A 50 minutes drive sees to the Nanwan Monkey Island. Guests can take a walk along the path while breathing in fresh air or spend hours in the hot spring pools, spa. They can also take a dip at the outdoor swimming pool or go out cycling.
"The lobby service was attentive; the staff proactively helped with luggage and directed me to the front desk, and the shuttle bus driver was also very friendly. However, there was a lack of knowledge regarding hotel products. When I asked questions, I was told to call customer service from my room. Customer service couldn't answer immediately and said they would get back to me later. There were several issues in the room: many mosquitoes, and the floor drain in the balcony hot tub was broken. For a hot spring resort hotel, it was surprising that mosquito nets and bathtub liners were not provided. I had to call a total of four times to communicate these issues, which made for a poor experience."

What impressed me most was the exceptional service from the staff, especially butler Xiao Xiu and Jiru. Xiao Xiu was warm, thoughtful and always ready to help with a friendly smile. Jiru paid great attention to every detail, taking care of all my needs patiently and professionally. Their considerate and meticulous service made my trip truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again."

Take all your luggage with you because there will be a shuttle cart taking you 6 km up the mountain into the resort. Once there, you will likely be eating at the only restaurant in the park. I was genuinely surprised at how good the food was and the price was very fair (for picky Hong Kong guests). Enjoyed the night adventure in the rainforest and the trek during the day. Definitely a highlight for my round the island drive of Hainan."

Breakfast was delicious and abundant, changing every day which is a plus. The staff was simply great, responsive and helpful . As a downside, is hard to get a Didi taxi at the hotel, you might need to get to the main entrance on the street (but the staff helped on that issue as well)."

"One thing to say, although the overall situation is a bit old and there are not many types of breakfast, the advantage is that the environment is really good. The air was very good and I could see Qixianling. , rabbits, peacocks, and free-range chickens are not afraid of people. The children are very happy to see them. It felt like the Bird's Nest swimming pool was just like that, the water was too hot, but I had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. The soaking pool in the room is also very good.
