The Narada Tropical Resort Hainan (Hainan Junlan Redaiyulin Wenquan Jiudian) is a resort hotel featuring a tropical rain forest environment. The hotel enjoys a location surrounded by some of the most pristine tropical wilderness areas in China, near a beautiful waterfall and tropical plants, as well as a hot spring with an average temperature of 93℃. A 50 minutes drive sees to the Nanwan Monkey Island. Guests can take a walk along the path while breathing in fresh air or spend hours in the hot spring pools, spa. They can also take a dip at the outdoor swimming pool or go out cycling.
"The lobby service was attentive; the staff proactively helped with luggage and directed me to the front desk, and the shuttle bus driver was also very friendly.
However, there was a lack of knowledge regarding hotel products. When I asked questions, I was told to call customer service from my room. Customer service couldn't answer immediately and said they would get back to me later.
There were several issues in the room: many mosquitoes, and the floor drain in the balcony hot tub was broken. For a hot spring resort hotel, it was surprising that mosquito nets and bathtub liners were not provided. I had to call a total of four times to communicate these issues, which made for a poor experience."

"Memorable stay in a tropical rainforest with five star amenities. If you are driving there, let the guard know to point you to the hotel guest VIP parking spot. Take all your luggage with you because there will be a shuttle cart taking you 6 km up the mountain into the resort. Once there, you will likely be eating at the only restaurant in the park. I was genuinely surprised at how good the food was and the price was very fair (for picky Hong Kong guests). Enjoyed the night adventure in the rainforest and the trek during the day. Definitely a highlight for my round the island drive of Hainan."

"The front desk upgraded my room, and I could enjoy the hot spring on the balcony while admiring Qixianling Mountain in the distance. The room was very spacious, and the balcony was also large. The surroundings were quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast was quite rich, and on a not-too-hot day, you could eat breakfast on the outdoor terrace, breathing in the fresh air and looking at Qixianling Mountain. The outdoor hot spring was also great and very comfortable. It was really refreshing to soak in it after hiking. This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in the Baoting area so far."

"The boss is very good! Take care of it. The idyllic scenery of Nanguo is quiet and elegant. When I left, the proprietress also sent two bottles of Wang Laoji. The mood was warm and the heat was nothing! The yellow dog at home is very kind and pleasant. The recommended opposite leisure restaurant is also good!"

"Avoid the world. Personally like it very much. It has just been built for a year, so the room facilities are very new, except for no TV, others are very satisfied. Sitting in a daze in the small courtyard is very pleasant. Or walk one kilometer to see the waterfall in Huaxi Valley. It is highly recommended to bring a book, drink tea at the first pool, listen to the water, and kill time. It will be more perfect when the hotel is built in the cafe in the canyon. The first half of the one-kilometer plank road is relatively flat, and there are many steps up and down in the second half, but in the end, the waterfall that is more than 20 meters away is worth seeing. There are not many types of breakfast at the hotel, but the fruit belly is enough. I tried fried chicken for dinner and it was delicious. It is not a 24-hour front desk, but the call is barrier-free and the response is fast. The staff are very warm and rustic. Have the opportunity to come back again"

GGuest UserAfter a long time, I still feel good. It’s still good to pick this homestay. I was not disappointed to choose the right one. It’s close to Yanoda. The proprietress also enthusiastically recommended the restaurant. I borrowed a small electric to open it for us. It’s a lot more convenient. Next time I bring my family and friends to the scenic spot to play, I still choose here.

BBeiwodazhuzaiGood beyond expectations! ! We came by car. First of all, the location is very good to find, just by the national road. It is very close to Yanoda where we went. It has its own parking lot for convenience. The decoration is very good, there are some. The house is clean and tidy, no smell, and the bed is not damp. Living at the foot of the mountain is quiet and private, and you can see a lot of fireflies flashing and flashing. The boss is very hospitable and uses a small tricycle to help us take our luggage to each room.
