Κορυφαία ξενοδοχεία σε Τζακάρτα με σπα

Facilities: Full of old money vibes, perfectly hitting all my aesthetic sweet spots. Cleanliness: Very clean. Linens were changed and cleaning was done promptly. Environment: Excellent. A true paradise for vacationers. You can eat, drink, and have fun all within the hotel. Service: Fantastic! Everyone was enthusiastic and proactive. I highly recommend the spa; for the same price, you wouldn't find an authentic coconut oil massage like this back home.

Good hotel for a business stay, but not quite 5-star level Overall, I had a good stay at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta. The location is very convenient, especially for business meetings near Kota Kasablanka / Casablanca offices. The hotel has a solid, classic atmosphere, but it also feels a bit outdated and could benefit from renovation. The main weakness is attention to detail. There was no hairdryer or bathrobes in the room, and only one pair of slippers for two guests. After requesting a hairdryer, it took about an hour to arrive. The tea/coffee setup in the room was also not very convenient, with no proper cups for hot drinks. Breakfast was acceptable, but mostly focused on local and Asian guests. For European guests, the choice felt quite limited, although the coffee service was good. In general, this is a good hotel with a convenient location, but in terms of service and details it feels more like a strong 4-star hotel rather than a true 5-star experience.

Strategically located near Gambir, the staff are friendly, there's a prayer room, and you can even perform Friday prayers in the parking lot. The food is the best, very complete, and on Saturdays, they even have an extra kids' corner.

[”1. Overall, the stay was excellent! The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and efficient. The location is convenient for getting around, and the surrounding amenities are comprehensive. Great value for money, I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!”,”2. The hotel environment is quiet, and the hygiene is very well maintained. Toiletries are comprehensive. The staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick. The location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. Highly recommended.”]

Pros: This hotel's location is very good and has a few shopping malls nearby. Hotel has great service and staff are very polite and friendly. Originally booked a triple room with a queen and single bed 3 months before check-in, but when checking-in hotel staff informed that there were no more triple rooms available (if reserved in advance why was no room saved?) We were then given a free upgrade to an executive room but there was only 1 king bed, not big enough for 3 adults to sleep on. When we asked for an additional bed, the mattress and bed frame of the additional bed was torn and deeply stained. The executive room toilet sink also had issues as the water was orange in colour when first opening the faucet. After complaining about the bed and sink, the hotel staff said there was a triple room suddenly available for us and offered to show us the room. However after seeing the triple room we realised the cleanliness of the room was still really sub-par. 1. Hotel rooms here seem to be not cleaned thoroughly as floors were quite dirty, the pillows still had very obvious yellowing stains, the carpet had a weird odour and the bath had quite a few stains too 2. The mirror has a lot of gray marks 3. Some things in the hotel did not work properly like the telephone not being able to make any calls and the TV which kept glitching 4. The cupboard for hanging clothes had a lot of mould/dust growing on the back of the door which could have been easily wiped off if the housekeeping staff made the effort to... Finally after feedback, the hotel staff came to replace the pillows, fix the telephone, and gave us an air purifier. However after ”deep-cleaning” the cupboard was still not cleaned. I was really unpleasantly surprised by the uncleanliness of the room given the great reviews online and the high rating. I believe that for a 5 star hotel, cleanliness of a hotel room should be a non-negotiable, and rooms should not need multiple rounds of extra housekeeping just for patrons to sleep with peace of mind. I hope this hotel undergoes a renovation soon to revamp the old and dilapidated furniture and fixes the way they conduct housekeeping so that rooms can be up to standard.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on the main road. The Chinese food was delicious and varied daily, offering congee, noodles, and other dishes popular with Chinese guests. The service was also great; staff were very helpful with luggage. I'll definitely book this hotel again for my next business trip.

Close to Tanah Abang shopping center. The breakfast was delicious with many options.

The accommodation was clean and the staff were very friendly.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service from all the staff, making for a very pleasant check-in experience. The room was spotlessly clean, and the interior design was superb. The view from the window was particularly amazing, allowing me to fully enjoy a sense of escape.

The facilities are a bit old for a 4-star hotel, but it's acceptable for Indonesia. You definitely can't compare it to hotels back home [in China]. The service attitude is excellent.
