent hotel near here that does not cost more than 15,000 kazak tenge. No ventilation of room and near room (above beside) allow easy strategic assaults through devices or tech and people manipulation of internet bandwidth. Coincidental: hot water of bath and kettle were damaged to probable implicate or incriminate of the damages or injure well being.

A good capsule hotel for those arriving late. There's a shower to freshen up after the journey. The receptionist, Janelle, checked us in quickly and showed us around. However, the capsules themselves allow some light and sound from outside. So if you're a light sleeper, this isn't the option for you. Also, if you're taller than 180 cm, you might not feel very comfortable.

I liked a hotel that booked on the recommendation of colleagues. It was convenient in terms of location to the workplace. Yes, it was not difficult to get to any place of the city from it. Staff is polite and ready to help. It is clear that I had the simplest room (third floor), but there are still a couple of moments that you need to know who wants to settle there. The bathroom is spacious, but there is no hook or hanger to hang a towel or clothes. The towel dryer is located above the toilet and it is not very convenient to place the towel. It was surprising that no trash was taken from the room. And after 3 days of stay, the cleaning was not done. As explained to me, I had to leave the key and inform the staff that wouldn't mind if cleaning was done in my absence. To be honest, I haven't met with such a rule anywhere. M.B. This is the special rule of this hotel, but no one said about it when the settlement was made. Like my colleagues who settled in other rooms. Since I didn't order food in the room (and there is no special food room in the hotel), I can't appreciate its quality. There is always a possibility to order coffee at the respiratory. In general I can put a solid 4-co.
