Ξενοδοχεία με Wifi σε Τζακάρτα

"The hotel is quite far from the mall, Indomaret/Alfamart, and dining options. Luckily, there's Astra so I could order essentials for delivery. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, equipped with a bathtub, but when I checked the pillows, the insides were already a bit yellow. The swimming pool was really great and spacious, with many depth options. There were many food varieties and the seating area was large, but the chairs were a bit old-fashioned. All the staff were friendly. The elevator was very slow, perhaps because there was an event happening. A small suggestion: perhaps a separate elevator could be provided for hotel guests and event guests to reduce waiting times and ensure better safety. However, overall, the hotel quality was good for an affordable price."

"Overall, it's pretty good. I've stayed at a few hotels from this brand and haven't had a bad experience yet. The hygiene is good, and I didn't find any bugs. The washing machine is a definite plus. You can grab drinks from the convenience store nearby."

"I had a pleasant stay at JS Luwansa Hotel Jakarta. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The location is convenient, especially with the LRT station nearby, making it easy to get around Jakarta. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"This hotel is very convenient, with plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. There's a lovely young lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese. The breakfast is good, with coffee, bread, fried noodles, fried vermicelli, and various chicken dishes. On the 4th floor of the hotel, there's an acupuncture and massage parlor, where a 130,000 IDR, 1-hour massage is excellent. There's a food court on the 2nd floor, and many restaurants nearby. There's also a FamilyMart convenience store on the 1st floor. It's a hotel with great value for money. However, be aware that the pest control isn't ideal; I've killed quite a few cockroaches."

"Pros: This hotel's location is very good and has a few shopping malls nearby. Hotel has great service and staff are very polite and friendly. Originally booked a triple room with a queen and single bed 3 months before check-in, but when checking-in hotel staff informed that there were no more triple rooms available (if reserved in advance why was no room saved?) We were then given a free upgrade to an executive room but there was only 1 king bed, not big enough for 3 adults to sleep on. When we asked for an additional bed, the mattress and bed frame of the additional bed was torn and deeply stained. The executive room toilet sink also had issues as the water was orange in colour when first opening the faucet. After complaining about the bed and sink, the hotel staff said there was a triple room suddenly available for us and offered to show us the room. However after seeing the triple room we realised the cleanliness of the room was still really sub-par. 1. Hotel rooms here seem to be not cleaned thoroughly as floors were quite dirty, the pillows still had very obvious yellowing stains, the carpet had a weird odour and the bath had quite a few stains too 2. The mirror has a lot of gray marks 3. Some things in the hotel did not work properly like the telephone not being able to make any calls and the TV which kept glitching 4. The cupboard for hanging clothes had a lot of mould/dust growing on the back of the door which could have been easily wiped off if the housekeeping staff made the effort to... Finally after feedback, the hotel staff came to replace the pillows, fix the telephone, and gave us an air purifier. However after ”deep-cleaning” the cupboard was still not cleaned. I was really unpleasantly surprised by the uncleanliness of the room given the great reviews online and the high rating. I believe that for a 5 star hotel, cleanliness of a hotel room should be a non-negotiable, and rooms should not need multiple rounds of extra housekeeping just for patrons to sleep with peace of mind. I hope this hotel undergoes a renovation soon to revamp the old and dilapidated furniture and fixes the way they conduct housekeeping so that rooms can be up to standard."

"i took d solo room for myself. bed is just nice for the size. there is refrigerator, safebox, room slipper, coffee tea, kettle, tv, aircond, comfy pillows in the room. lift must use card to access our floors. there is a cafe as well and a floor for prayer (musolla) if u feel the room is small. hotelnya memang di dlm Blok M. dipanggil negara blok M. dekat dgn MRT dan segala kuliner viral jakarta. senang mau kemana2. juga ada massage centre sendiri, bole juga ke bilik terus. breakfast juga berbaloi jika nak jimat duit jimat kalori jika melayan viral food di luar. blok M square pun dekat, ada mcm2 dlm mall. staff baik2, melayan segala pertanyaan dengan baik. sblm cek out mereka call jika nak extend stay as well dan remind waktu cek out. parking mungkin susah sbb ada dlm kwsn mall. grabfood gojekfood atau segala tu kalau dipesan, harus ingat perlu bayar sekali parkir jika mau mereka ke dalam."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right on the main road. The Chinese food was delicious and varied daily, offering congee, noodles, and other dishes popular with Chinese guests. The service was also great; staff were very helpful with luggage. I'll definitely book this hotel again for my next business trip."

"This hotel boasts a very strategic location in the heart of Jakarta, making everything easily accessible. Public transportation is a breeze with plenty of options. Right in front of the hotel, you'll find an electric TransJakarta stop, and another TransJakarta station is just 100 meters away. For Sundays, it's super convenient – you can just head downstairs and join the Car-Free Day (CFD) activities. The facilities are fantastic, including a gym, sauna, a kids' play area, and a swimming pool area with a wonderfully relaxing Bali-like vibe. It's truly amazing to find such a natural, peaceful atmosphere right in the middle of bustling Jakarta. The room itself is comfortable, and the amenities are quite complete, including a bathtub. The only downside is that the intercom phone wasn't working, which made it a bit inconvenient when I needed to contact customer service or ask for anything else."

"This was the first hotel I stayed at when I first came to Jakarta. The breakfast was delicious, the cocktails were great, and most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly. There was a noise complaint, but they immediately changed my room. Thank you."
