"The hotel's location is good, very close to the high-speed train station, so transportation is convenient. The breakfast is buffet style, and it was alright. My room was upgraded, and it was quiet at night, so I slept well. The evening service at the hotel was excellent and very welcoming; I was quite satisfied. There were two pillows, and the mattress was very similar to the one I have at home, so I slept soundly and peacefully. The only minor drawback was the absence of a nail file; there was a nail clipper, but I couldn't smooth things out afterward. I hope this can be improved next time. The small cookies in the lobby were delicious, and I took a few for my pocket in case of low blood sugar."

"I stayed at this hotel in late January. I didn't pay attention to the details when I booked, but there was road construction directly in front of the main entrance, making it inaccessible to vehicles. I had to take a taxi to a residential area near the back of the hotel. I was quite disoriented when I got out of the car and had to search a bit before finding the main entrance. My first impression was a bit disappointing; the surroundings didn't seem very good. Some rooms faced the residential area. However, the front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, were incredibly friendly. Their warm smiles made up for the initial disappointment. They even helped me switch to a room with a partial river view. On the second day, when I went out, I realized that this location would be excellent if not for the road construction. It offers river views, and a snack street with many well-known eateries is just a 10-minute walk away. It's incredibly convenient for exploring and dining. If the road construction is finished, a stroll along the river would be quite pleasant. The picture shows the view outside the hotel's main entrance."

I thought it was an aunt. I still wore pajamas. The remote control I brought can't afford. I can come in, but the uncle didn't let me in and adjusted it, and I can't see anything all night. "The room has a unique, antique feel and is very spacious, easily enough for two people. "The Jinjiang Jiayou Hotel boasts an excellent location, directly facing the Leshan Giant Buddha and the confluence of the Three Rivers, and is not far from Dongdajie Street and Zhanggongqiao Food Street. As one of Leshan's established star-rated hotels, the lobby is grand and opulent, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The staff are also very warm and friendly. Overall, my stay at this hotel was good, but a few details could be improved: 1) The guest room elevators don't require a key card to access specific floors, meaning anyone can use them. I occasionally saw delivery drivers bringing food directly to guest room doors, which poses a certain security risk. 2) The gap under the guest room door was quite wide, about 2cm. This not only meant poor soundproofing, but also allowed light from the hallway to shine into the room. 3) The hairdryer in the room only had a cold setting. Fortunately, after I reported it to the lobby manager, he immediately replaced it for me. 4) The shower stall has a smooth marble floor with no handrails, and the anti-slip mat provided is tiny. Showering felt precarious, and I was constantly worried about slipping and falling, especially for families traveling with elderly people. I strongly recommend that the hotel add plastic slippers to the shower area, or replace the anti-slip mat with a larger one, or even install handrails. 5) The water temperature in the shower was extremely difficult to control; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Taking a shower in the fluctuating temperatures of early spring made me worried about catching a cold."

"Choosing this hotel was the best decision we made on our trip to Leshan! The guesthouse even offers a pick-up and drop-off service to Emeishan Station. Ambiance: The room was clean and tidy, and the decor had a lot of style – I loved it! Breakfast: For a guesthouse, the breakfast here was quite plentiful and tasted great! Overall: We were in a bit of a rush on this trip to Emeishan with our child, but finding this guesthouse made our experience truly wonderful! I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back.

This time, I came to Chengdu for business and made sure to stay here for a day. Everything is still as thoughtful and welcoming as ever. The kind lady in the kitchen who always smiles, the young woman who handles transfers – they all treated us like family, making us feel right at home. I especially missed their chicken soup, and I got to enjoy it! Finishing the day with a hot spring bath was just perfect.

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef. Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

From breakfast to dinner, the experience of Shangzhongshun Food Street is much better than Zhanggongqiao Food Street. The room is facing the Lijiang River, the view is very wide, and it feels very pleasant to walk on the Binjiang Road. The service attitude is very good, warm and thoughtful. In the evening, I drank tea in the tea room and read a book. It was very relaxing. The room facilities are also very complete.

From Rose Lin at the front desk, who could always communicate and promptly resolve any issues – a far cry from the perfunctory service you sometimes find in tourist cities – to the concierge and breakfast service, every detail was meticulously handled. The room wasn't large, and building 2 was quite a walk, but the hotel's overall cohesiveness was strong, and the scenic details were excellent, so I didn't feel a huge drop-off. I especially loved the cultural and creative products on the first floor and bought several HOHOs; the quality of these products perfectly matches the hotel's positioning without feeling forced. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mount Emei.

XxiaojingWe booked this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu to see the pandas and to Emei Mountain for the monkeys. It was a fantastic choice! The rooms are large, modern, and very clean. There's a convenient shuttle service that takes you between the lobby and the rooms. We even received complimentary milk tea and welcome fruits upon check-in. Our kids absolutely loved the loft room – it had cute panda and elephant stuffed animals, and having two bathrooms was incredibly practical. We got lucky on our Emei Mountain visit; it was raining on the way, but cleared up when we reached the summit, and we saw tons of monkeys, which made the children ecstatic! The hotel is also very close to the city center, making dining super easy.

GGuest UserI arrived at 11 AM and they let me check in right away, which was great. However, even though I arrived at 11 AM, the front desk girl assigned me to Building 2! This was the most unsatisfactory part of my stay, so much so that I almost complained about her. I booked a room with a terrace specifically for the view, and instead, I got a view that looked like a cemetery. Thankfully, Little Liu later helped me change rooms, and that was much better. During my stay, both the security guards and the cleaning staff had excellent attitudes. The hot spring was also quite good.

XXiaofeilongThe location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the food street. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped and clean, and the hot water temperature and pressure were both excellent. The main drawbacks are the lack of an elevator and a slightly confusing internal layout. The staircases connecting the 1st to 2nd floor, and then from the 2nd to the 3rd-5th floors, are not continuous; you have to walk across the entire second floor to reach the next flight. This makes it particularly challenging for guests with heavy luggage. Additionally, the inn doesn't have its own parking, so guests need to find nearby parking, but they do reimburse parking fees.
