"Absolutely 100/10! Location: fantastic! 2x metro exits right outside the hotel with the others near by!!! It is close to Ikseon-dong.. less than 1 min walk, Insadong - 2-3 mins walk. Myeongdong - easy 30 mins walk! Location really is amazing! Service: customer service is 5 stars! The reception can all speak English and they were soooo helpful! They always say hello in Korean when they see you! And they helped me locate the correct bus stop towards the airport. If they didn’t help, I would have got the wrong bus stop haha. Cleanliness: can’t complain, I thought housekeeping did a great job! Overall: I WILL ALWAYS STAY HERE FROM NOW ON :) ohhh and there’s a bath tub in the bathroom, it was also a really spacious big bathtub! Everything was great! Definitely one of my favourite stays! I wish they had a gym then it would be superperfect!"

"Location: First time staying in Yeongdeungpo; it's a short walk from the airport limousine bus stop so that was convenient. There's a Starbucks and C U convenience store right outside the hotel. YDP station and Lotte Department Store are a short walk away, though I recommend taking a short bus ride to the Hyundai Department Store. It's also near the Yeouido Hangang Park. Room: Layout is a little strange as other reviewers have noted, and indeed there's very little space to open your suitcase. I placed mine at the wardrobe area, which meant it was a little difficult to access the clothes I hung up. I liked the two couches against the window. Toilet: The sink is the first thing you see when you enter the room. I didn't like how the shower and toilet shared a door, and there's no bidet for the toilet. Water pressure and temperature control for both the rain shower and handheld shower were good. Bed: Fairly comfy, however it was the first time I've ever experienced a creaky hotel bed. Miscellaneous: Might be a minor thing for most but the room slippers were a joke...the top part was literally paper and difficult to slip on and off because of the way the paper was folded. Fridge was small and not very cold but did its job. Lobby is small and only has one seating area, so it's not a place to chill or wait around long. Staff were friendly, and I was allowed to check in slightly earlier than 3pm. Checkout was fuss-free."

"The bed is firm and large, and the capsule provides practical amenities: towels, a bottle of water, slippers, earplugs, and a coffee bag stored in the locker. Check-in and check-out are handled by a self-service kiosk, with a free convenient luggage locker on B1. QR code check-in sent the day before arriving makes the process smooth. Facilities for capsule guests include three toilets and three showers, with fresh towels replaced daily on the bed. The bathrooms can feel crowded around peak times (9:00 AM and 10:00 PM). There are also two hairdryers available in the bathroom. In-room storage and waste bins are present, though the bins are small and morning trash can pile up. The public areas are clean and quiet, and staff speak English and are very helpful. The property sits on the 7th floor (capsules and lobby) and 8th floor (rooms). There are restaurants and clinics in the same building, which can slow elevator access at times. The entrance to Euljiro 1(il)-ga Station (Line 2) is just a few steps away and has a luggage-friendly lift."

"We chose this hotel with some trepidation, as it was our first trip to Korea and we wanted everything to go smoothly. The hotel exceeded all our expectations! We loved everything about it! It was clean, cozy, and the staff were incredibly hospitable. More details about our stay and what the hotel offers: In the room, we had toothpaste, toothbrushes, a comb, slippers, bottled water, plenty of towels, large beds, a TV, a well-functioning air conditioner, a small fridge, hangers, a bidet, and a hairdryer. The shower was combined with the toilet, but this didn't bother us at all; the water pressure was good and the water was clean. The dining area has everything you need for breakfast: cereal, milk, bread, cheese, ham, butter and jam, and various types of tea (though we used our own). There were four types of ramen available; we tried the non-spicy one (highly recommend, but add some sauce). There's also water and cups, which is very convenient. You can cook ramen, make toast, and there's a small oven and microwave. The rooftop is really cool, but its operating hours are limited (only in the morning until lunchtime). It's very cozy and beautiful up there. At the exit, there's a basket of umbrellas, but you'll find these almost everywhere in Korea. More about the location: It's a convenient and atmospheric neighborhood. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and the Dongdaemun hotel where you can load money onto your Wowpass. There's also a currency exchange (the dollar rate was only 10 won different from Myeongdong), and we exchanged money there a few times so we didn't have to run around the city looking for other places. The subway station is convenient and very close to popular attractions. DDP (Dongdaemun Design Plaza) is also nearby (I recommend visiting this design marvel and grabbing some ramen inside). Overall, the hotel is very good, new, convenient, and comfortable. P.S. The only thing missing was an iron. I'm used to hotels having them, but there wasn't one here. So, bring a portable steamer with you."

"This hotel had everything myself and my partner could have asked for. Very clean, comfortable room and bed and a nice bath and bathroom. The staff are very friendly and the person who helped me to check-in had perfect English. Highly recommended."

"The front desks for all three hotels are in one location, and I was able to check in smoothly earlier than scheduled thanks to prior online communication. The hotel is very close to Unseo Station, and there's an Olive Young and several convenience stores downstairs, which is super convenient."

"The location is great, and the surrounding area is pretty good too! The only slight inconvenience is that the front desk isn't on the first floor, but on the third. However, the large coffee shop on the first floor is super convenient for coffee *******, and it's a branded chain that accepts Alipay, so no cash needed – very handy (it's great that Alipay is accepted in most parts of Seoul, though it gets a bit less convenient outside the city). The Korean restaurant on the second floor is also excellent. Right next to the hotel is an Olive Young, so you can shop without having to drag your purchases too far – a big plus! The airport bus stop for transfers to the airport is also just a short walk from the entrance, making airport access really easy. The room has everything you need. For this location, it's perfect!"

"It was our first trip to Seoul with the kids, and we had a great rest at this wonderful accommodation. Our schedule for the day was packed and tiring, but we rested well at the place. Our summer clothes were soaked in sweat, but thanks to the washing machine, we were able to bring them back safely without any lingering smells. All the facilities were well-equipped, and we experienced no inconvenience using them. We couldn't find any laundry detergent, so we bought some ourselves and left it behind. It would be great if you could leave some out for us to use. If you are using public transportation, it is closest to get off at Seoul Venture Town Station on the subway. I think it would be great for families traveling to Seoul. You can cook your own meals, and the large refrigerator is a plus. It was a wonderful trip. Thanks to you, we were able to handle the next day's schedule and return home safely. Thank you. Oh, the photos are exactly as the owner posted them, so I just uploaded a shot of the front entrance. It is impeccably clean."

"Stayed in a Family Type A room with 2 people. Pros: * **Spacious room:** Plenty of space to open two suitcases (one large, one medium). * **Large beds:** Both beds were generously sized. * **Amenities:** Comes with bottled water, chopsticks, plastic spoons (can get unlimited from the amenity shelf on the first floor), a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, pajamas, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairdryer, 2 bath towels, 4 face towels, and large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower. * **Housekeeping:** On the first night, only towels were changed, but from the second day onwards, both towel changes and bed making were done properly. * **Ceiling height:** Some reviews mentioned low ceilings, but it didn't bother me at all. The room (or perhaps the building itself) felt more like a renovated apartment than a typical hotel. * **Adjustable AC:** Air conditioning could be individually controlled. * **Large TV:** Big screen TV with access to Netflix and YouTube (can log in to personal accounts). * **Separate toilet and shower:** The toilet and shower are in separate areas, so the floor doesn't get wet. * **Free access to basement bath:** Seemed like the large bath in the basement was free with a QR code given at check-in (though I ended up showering every night as I returned late). Cons: * **No screen on large window:** The small window had a screen, but the large one didn't (though I didn't need to open the window much, as I returned late every day). * **Toilet paper flushing:** You can't flush toilet paper down the toilet. * **No locks or changing area:** The shower room was to the right of the sink, and the toilet to the left, but neither had a lock, and there was no dedicated changing area. * **One key card:** Only one key card for two guests. * **Elevator security:** No need to tap the room key to use the elevator, which means anyone could potentially access the floors. * **Weak shower pressure:** The water pressure in the shower was a bit low. * **Lack of bedside outlets:** Couldn't find any power outlets by the bed (only found two in the kitchen and two to the left of the washing machine)."

"The hotel's location is decent, though it's a bit of a walk to Myeongdong. There are convenience stores, Starbucks, a subway station, and snack shops nearby. There's a fantastic BBQ place behind the hotel; skip the raw beef, though, it might not suit everyone's taste. Otherwise, everything else was good. The hotel was quite clean, which was a relief as I was a little worried initially. The bathroom is a bit small but perfectly functional. Remember to bring a travel adapter, otherwise, charging your devices will be slow. My hairdryer worked without an adapter, but its power was low, with weak, cool air. There's an airport shuttle, but it took two hours to get to the hotel upon arrival and cost 240+ for three people, or 17,000 KRW per person. For the return trip, a taxi to the airport cost only 54,000 KRW. I left around 6-7 AM when there was no traffic, and it took about an hour. You can order delivery, but it's quite expensive. I highly recommend the shaved ice, it was truly delicious and didn't melt at all. There were no toothbrushes, but I brought my own slippers. I'd advise against eating around Myeongdong; it's not good and overpriced. Upon arrival, you can get a Lotte membership card, which doubles as a transit card and is free. You might get a 5% discount on products, and possibly an 8.5% discount with a Visa card. Also, don't bother with those online door stoppers that block the keyhole; they won't work here. I felt quite safe and it was relatively quiet. The bathroom fan is a bit strong, so I turned off both the AC and the fan at night, and it was peaceful. Hope this helps everyone! Oh, and that famous fried chicken place was pretty mediocre."
